20/03/2025: We spent a wonderful week at La Boule de Neige, with six families of friends and countless children who felt right at home. The hotel is very well-kept, clean, well-located (literally on the slopes), and the food is wonderful. Thank you to the Boule family for this generous welcome, which we will all remember fondly.

25/10/2024: Abbiamo provato il Boule de neige durante una vacanza a Rhêmes Notre Dame. È situato nella frazione di Chanavey, 3/4 km prima del capoluogo Rhêmes. È un bell’ambiente di montagna. Il menù è abbastanza ricco e comprende prevalentemente piatti della tradizione Valdostana. Abbiamo iniziato con un ottimo flan di verdure accompagnato da vellutata di fontina. A seguire la Valpelinentse del Gran Paradiso: la zuppa tradizionale a base di pane, fontina, erbette, cavolo e cannella, servita nel tegamino in coccio. Davvero molto buona, ben equilibrata nei sapori. A seguire barbecue vegetariano composto da verdure miste ed una tometta grigliate. Non male come piatto, ma la tometta era molto piccola e le verdure poche (vedi foto). Decisamente scarso per € 16! Servizio un po’ lento, nonostante i pochi clienti. Prezzi leggermente al di sopra della media del posto. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio.

14/01/2025: I think one of the places that surprised me the most positively. I booked on booking at a very fair price, and I never thought of finding accommodation like this.. The inn is nice, in a good quiet location. The welcome was excellent and the room was clean and tidy. An excellent view from the balcony. The breakfast that was not even included in the reservation was rich. I would like to be able to recommend it to you with complete peace of mind.

22/03/2025: Very nice hotel, clean, tidy and very spacious rooms, even if not brand new. Excellent location for moving around the Valley between Pila and Courma, it has a large swimming pool and the breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Great professionalism, I had to cancel a reservation with booking that was not refundable.... they made me come back on another date discounting what I paid. It was not due, but they proved to be serious and honest. Really recommended!

17/02/2025: Nice rooms, provided you don't end up in an inner room. The carpets in the hall need cleaning or even replacement. nice service and great food.

13/03/2025: Food was nice, not special. No friendly staff, no attention for customers. Bread was taken from table and still charged for it. Older lady that works there is not friendly to tourists.

20/03/2025: Unfortunately I have to say that the food has gotten significantly worse. Just today I stopped in for tea and dessert in the afternoon and the pasta was decidedly stale. I also stopped by yesterday because it's a bar I frequented in the past. But the slice of strudel was terrible with soggy biscuits inside. I don't consider the presence of the biscuit anomalous for a strudel but the whole thing is decidedly old.

22/02/2025: Dinner for 4: Extensive and varied pizza menu, at reasonable prices. The friendly and efficient canarero... Nice atmosphere and clean bathroom. Low quality-price ratio, in terms of the fact that they charge for the service (it is a "fast food type" pizzeria, and the "craft" beers are VERY EXPENSIVE (thank goodness they gave us CRYSTAL glasses, one of them dirty) The WORST: they told us that they did not accept cards, it must be cash. I advise against it because of this very ugly detail, which is not indicated anywhere

15/02/2025: Hotel located in an excellent position... shame about the restaurant... with food that does not represent the Aosta Valley, moreover let's say from a trattoria... and also the rooms which need improvement... for the rest it is fine for those who go skiing for two nights... they are not very well equipped for families

01/02/2025: We had such. A great experience at Panoramique. Spent 4 nights with my family. Family Room slightly small but nice, warm and cleaned. Owners and staff very friendly and always available. Great positioning. We were lucky to always find parking in front of the premises ( low season). The food of the restaurant was delicious. Great breakfast options. We are looking forward to returning next year. Lastly, we loved Torgnon!
