08/03/2025: It's a real trattoria, don't expect a menu with a list of dishes. The wine arrives without asking and you don't choose it, it's from the house. Don't be fooled by the name Restaurant Mont Blanc, enter and you will be at the home of the restaurateurs. 2 first courses of your choice, 2 second courses of your choice. Coffee and ice cream. We ate the best sausage, beans and potatoes of our lives. Total 24 euros for two. Honestly, we can only recommend it for those who want to eat well without pretensions, for those who are nostalgic for real, home-made trattorias.

23/01/2025: We visited the restaurant on Wed. We were looking for a nice and cosy place to eat at the end of the day. The place IS cosy and has its own charm. Very clean. Was busy, which means the locals appreciate the quality of food that is served in the restaurant. In relation to food, it was tasty, but pricy.The presentation on the plate was excellent, the portions though were little.

16/01/2025: nice ambience, good food, service could be friendlier and the bill was a bit pricey for what we ate.

08/02/2025: Very rude masseuse who as soon as I enter the cabin doesn't even greet me and continues to talk on the phone with headphones, then before the treatment she tells me: ''You just made a mess'' because according to her I had put the massage towel on the wrong way. I've never had anything like this happen to me in the years I've been going to spas. I work in a holistic field and making the client feel at ease should be the first rule. A real shame such a worker in such a beautiful structure.

24/08/2024: A very good hotel, right at the feet of the king, the Matterhorn, which can be seen directly from the north-facing rooms. The suite where we stayed was huge, more than eighty meters, and also with a magnificent terrace. The breakfast is simple but quite complete and all the staff are very friendly and efficient: the room cleaning service is very fast and effective.

06/01/2025: I have visited the hotel for their SPA, since ours did not have one. After a day on the slopes, it was heaven. The outdoor jacuzzi, the sauna, the inside pool, the whole atmosphere, worthy it all. But what was really “therapeutic” for me was the 1hour relaxing massage, performed by Ylenia, if I rember correctly her name. Her hands and presence are the main reason for my 5 star review.

15/02/2025: Siamo andati due volte in questo locale molto caratteristico e gestito da due signore gentilissime. Mio marito ha preso la merenda valdostana e io la zuppa del giorno, e una bottiglia di vino. Tutto buonissimo

11/01/2025: Un aperitivo al sole della val ferret. Dehor con arredi alla buona, tavolo tovaglietta e sedie in plastica. Personale gentile ma non attentissimo. Il menù siamo andati a prenderlo da soli perché dopo più di una decina di minuti da quando ci siamo seduti nessuno era ancora venuto al tavolo. Tagliere “merenda”: buoni i prodotti, tutti tipici; contenute la quantità se lo si vuole condividere (13 euro). Buono lo spritz Hugo; buono e particolare il succo di mela caldo. Vale la sosta.

24/02/2025: Pizzas were very slim, and lacking ingredients...... For 11 euros (it said 10 on the menu) that is not good. When i came to take the pizza, it felt like they wanted to rush me, they did not asked if i wanted any dessert, drink, or anything else. Pretty bad... When exiting the restaurant, a dog came from their garden and barked at me agressively like he wanted to attack me for no reasons. I will never come back again and I do not recommand.

07/03/2025: Very nice old wooden house. Only dinner could be in little bit higher level for such a hotel. Strongly recommend for couples which are looking for something special.

08/02/2025: VERY BAD customer management... we received disinterested consideration, we were treated like unwanted guests... in other locations such as Pila, Cervinia or Trentino we will return... NEVER AGAIN!!!

03/01/2025: Siamo state per la prima volta al Wine Note anni fa in estate, in occasione di un concerto jazz e ne riportammo un' ottima impressione: servizio cordiale, piatti raffinati, porzioni medie. Purtroppo si tratta del classico locale che vive di rendita. Infatti, frequentandolo, abbiamo notato che la qualità dei cibi e del servizio, si è andata progressivamente dequalificando, fino ad arrivare a quest'anno. Siamo andate nella location invernale, piuttosto angusta e dove faceva un freddo boia. Erano presenti un ragazzo ed una ragazza svogliati e scostanti, i quali durante le pause del servizio con un'inequivocabile mimica facciale, mostravano evidenti segni di insofferenza verso i pochi clienti presenti. Il servizio non è curato, il menu molto ristretto viene presentato su una lavagna scritta con calligrafia poco chiara, il vino al calice da noi richiesto è stato portato direttamente a tavola senza mostrare le rispettive bottiglie. Trascuratezza imperdonabile soprattutto in un'enoteca. I piatti erano male amalgamati e le porzioni davvero scarse. Per rendere meglio l'idea del clima ostile, segnalo inoltre che alle 21.15 si sono presentati due ragazzi chiedendo di poter cenare anche con una sola portata, ma sono stati mandati via perché la cucina stava chiudendo. Ma quale cucina? È tutto evidentemente già preparato (si capisce dai tempi troppo rapidi di attesa), inoltre il locale chiude alle 22. Conto salato per ciò che il locale NON offre.

24/10/2024: Sono stata per pranzo con la famiglia , ho trovato un posto stupendo , sia per la posizione ,adatto anche a famiglie con bimbi , sia per la professionalità e gentilezza dei proprietari. Cibo e servizio ottimo . Locale con Atmosfera accogliente e calda . Ci torneremo di sicuro , a presto . Grazie di ❤️. Manuela

23/10/2024: Das Steak war sehr zart. Portionen nicht gross aber ok. Der Fasan dünn geschnitten und etwas trocken.Der Hauswein rot ist gut. Ambiente super mit laufendem Holzofen. Man spricht auch französisch. Sehr nette Bewirtung. Toiletten sehr rustikal ( wie früher in Frankreich).

02/02/2025: After a period of work in the Gressoney area, I reluctantly have to leave my favorite place of relaxation. The Pinter!!! The lady inside immediately welcomed me warmly, as I noticed that she does wonderfully with everyone, even simple passing customers, so as to create a nice environment inside the place. The valley is very beautiful, and it is a place worth visiting even if you don't go for work like me, and the environment is relaxing. But the atmosphere that Renata has managed to create inside her restaurant is truly special. Furthermore, as far as the products are concerned, I was happy with both the breakfasts, the lunches and the dinners... oh and some extra snacks on Sundays. I thus met many people in a beautiful environment. Nice 😊! Now we're back in the city 😔 .

02/02/2025: Capitati per caso con voglia di cioccolata calda, entriamo e scegliamo tra vari gusti sulla lista. Troppo liquida per i miei gusti (la classica), quasi ok la fondente. Belle le torte in esposizione.

18/01/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale per il compleanno di mia figlia "CELIACA "è loro fanno parte del circuito Aic,quindi sicuramente in quanto a sicurezza sul cibo siamo andati benissimo. Abbiamo mangiato bene e inoltre ho chiesto una torta che è stata realizzata proprio dalla cuoca semplicemente fantastica ! Addirittura hanno fatto trovare un piccolo ma bellissimo mazzo di per mia figlia, cosa assolutamente non prevista ma molto gradita .Ho voluto scrivere questa recensione perché sono persone che ti ospitano nel loro ristorante con una gentilezza e una cura per i cliente che si vede raramente. Complimenti e grazie mille
