Locanda del bel sorriso In Trento

Siamo stati in questa struttura una notte. La proprietaria è una persona gentile e paziente, pure troppo… il personale della struttura è maleducato e strafottente. Anche se ti approcci con gentilezza ed educazione l’atteggiamento resta lo stesso. Ristorante niente di che, mangi. Le camere sono semplici ma carine, tipiche di montagna. Purtroppo un po’ troppe scale e corridoi che conducono ad altre scale. Con del nuovo personale questa struttura farebbe un gran salto di qualità.

We stayed in the Villa and had dinner at the Locanda. The Villa certainly has the charm of an ancient building but the lack of maintenance interventions both internally and externally decreases the evaluation score. Heating: in winter and in 2023 it is not possible to have centralized and timed heating for accommodation facilities. Each room must be able to turn the heating on and off as desired depending on the needs of the occupants. We arrived on Friday 8th December evening and the heating had just been turned on and the room was obviously cold. Large bathroom and hot water that comes with a bit of effort. Good breakfast with sweet and savory products. Inn: considering that a very high percentage of the customers are the occupants of the rooms, I believe that the prices are too high for example we spent 22 euros for 2 pastas with meat sauce for the children... moreover there is no menu for children so don't you can order for example a schnitzel. Service would be a 1 for hospitality and kindness if it were for the guy who takes care of orders and service at breakfast and dinner who can be seen putting his heart and soul into it, 2 more stars for this.

The smile is now only in the name. The stunning villa would have enormous potential, unfortunately not fully exploited. It is outside the city in a hamlet of Trento. It has excellent parking. The charming rooms in their historic appearance await some maintenance. The bathroom has a suggestive central bathtub for a relaxing bath, absolutely uncomfortable for a quick shower. Stairs, stairs and stairs. Breakfast not received, finding two pieces of cake as desserts for two consecutive mornings is truly unpresentable. We had dinner one evening, fast service Alì the Pakistani boy in the room is the only pearl of the place, he dispenses smiles and some nice jokes. Dinner was good but not unforgettable. Overall a special place but I wouldn't go back

Very rustic and authentic hotel restaurant in between wine farms. As with most restaurants in Italy the food was simple but delicious, but dessert was a real highlight. Our room (Contessa) was set up to look and feel like 100 years ago. A interesting and nice experience. Taking a walk through the vineyards in the morning was really great. Breakfast was ok.

Cat tongue cushions Very uncomfortable and poor mattress...Andrea's room, impossible to use a bidet, my legs can't fit through it and when I got up, the corner of a shelf marked my forehead...breakfast, no espresso, no dessert...canned juices...THERE IS SO MUCH DQ IMPROVE for price you pay NOT WORTH IT missing soap kit in bathroom

For the first time in a hotel in Trento. Very beautiful place for the eyes. The rooms are clean and welcoming, but poorly soundproofed. Breakfast is ok. Too bad only for the coffee ☕. Made only with blackberry, but the breakfast one was really burnt. Good food, perhaps a little expensive.

Een verandering in het management die niet positief uitpakt. Benadering is onpersoonlijk correct, personeel is erg druk met telefoon en dus minder attent. In de kamer misten wij iets naast het bed voor bril, telefoon etc. Glazen ontbraken ook. Kleine maar toch belangrijke dingen. Helaas, de ziel is eruit.

Amazing experience, very welcoming atmosphere, extremely cosy inside a wine yard and an old mansion. Simply incredible!
