Always welcoming and kind, you feel like one of the family! And the pizza? ..uff even if I'm 1.50 meters, it's so good that I can eat a giant one!!!!!
Highly recommended!! Go there, it's a nugget!!
22/06/2025: One night I had pizza and the next I ordered tagliatelle with mushrooms and lamb chops. I've always eaten well but the tagliatelle are a must. The desserts are also good, both the tiramisu and the house cake. Very kind staff. Thanks, we'll be back

01/06/2025: Dinner with relatives after reservation. Excellent welcome from attentive and kind staff.
Location with parking.
Large room plus double dehors.
Typically Aosta Valley, clean and welcoming.
The dishes are well-prepared, abundant and above all delicious. Must try. Prices are normal but excellent value for money. Very good, recommended!

26/04/2025: I come from Milan and I stopped for lunch in this restaurant. Everything excellent! Very fast service, even with many full tables, friendly staff, it's nice inside and the food is really good, better than many All You Can Eat in Milan.
06/04/2025: Little choice of dishes, little quantity in the portions, many limitations... I hope. because we went for lunch, but the price wasn't even cheap enough to justify it all.

Posto incantato, tipicamente in stile chalet, in legno...molto intimo ed accogliente.
Personale inizialmente freddino..ma vista la temperatura, accogliamo.. difatti all'indomani, ci siamo ricreduti immediatamente.
La prima cosa che mi ha catturato l'attenzione: la pulizia! In ogni angolo, c'era ed era visibile.Inoltre, la cura dei dettagli l'ho riscontrata in molti punti: dalle rifiniture in pietra, incastonate nelle perline, alla lucina per creare la giusta illuminazione, al semplice portasapone collocato nella doccia...tutto l'essenziale messo a disposizione con cura e professionalità.
Il luogo nei dintorni è fiabesco..immerso in una cornice da favola, a bordo piste ed impianti di risalita. Il tutto, guarnito con una SPA che purtroppo, non abbiamo potuto provare per problemi tecnici...ma ci siamo ripromessi di ritornarci al più presto.
Magnifica esperienza...grazie Boule de Neige!
20/03/2025: We spent a wonderful week at Boule de Neige, with 6 families of friends and countless children who felt at home. The hotel is very well run, it's clean, well located (literally on the slope), we eat wonderfully. Thank you to the Boule family for this generous welcome of which we will all keep very fond memories.

29/05/2025: The hotel is in a good position to visit the Valley, spacious rooms, excellent service both reception and restaurant room and cleaning rooms and in general. The terrace above the hotel offers a really beautiful view.
Truly remarkable the cuisine: excellent dinners, varied, abundant and nicely presented by the owner.

12/06/2025: The one below is the review from 2 years ago. We did a second edition with the same methods and I confirm the infinite availability of Mrs. Elena and all the staff. Great place, really good, exceptional cuisine!
I organized a summer school here in which 35 young researchers and 5 university professors from all over the world participated. Mrs. Elena, her family and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and showed enthusiasm and passion for their work. They speak English and French without difficulty and are accommodating in understanding the needs of people with different cultures.
They suggested trips and activities that turned out to be very successful and that helped us create a good atmosphere between students and teachers that favored the success of the school. The food is exceptionally good and abundant and the price reasonable and proportionate. I am truly grateful to all the staff for the collaboration they granted us. Highly recommended.

27/05/2025: All the food on the menu was home-cooked and well-served. The waitress was very friendly and helpful, trying to provide simultaneous translation of the dishes.
08/03/2025: It's a real trattoria, don't expect a menu with a list of dishes. The wine arrives without asking and you don't choose it, it's from the house. Don't be fooled by the name Restaurant Mont Blanc, enter and you will be at the home of the restaurateurs. 2 first courses of your choice, 2 second courses of your choice. Coffee and ice cream. We ate the best sausage, beans and potatoes of our lives. Total 24 euros for two. Honestly, we can only recommend it for those who want to eat well without pretensions, for those who are nostalgic for real, home-made trattorias.
