Not only do you get this incredibly warm, familial service, but the location is spectacular—it’s a beautiful waterfront spot, perfect for sipping an ombra and watching the boats go by. The atmosphere is cozy, rustic, and constantly buzzing with happy locals. ​And let's talk about the food and value. 29/12/2025: Yesterday, my partner and I had the pleasure of lunch at Glam. I booked a table to celebrate her birthday, and the entire staff helped make the day even more special. A splendid location with welcoming spaces and attention to detail. The attentive and professional service elegantly made us feel at home. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Chef Donato Ascani and Director and Sommelier Ottavio for giving us the opportunity to enjoy delicious dishes paired with excellent wines. I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you a Happy New Year and hope to return soon.

30/11/2025: Beautiful restaurant, well-decorated and well-maintained. We dined there on Valentine's Day. The food was generally excellent. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. The wait times were a bit longer than at other restaurants, but still average. One observation: the paper towels for drying hands in the bathroom could be improved.

12/03/2026: Arrived to this place almost by chance, while walking towards the Arsenale. And man, am I glad we did. The food was excellent, and the staff so nice and accomodating. Both waitresses were attentive to my kid's allergies and made us feel welcome from the start. Kudos in particular to the brunette waitress (sorry, didn't get your name, but you know who you are) who not only spoke quite fluent Spanish (and, for what I could hear from the table next to us, English as well), but suggested some out of the menu dishes that were to die for. My wife and I shared the Caprese salad and the pasta with lobster, and for the kid we ordered a beef lasagna and a T-bone steak. I tried everything and, mamma mia! Obviously, the lasagna and the pasta were amazing, as is usual in italy. I dare say the lasagna was the best I've ever tasted, and the pasta was otherworldly, but the steak was also really good and tasty, and the Caprese was the perfect appetizer. For desserts, Tiramisu and Tartufo affogato with cofee. I had the latter, and wished I had ordered the tiramisu instead, but only because the tartufo is basically a chocolate ice-cream. As a coffee drinker, the quality of the coffee made the entire dessert for me... awesome! It is really difficult to not eat well in Venice, but I'd say Denis is the best place we ate at during our stay. Will recommend to anyone who wants to visit. Thanks for an unforgettable lunch experience

22/01/2026: This is such a great place to escape the tourist crowds and enjoy a great meal at a local place. Even though it is off the beaten path it is very easy to find and has outdoor seating on the canal with lagoon views. The steak is amazing! Really big portions for a really good price. The first night we had the t bone which is cooked to the temperature the chef suggests and it’s perfection. We didn’t get a picture because we were so eager to dig in! The filet and other smaller cuts you can get cooked as you prefer. We went back a second night to have the veal cutlet and filet, so good! The staff are super friendly and make very good wine suggestions without up charging. We will definitely be back!

24/02/2026: Warning! Warning! Orders were taken simultaneously, but the food didn't arrive together. The fish recommendation was without mention of the 1kg portion, far too large and expensive for one person. More show than substance, a typical tourist trap.

11/01/2026: It's deservedly among the best pizzerias in Mestre and the surrounding area. The quality of the dough and ingredients is excellent, making their pizzas special to taste and easy to digest. It's always a surprise to come in and find new options, always seasonal and meticulously prepared. An absolute plus is the courtesy and kindness of the staff; it's always a wonderful welcome.

11/11/2025: I was there a few days ago on a Friday evening (7.11.25). If you don't know the area, you won't find it; it's not on the street, so to speak. Parking: a sour note because the place is in the middle of a densely populated area, and every street has cars parked left and right (there's a large parking lot nearby, which is a 5-minute walk). I ate the pizza: well, I have to say, it was good; I liked it. Thick crust, but good dough. Just the right amount of toppings, not too little or too much. Bathrooms: in great condition! Clean and well-kept. Maybe because the place wasn't full, but in any case, I found them tidy. The only downside (but subjective) is that if it had been 3-4 degrees warmer, I would have given the place 4 stars. Overall, a positive review.
