16/05/2025: We were recently in Brixen and were strolling through the old town one evening, hungry, when we discovered this restaurant. We sat down and were immediately served by a very friendly waiter. There was a relatively large selection of dishes, including seasonal asparagus dishes. I also liked that they offered several different beers on the menu. We opted for pizza and Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes) for dessert. The waiter also made a few jokes. The food was very good, and the view of the cathedral was also very cool.

03/01/2025: We stayed for 3 nights in a triple room, taking advantage of the post-Christmas holidays. I opted for this solution having not found availability at affordable prices, in Trento or in the immediate vicinity. Let me start by saying that I had read the reviews, so I was expecting an "ancient" location, and that's fine, we like old-fashioned places, but here we are beyond ancient! Despite having the potential to be a little gem (obviously renovating it), it gave me the impression of being completely abandoned, without care! Apart from the room, which is certainly not very comfortable, at breakfast we felt abandoned. A boy comes to take the order, then completely abandoned! There is no customer focus, and honestly for what we spent it is the minimum! I certainly wouldn't go back!

20/03/2025: The owner and staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped me find transportation. I visited for a ski trip at the end of the year and had booked two hotels, so I needed a ride from one to the other. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but it turned out to be much harder than I expected! Since it was the end of the year (Actually I needed a write at new year day!!) and taxis aren’t the main mode of transportation in the Dolomites, I struggled to reach any taxi companies. However, the owner and staff went above and beyond to help me. They kept calling different taxi companies, speaking in Italian over and over, and after five or six tries, they finally found a ride for me! I truly appreciate their effort and kindness.

05/04/2025: I booked a brunch the week before, once I arrived at the bar I was told that they no longer offer this service... terrible also because I came from Bolzano on purpose. During the call it was necessary to say it first and also remove it from the paper menu as it is on display while sitting at the table.

03/02/2025: Went for a coffee, no newspapers, barely enough coffee. The beautiful glass window allows you to enjoy the sun. I took a look at the menu which, honestly, doesn't seem like much to me.
