12/04/2025: The hotel that has everything. Ski in/out. Nice staff who always make sure you have a good time. Good food and a very nice environment. Been here twice now but will gladly come back again!

10/01/2026: The food is so-so, and the prices are as high as Mont Blanc! The owner, a certain Daniele, is rude, rude, and above all, a real piece of shit! Don't go there, especially if you got off on the wrong foot. You risk paying a hefty bill! €216 for four dishes, a bottle of wine, and dessert.

08/01/2026: I'll start by saying I didn't eat the pizza, so my opinion is influenced by the dish I did have: polenta with venison ragù. I didn't like it at all; the sauce was very acidic, and I fear it was soaked in a rather questionable red wine. The polenta was grainy. All this for a *modest* sum of €85 for two. €10 for a medium beer, €26 for a leftover dish, which I rarely do, and €10 for a tiramisu, which was decent. You can eat better at Curmayeur and cheaper elsewhere. I don't want to judge the place; the pizzas looked excellent. I recommend the place for a pizza, nothing more. The staff was very kind and attentive.

25/08/2025: Ridiculous, we asked for a half-meter platter of ham but they were out of ham!!!!!!!! We opted for two spritzes, obviously in Cervinia they don't know what spritz is!!!!!

05/01/2026: We had a spectacular Christmas vacation at the Boule de Neige, in the dead of winter, with alternating snowfall and sunny days. Everything was perfect. Both the breakfasts and dinners were truly excellent (as well as varied and plentiful), with a nice selection of wines. The Alpine-style room features a new bathroom (with a window) and a charming little balcony; it was well-maintained, clean, with comfortable beds and a decent size. There's an elevator from the garage level and ski storage on all floors. There's also an optional small spa where you can recharge and relax for an hour in the late afternoon or before dinner. The entire hotel staff and owners have always been very kind and helpful. Cross-country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, downhill skiing, the woods, river, and mountains of the beautiful Val di Rhemes, and all right outside the hotel door! In short, we had a truly wonderful time at the Boule, better than many other hotels in the Valley we've visited so far, and we hope to return soon.

10/12/2025: Much more than you'd expect from a 3-star hotel. The welcome, rooms, and dinner were truly more than satisfactory.

21/01/2026: The place is very quaint, offering several traditional dishes. I recommend the polenta concia, which is truly delicious. My friend ordered ravioli and a tagliata, which were also excellent. The only downside was that when we went to the cashier to pay, the gentleman (perhaps the owner) seemed a bit annoyed. The waiters, however, were friendly. Reservations are recommended!

09/01/2026: Very good food; we really enjoyed the tagliata di sotto fillet, cooked perfectly. The tagliolini with hare and apple ragù were very good, and the polenta concia was a 3/5. The place is cute, and the owners are very kind.

18/01/2026: I was very disappointed with the service at this place. After entering (on a Sunday, so all seats were taken), I was left waiting for a quarter of an hour at the counter without being given any consideration, unlike other customers who arrived after me, also at the counter. I think this is because I'm young and the others were middle-aged. However, I still don't think it's fair. Needless to say, after a while, I lost my patience.

04/01/2026: A very small and chaotic place. The brioches seem to be made of thin air, and they're dry, too. The cream inside is practically spit, light and devoid of anything. Only the price is excessive. The prices keep rising, while the quality plummets. We also had cream puffs, which I assure you were nothing like cream puffs: empty and plasticky. Unfortunately, the owner's rudeness and stinginess will bring this place down... you're surviving thanks to the Milanese people who deserve to be plucked, nothing more.

02/09/2025: Here on vacation for two days, hotel in the town center, steps from the ski lift. Also close to the supermarket. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with everything you could possibly need. The staff was competent and attentive, and the hotel management was also commendable.

02/09/2025: 3 days of relaxation, friendly and professional staff, good food, excellent breakfast, the only flaw was the room in need of renovation and poor soundproofing. Central location and a good starting point for excursions.
