09/08/2024: Pizzeria and restaurant, at the departure of the Plose cable car. Exceptional service and dishes. Spectacular pizza with chanterelles! Desserts that I wanted to try but I couldn't 😂 I was too full!
30/07/2024: We ate there three times on vacation, it was always very tasty (different dishes). Service excellent, friendly and warm!

22/08/2024: Da sempre abbiamo visitato , pranzato e cenato negli anni precedenti, presso la struttura con grande soddisfazione. Oggi, siamo rimasti delusi dalla cucina, un tempo nota per specialità locali ed oggi diventata internazionale e molto molto cara.
17/08/2024: This was definitely the best dinner we had in a long time. Actually, we went back the day after because we liked the wine, food and service that much. If you like a amazing white wine, go for the Vorberg Weissburgunder, in terms of food all dishes were amazing, but the steak tartar and venison definitely stood out! We are thankful for the recommendations from our very knowledgeable waiter Finn who served us both nights.

30/08/2024: There are only three points for the food because the Kaiserschmarrn wasn't one of those. We asked whether, for example, There is semolina in it, but unfortunately the waiter couldn't find out anything. Let's assume a large bag of powder is mixed.
The service was otherwise very accommodating, friendly and polite.
It's a shame that fun devices have been placed in such a way that the wonderful view of the mountains is very disturbed.
20/08/2024: I was surprised by the treatment we received, in fact after our order we saw things arrive that were contrary to what we expected
we had asked (referring to the drinks beer and water, a different brand of beer and cold water instead of room temperature).
The dishes presented were not as indicated on the menu since the spaghetti dish was served with the sauce as well as a generous spoonful of cream and the blue-veined potatoes were frozen (therefore just removed from the fridge). They were changed only afterwards express request
and pay more. A real disappointment since
we had frequented the place before the renovation!

02/09/2024: We were here for lunch today and received a very warm welcome. Although many tables were reserved on the terrace, the waiter immediately assigned us a nice table in the shade. We shared a bruschetta that was topped with delicate salmon and aromatic tomatoes. The bruschetta was very tasty and we immediately got an extra plate. Our waiter Alessandro was extremely friendly and attentive, and we had a nice chat! You've been looking for such a good restaurant with this great price-performance ratio in Germany for a long time... we'd love to come back!
01/09/2024: The receptionist was very rude, very bad treatment, she wanted to withhold our passport.

15/07/2024: We stopped here during our Alpine Cross on the way to Bolzano to fortify ourselves. The spaghetti and pizza were very tasty.
02/06/2024: I had dinner with my children, courteous staff, poor food quality and not commensurate with the price but the icing on the cake was a bottle of Plose water at the price of 5.20 euros. Unacceptable!

Prezzo sopra la media! Posizione molto centrale, quindi di passaggio.
04/12/2023: Devo essere sincero tutto molto buono! La parmigiana davvero saporita però un po' troppo pasticciata... La lasagna buona e anche la pizza.

24/01/2024: The journey to Villscheiderhof actually begins in the center of Brixen. The drive went down a side street and through a small residential area with a speed limit, over a bridge over state highway 12 and over a bridge over the highway. The road has become narrower over the last few hundred meters, but now there are a lot of small curves. Once at the top you have a beautiful view over Brixen. I had registered in advance because the Buschenschank is closed in winter. I bought a Rose, a Zweigelt and a Kerner.

23/02/2024: Schöne Lage. Da kann man was draus machen. Kundschaft in Scharen. Aber gruseliger Service. Im Restaurant nur auf Reservierung. Ein No-Go im Skizirkus. Das blockiert unnötig Kapazitäten bei vielen potenziell verfügbaren Plätzen. Im Außenbereich unterirdisches Angebot an Snacks. Von drei Optionen war nur eine verfügbar. Es wurde aufs Restaurant im Innenbereich verwiesen. Siehe oben. Keine Chance. Good Bye & Good luck.

10/08/2024: Abbiamo chiesto un’offerta per uno Chalet per 5 notti e appena ricevuta l’offerta abbiamo telefonato per pura cautela perché la descrizione della camera diceva “cani non ammessi”.
Noi abbiamo un gatto e mio marito aveva suggerito di non telefonare perché non necessario. Purtroppo alla parola gatto lo chalet era stranamente grato via e per incanto c’era disponibile solo una camera che solitamente danno a coppie con bambini. Peccato che oltre al supplemento gatto la camera costava più dell’intero chalet.
Mi ha anche disturbata che rispondano al telefono in tedesco anziché in italiano. Fino a prova contraria la ns. lingua ufficiale è l’italiano e ancor di più mi ha disturbata il tono da collegio che non ammette repliche.
Allora si può sapere se accettano gli animali e quali?
Mi è stato risposto che il proprietario Sig. Volgher non c’è quasi mai.
Sarà questa la causa di questo scarso senso di accoglienza?
