03/05/2026: Surrounded by nature, this is a beautiful and well-kept venue. Wonderful cuisine and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

14/03/2026: After a long day of skiing, we spotted this cute place for a snack.
The bar was actually very nice, but the staff was extremely rude: we waited 10 minutes just to ask if we could sit down.
We weren't told there would be no table service. After another 10 minutes, we asked to order at the counter, and when we asked if we should clear the table, we were told yes.
I don't think we'll be back.

I had the ravioli filled with ricotta, sun-dried tomatoes, and turnip greens, topped with butter, pistachios, and saffron: they weren't very flavorful, while my boyfriend chose the dish with roast gravy and was very pleased. The service was fast and the atmosphere simple but welcoming. Perfect for a casual and authentic lunch break!
02/01/2026: Affordable price and excellent products. A handmade first course and dessert are €20. Very good, definitely worth a try!

In the evening, guests can dine on-site with a wide selection of traditional dishes.

11/03/2026: A great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner are delicious, so it's worth checking out. The rooms are clean and adequate. I highly recommend it; we had a very enjoyable stay.
11/03/2026: I stayed with family and friends at the end of February on a half-board basis. The family room was very comfortable, with excellent mattresses. It was a little dated but decent, and impeccably clean.
It was just steps from the ski lifts. If we were to return to Torgnon, it would definitely be our choice.

20/02/2026: We went to this beautiful hotel for lunch on Friday because the ski lifts were closed, so not knowing what to do we went for lunch without booking, the welcome was very friendly and the service was fast and attentive, the hamburger was delicious and also the bruschetta, also very good the not ordinary negroni proposed by Lorenzo. Compliments to all the staff. ps the only note is that there is no parking but otherwise fantastic ☺️
12/02/2026: My family and I dined here for dinner last week at Summit and we loved every course.
I want to pass my sincere thanks to the restaurant for providing so many vegetarian options which is rare in the Italian Alps.
We really hope this will encourage more people to consider vegetarian food.
We will certainly return again in the summer when we come hiking.

05/03/2026: We were here in February. The place is warm and welcoming. The staff is young and attentive. The dishes are varied and delicious. The savory crepes and the Dofur or Pinter focaccia are highly recommended!
