05/08/2025: Thank you all!! A culinary discovery with heart and soul – a visit to Galli in Roncade The Galli restaurant in Roncade is much more than just a place to eat – it's a true experience. Family-run and with a warmth that's rare these days, you feel like a welcome guest from the very first moment, not just a customer. Even the beginning was something very special: The grandfather of the house personally came to the table and served homemade salami – a real highlight! This was accompanied by a variety of small, lovingly prepared delicacies from the kitchen: freshly fried sage leaves, zucchini blossoms dusted with powdered sugar, and cheese and ham bites – all absolutely delicious. Another special from the kitchen was a cauliflower salad with pumpkin seed oil and cream cheese spread – not ordered, but enjoyed with enthusiasm. There was also plenty of variety in terms of drinks: in addition to a refreshing Bavarian beer, we were able to sample a regional white wine, which also impressed us. The main courses were delicious, even if the portions were rather modest overall. However, given the many small courses served beforehand, this was entirely appropriate. You won't find a menu here, by the way. Instead, the waiter personally comes to your table and explains, with charm and patience, what's currently on offer. This also contributes to the very special atmosphere. In conclusion: If you value authenticity, personal service, and cuisine with soul, Galli is the place for you. This restaurant stands out from the crowd in every respect – a real insider tip!

The staff is available to answer any questions, so ask them, plan your menu with Carlo, and you won't be disappointed from start to finish. A wonderful discovery and a precious gem. Il locale, sebbene semplice, si presenta ben curato in ogni dettaglio. L’ambiente è accogliente e piacevole, con un’atmosfera calda e familiare che mette subito a proprio agio. Il punto di forza principale resta, senza dubbio, la qualità del cibo. Le carni sono selezionate con cura e preparate alla perfezione, esaltando sapori autentici e ricercati. 27/07/2025: Good evening, passing through Treviso, we stumbled upon this very typical trattoria in the middle of a narrow street. The food was excellent, with excellent service and a quiet atmosphere! I recommend it to anyone passing through for an excellent culinary experience!

27/07/2025: A highly recommended place. It was a fantastic experience. We had a fantastic meal. We shared an appetizer (fabulous sarde in saor), two first courses (linuine al nero di seppie and tortellini al pomodoro and mozzarella, both delicious), and two desserts (sbricciolata and toramisù, also very good). Without a doubt, when I return to Treviso, I will eat at Trattoria all'oca bianca again.

Andrea is always kind and helpful, and the service is fantastic: the guys are amazing and always recharge your batteries! There's no place like this nearby! I've been there several times for baptisms, first communions, wedding favors, and other dinners, and I've even had a delicious cake to take away! Highly recommended!

02/08/2025: An authentic and charming place, in the heart of Prosecco country. Latteria Perenzine offers tours of their dairy production (you have to book in advance, which we didn't, too bad!), but even without that, the experience was wonderful. We had lunch there—a simple but delicious meal, prepared with very tasty local products. You can really taste the freshness and quality. After lunch, we did some shopping at the shop, and we absolutely loved it: an excellent selection of local wines, Prosecco of course, but also other artisanal products. A special mention goes to the truffle cheese, incredibly creamy and delicious—I took it back to France, and everyone loved it! The service was perfect, warm, attentive, with people taking the time to explain, advise, and share their passion. It makes the experience even more enjoyable. The location is easy to access, with ample free parking, and the prices are very reasonable, even low, for the quality offered. I recommend it without hesitation: for a local meal, gourmet shopping, or a farm tour (plan ahead!), it's a great place to go.

During lunch, the heavens opened, and according to the forecast, they were expected to stay that way for a while. After an hour of shelter, the hostess drove us back to the bike rental location through the pouring rain. There's no better service!

Locanda Rosa Rosae was much, much more: a journey of the senses, of hospitality, of beauty. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a sincere smile and a rare kindness. Elisabetta and Silvio are two wonderful people, who put love into every detail. You immediately sense that the Locanda isn't just a place where people work: it's a place lived in, cared for with soul, designed to excite. The entire staff was thoughtful and attentive, with discretion and warmth. The atmosphere is truly magical. The dinner room was a candlelit dream: soft lighting, elegantly set tables, rustic and refined details coexisting in perfect balance. The aroma of freshly baked bread, the background music, the fresh flowers, the exposed beams... everything seemed to have come straight from a painting. A whispered intimacy, romantic yet never affected, that makes you forget the world outside. Dinner was an experience in itself: generous, carefully prepared, authentic courses that spoke of the region and a sincere, respectful, and generous culinary philosophy. Heart-warming dishes, accompanied by impeccable service and a perfectly selected glass of wine. We decided to stay overnight, and... it couldn't have been a more appropriate choice. The room was a journey through time, with period furniture, scented sheets, warm lighting, wrought iron and antique wood details that told stories. The feeling was that of being guests in a house from another era, one that almost no longer exists. Waking up there, with the morning light filtering through the thin curtains, was the perfect ending. But beware: this is not a place for those in a hurry. Those arriving with a watch on their wrist and anxious about a "quick dinner" will struggle to understand. You come here to slow down, to breathe, to be surprised. It's a place that invites you to stay, to listen to the silence, to enjoy the present with all five senses. A heartfelt thank you to Elisabetta, Silvio, and all the staff for making this birthday so special. We took away a precious memory, and we already dream of returning. Rating: 10/10, no ifs, ands, or buts. A place for the soul. 💫
