08/01/2025: Since we discovered it, we can't do without it. As soon as we are in Siena we have lunch at this Hostaria. Obviously we don't miss the Carbonara (really good) but also the fried pecorino with honey or the platter of both pecorino and cold cuts. Overall, highly recommended!

10/11/2024: An excellent restaurant in a panoramic position on the Tuscan hills near Poggibonsi. Prices are certainly not cheap but for Tuscany they are average. The village is also very interesting ... also for the wild boars that were looking for roots and that roamed in large numbers in the surrounding area. Anyway, worth coming back....

14/12/2024: An ice cream parlor located on the side of the road in a pink house, with a large terrace which was crowded with many locals. People with lactose intolerance are offered a wide choice of sorbets, each more delicious than the last. The prices are really fair and the portions are very generous. As for people with celiac disease, the waitress took care to bring out a cone protected in plastic and went to get separate tubs of ice cream in another room after I was able to choose from a list of almost 10 flavors. I really recommend it for people with dietary restrictions who can enjoy quality products and very good value for money.

13/12/2024: We didn't know where to order a pizza and without a doubt, what a good choice!! The guy was super kind, letting us order a pizza to taste, don't hesitate to order it with truffle, it's spectacular, very well priced and he also gave us some slices of ciaccino to try, a 10 in everything, how good the pizza was and in the especially kind that the boy was with us.

13/12/2024: Very very delicious pizzas, well priced and the man who makes them is a charm. In addition to what we ordered, he treated us to some extra portions. It's a shame that you can't eat the pizzas there and they are only takeaway.

16/01/2025: In the magnificent square of Monteriggioni, a restaurant surprising for its taste and elegance. The somewhat modest entrance perhaps does not do justice to the beautiful internal room, furnished with extreme care and extremely welcoming. The service is characterized by friendliness and professionalism (and even the background music does its part!). The cuisine is simply exceptional: raw materials processed with skill and preparations that reveal talent and creativity. Truly a great dining experience - we will be back!

22/12/2024: A small tavern with few seats available, at least in winter, but with cuisine that is absolutely not to be missed. Ate a Tuscan platter, FABULOUS homemade pici, very, very good livers with herbs, at a more than honest price and much lower than the average for the area. Super super recommended. Very good!!!!

A place where it seems that time has stopped, the rooms make you feel at home and take you back to a time when everything was hectic... in short, in this splendid village you can recharge and regenerate Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff...the passion and dedication for this splendid land shines through. Thanks to Andrea for the excellent advice, now all we have to do is drink the wine he recommended, confident that it will be delicious

31/12/2024: Fantastic farmhouse surrounded by nature where you can hear the birds singing... absolute peace. Wonderful place😊We had dinner for 2 evenings in their restaurant. What can I say... everything was excellent, high quality raw materials, truly excellent dishes and desserts. Varied breakfast with sweet and savory dishes. We had a small problem with the room, we congratulate Francesca, who immediately worked to solve the problem. They fixed everything immediately and were truly AMAZING. Thank you Francesca and thank you Andrea you made us feel at home😊We'll see you again soon!

30/11/2024: Stratospheric! It was like eating the dishes my grandmother cooked again (I'm Tuscan). Truly high quality ingredients (TASTE THE CINTA HAM) cooked to perfection and very kind staff. It had never happened to me before, I usually like to wander around, but given how good it was we came back two evenings straight away. Highly recommended!

24/11/2024: Charming village, small but very nice inn, good food and service and courtesy of the staff! Tagliolini with truffle and dish of the day: sautéed ossobuco and cardini! …artichokes… only in oil…. It's not a period... true... Too bad!!!

14/01/2025: Super quaint place!! We ate divinely, from the cutting board to the tomato soup, from the super homemade pasta to the desserts!! Super wow, book in advance and arrive quickly to enjoy the place in the best possible way! High tables with stools! Excellent wines See you soon, keep it up

13/01/2025: Very small but we ate very well. The handmade pici, pasta and chickpeas and the platter of cold cuts and cheeses are good. The only flaw is that the wine is by the bottle or glass. Unfortunately they don't even fill the glasses halfway. But alas I have found this in all restaurants. Since I wasn't driving I couldn't get a bottle. At least give the wine in bulk.

21/11/2024: Best meal of our entire Tuscan adventure. Such a treat when the chef/proprietress came to our table after our meal. It’s very small inside but charming and cozy.

17/11/2024: Characteristic inn in the village of Serre, food prepared with love by the owner Valentina, attentive to all the details of the local specialties offered, which all prove to be of excellent taste. Must try. We will be back!
