Good, fresh... too bad I fell on the fried ice cream... perhaps the worst I've ever eaten But otherwise everything was very tasty and good Too bad the high price, same amount even if you dine during the week Service needs improvement, the guys being in a hurry because the restaurant is very crowded throw the dishes on the table. With an extra smile and you even forgive a few minutes of waiting. Clean and modern place

Excellent sushi. I've never seen such a clean bathroom. Plenty of seating and I really liked the request if you want to eat on the ground and upper floors.

Nice place, food in short, I would say cooked listlessly, furthermore, the quantities are not those in the photo like: 2 spring rolls in the photo, 1 on the table, but at random... other things instead respect the images. Which generates a bit of confusion because, like us, you order a little at a time, someone is left without a portion, and to reorder you have to wait until you've consumed everything. I wouldn't go back, I would try something else

Il ristorante è eccellente per qualità e prezzi (pranzo all-you-can-it a € 16,90) Il locale è stato appena rinnovato, ma l' ambiente -dipende dai gusti- è iper moderno risulta quasi distopico e poco accogliente

28/03/2024: Very nice, very clean rooms. In my opinion the restaurant is the best restaurant in the area. We recommend. The family is nice and hardworking. It's a bit off the road, so it's a bit lonely in the winter. You have to drive to the ski areas. It is almost exactly in the middle of the gondola in Valtourneche and the cable cars in Cervinia. A recommendation just because of the restaurant.
20/02/2024: Piatti molto ricercati e ben fatti. La scelta del menù è un po’ ristretta. Consigliato per chi ama una cucina sofisticata ma sicurante di altissimo livello.

09/01/2024: Siamo arrivati per pranzo senza prenotare e per fortuna abbiamo trovato un posticino a tavola nonostante il locale fosse pieno. Abbiamo mangiato gli gnocchi di patate Viola e il burger, a dir poco due piatti fantastici, l’hamburger con carne Arev valdostana batte a mani basse qualsiasi panino io abbia mangiato prima. L’equilibrio tra gli ingredienti era perfetto. Punto di forza la qualità degli ingredienti e la gentilezza dello staff . Il locale è molto carino, d’estate i tavoli si trovano anche all’interno del castello, una location unica. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo agli amici :)
