This is the authentic Venetian spirit perfected. Do yourself a favor: if you are ever in Venice, make sure you stop by and say hi to Francesco! ​Bacaro ae Bricoe is truly an unmissable gem. Not only do you get this incredibly warm, familial service, but the location is spectacular—it’s a beautiful waterfront spot, perfect for sipping an ombra and watching the boats go by. The atmosphere is cozy, rustic, and constantly buzzing with happy locals. ​And let's talk about the food and value. Their cicchetti are miniature masterpieces of Venetian flavor, but the prices are highly reasonable, especially considering the quality and the prime location. 03/11/2025: Inside this small artisanal ice cream shop, you'll find excellent gelato, among the best I've tasted in the area. The kindness and attention to customer service are the hallmarks of this place, and that's not to be taken for granted. Stop by, try it, and if you live in the area, you'll definitely come back 😋

29/12/2025: Fabulous! We wish we were locals so we could come regularly. The pizza was delicious, the kind we'll dream about regularly. The service was excellent; we arrived at a very busy time, and the lady at the counter handled all the orders with care and kindness, making everyone feel welcome. An excellent choice, especially if you want to avoid the many tourist traps.

22/12/2025: I go back often; the place isn't big, divided into small rooms that don't feel like a canteen. I go back especially for the raw fish, which I adore, but the quality of the food is all top-notch. The spaghetti with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and shrimp, which isn't on the menu, is delicious. I had the opportunity to discuss it with the chef/owner, who showed me how to make it. The dessert of strawberries with custard is also fantastic. Try it. 🤩

05/01/2026: Everything was very good. The service was also excellent. Unpretentious yet high-quality. As tourists, with all the restaurants in Venice, it's difficult to make the right choice when you don't know the area. Well, this restaurant, chosen at random, delighted us. I highly recommend it.

29/12/2025: Yesterday, my partner and I had the pleasure of lunch at Glam. I booked a table to celebrate her birthday, and the entire staff helped make the day even more special. A splendid location with welcoming spaces and attention to detail. The attentive and professional service elegantly made us feel at home. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Chef Donato Ascani and Director and Sommelier Ottavio for giving us the opportunity to enjoy delicious dishes paired with excellent wines. I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you a Happy New Year and hope to return soon.

30/11/2025: Beautiful restaurant, well-decorated and well-maintained. We dined there on Valentine's Day. The food was generally excellent. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. The wait times were a bit longer than at other restaurants, but still average. One observation: the paper towels for drying hands in the bathroom could be improved.

01/01/2026: Lunch wasn't exactly satisfying. The food was good, but the service and cleanliness left much to be desired. The tablecloth wasn't changed or even turned over, and it was covered in sauce stains from previous guests' dishes. There were five of us, and we ate in portions. Two fried dishes arrived after 20 minutes, the third after another 10, and two pasta dishes after another 15 minutes. The wine list was nonexistent, and they charged us (we're idiots, I admit) €40 for a bottle that costs €4 at the supermarket.

31/12/2025: Excellent food, we had dinner there on December 30, 2025. Delicious meat with a side of vegetables and potatoes. Average prices. We also had wine and dessert, for a total of €133. Very reasonable for the average prices of a good steakhouse. Not too touristy. Fast and friendly service.
