THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO REFUND MY WHIPPED CREAM (1.5 EUROS), STAY AWAY!!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT BY THE MANAGEMENT!!! - response to the ice cream parlor's response: AT THAT PRICE THE ICE CREAM MUST BE PERFECT THE FIRST TIME!!!!!! IF THE CREAM IS NOT AVAILABLE, RETURN THE MONEY TO THE CUSTOMER AND APOLOGIZE, DO NOT SPILL A CRAP ONTO THE ICE CREAM JUST TO PUT SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE WHIPPED CREAM ONTOP!!! HORRIBLE!!! 11/11/2024: The prices on the board are erased; we still enter believing in some common sense. Two mini-sized chocolates, with a veil of cream 13.80 euros. I think a theft like this hurts the entire image of the city. Sin.

28/12/2024: I've lived in Lonigo since I was born, I'm a customer for the quality of the product, I order cakes, I go to get pastries, I go to have breakfast, but from today onwards I won't set foot inside again, I'll be in at 8.40am to have them done breakfast with a friend, we order and then under constant pressure we reorder the coffee, for further consumption, at 9.45am we are further asked if I wanted to consume, to mine we were not invited to leave the table for the external queue of people.....in my opinion you can have the quality you want but if you then do this for me you can close

08/09/2024: Sono stata con la mia famiglia ieri sera, pizza buona, non enorme ma poteva andare...quello che non ci è piaciuto sono state le variazioni prezzo di gran parte delle pizze prese rispetto al prezzo nel listino. La mia pizza è passata da 10 a 12 euro .. oltre al fatto che aver cambiato un ingrediente ha aggiunto 1,5 euro (figurava solo l'aggiunta, senza considerare che ne è stato tolto uno). Gentilmente è stata chiesta una spiegazione di queste discrepanze rispetto al listino, la titolare si è subito risentita e ci ha fatto una scenata in sala, dicendo che c'è scritto nel listino che i prezzi possono subire una variazione! Alla fine ci ha riportato delle monete, praticamente gettandole malamente sul nostro tavolo! Mai più!

02/12/2024: Some time ago we did some work at this facility and the restaurant left an impression on us. We stopped for lunch and once again had a wonderful meal. The dishes were of a superior level, both visually and above all on the palate. Definitely recommended for anyone who appreciates excellent food.

09/12/2024: Eravamo curiosci di assaggiare la vera pizza napoletana ma è stata una serata deludente. Locale molto rumoroso. Tavoli piccoli e scomodi. Pizza sottilissima e ciungosa. Siamo usciti con la fame. Servizio discreto.

07/12/2024: Pizza cruda, fredda, pasta come chewing-gum..decisamente scadente. Tovaglietta in plastica che non si lava e nemmeno si cambia, bicchiere direttamente sul tavolo in legno ovviamente girato con il fondo verso l’alto, decisamente non igienico. Prezzi: coperto 2.5 euro a testa non si capisce per quale servizio, pizza esagerata nel prezzo per la pessima qualità. Infine un consiglio ai proprietari, questo servizio deve essere utile agli utenti ma anche soprattutto a chi lavora. Mi auguro che i gestori facciano tesoro anche delle cattive recensioni, non farlo potrebbe comportare un disastro, in bocca al lupo.

Settled in a beautiful room dating back to the mid-19th century. Ate and drank very well. Fair price. Impeccable service and courtesy. Recommended and we will definitely be back!

14/04/2024: The worst costumer service ever seen in my life! I had bad experience with one of the staff inside the store. Tha women who was working on 13 th on April at 6 pm was so rude to me, unhelpful and unprofessional. Basically they make a mistake with my cake and I just asked her if she can correct my name because was completely wrong!! (despite that i had written my name as-side for her correctly) She was so upset and she didn’t wanted to correct for me! She said I am not sure if I can do it now! The women with long dark hair I think she doesn’t know what dos it means professional costumer service, She needs training for how to approach the costumer and she needs to learn more for people skills. If she is not happy there, she doesn’t need to keep this job! I will never come because of her behavior!! 😡😡😡😡

14/04/2024: THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. Yesterday the women who was working for closing shift around 6 pm she was so rude and unprofessional, she was so angry to me !!!!! You made mistakes and I asked her to correct my cake that I ordered before. She was unhelpful, very rude and upset with me! . Do you think that the people will back again in your store after your bad costumer service!!? Who is the manager in this store????? 23/12/2024: Aesthetically very nice place, and they offer service for celiacs. Too bad I had asked for the pizza to be undercooked and in some parts it was burnt, the ingredients were different from those written on the menu (Capricciosa with grilled tacks and artichokes and I received a very normal Capricciosa with canned champignons) , the dough is very good, but at the end of the meal I felt like I had eaten half a pizza from how little I was full, and it was a little cold.

22/12/2024: The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten! The dough is Neapolitan-style and surprisingly elastic, with a nice light edge. They definitely deserved the title of world champion. Chapeau guys!

23/11/2024: I came with my brother and a friend of mine to watch the match, ordered 2 spritzes and a coke, fast and very kind service. Furthermore, without asking, one of the waiters brought us 3 small trays of rice, a gesture that was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended 🔥

19/11/2024: I often go to this bar because there is a lot of space outside too, the staff is kind and brings water for my dog ​​even if I don't ask for it (apart from yesterday... have they changed management?) I usually take an aperitif, but the food is also good and sometimes for lunch they prepare me a fruit salad on the fly, off the menu let's say. Otherwise there is a wide choice of wraps, sandwiches and much more...I go back often, and I'm always satisfied.😊

10/11/2024: We arrived around 9:40 a.m. in mid-September 2024 and took a seat outside, waiting for the place to open at 10:00. An employee came out around 9:45-9:50 to clean the tables (though he used the same cloth for all of them, just spreading the dirt around :))). He greeted us but didn’t mention that they were closed or give any other information. At 10:00, nothing happened, and at 10:05, I went inside to speak to someone and try to place an order. There were 3-4 men engaged in a lively conversation in Italian, which I couldn’t understand. One of them simply said, "Closed," and then went downstairs with his companions, continuing their conversation. In the end, we got our breakfast at another place. This spot, despite its breathtaking view of Lake Garda, left a completely negative impression, although every other place we visited in the following days was excellent! Hopefully, they’ll learn how to treat visitors someday. ;)

29/10/2024: Bel posto sulla passeggiata di peschiera, posto comodo per il parcheggio, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimi piatti anche se avrei personalmente preferiti trovare qualcosa in più della tradizione locale.
