17/03/2025: One of the best ice creams I've ever eaten or, perhaps, the best ever. We stopped with my boyfriend, attracted by the excellent reviews on Google and the information written on a blackboard outside (only natural ingredients) and I must say that IT IS REALLY WORTH IT!!! The two of us took 3 cups (we couldn't resist) and all the flavors we tried were delicious: - Biscuit and oats without milk - Amaretto and cinnamon - Biscuit cream - Masgalano walnuts and figs - Malaga Rum Raisin - Grandma's cream - MUST TRY | Pairing: 100% pear + ginger & honey Every month the flavors change (except for the great classics) based on seasonality (big plus) and requests, both the ice cream maker and the lady at the counter are very kind and passionate about their work, ready to recommend combinations and flavours. Even though I'm far away, I'll make sure to come back!!!

26/12/2024: Discovered by chance on the way to San Gimignano in October 2024, what a pleasant surprise, very good food, own Chianti classico was superb.

10/03/2025: Highly recommended!! Had dinner in this small restaurant on a side street in the center of Siena. Recommended by a local person, we had a great time, typical dishes, cooked very well, the owners were really kind. Few seats so I recommend you book, open kitchen where the dishes are expertly prepared. Price is normal, don't miss it if like us you spend a few days in Siena and don't want to dine in the usual tourist restaurants.

15/03/2025: The food is very good, but the environment is not one of the best, because shortly after taking the food I had to eat standing up without there being even a small support to place the drinks on, or to sit down.

22/01/2025: Tra tanto vino, olio, tartufo, carne, prodotti tipici che invitano in questa zona a ghiotti pranzi e merende, un buon gelato ci sta bene. Qui lo trovi buono, con un’ampia varietà di gusti non solo classici ma anche con qualche originalità. Ambiente gradevole soprattutto per l’accogliente cortile con tanti tavoli e sedie a disposizione del pubblico. Prezzi equi (coppetta due gusti 3 euro). Il locale ha successo e quindi nelle ore di punta è facile dover fare un po’ di fila. Servizio al banco un po’ approssimativo e con qualche sbavatura.

13/01/2025: An authentic experience among the flavors and landscapes of Tuscany Our visit to Agriturismo Casa al Vento was simply enchanting, an experience that combines the best of Tuscan tradition with warm and authentic hospitality. We were welcomed with great kindness by Francesca, who proved to be impeccable and welcoming. With his smile and his professionalism, he immediately put us at ease, making us feel at home. Francesca accompanied us through the tasting experience with evident passion, carefully explaining every detail of the wines and telling us the history of the farmhouse and its wine production. The wine tasting was one of the most memorable moments: a selection of local labels of intense and full-bodied Reds, each paired perfectly with our charcuterie board. The latter was a riot of authentic flavours, with very high quality cold cuts and local products that spoke of tradition and territory. Every bite and every sip was a real pleasure for the palate. The farmhouse itself is a jewel. Immersed in the Tuscan hills, it offers a breathtaking view of vineyards, olive groves and gentle slopes that seem painted. The spaces are designed down to the smallest details, with a rustic but elegant style that reflects the character of the place. Walking around, breathing the fresh air and enjoying the silence of the countryside was a regenerating experience. I highly recommend Agriturismo Casa al Vento to anyone who wants to live an authentic and relaxing experience, among unique flavors and a postcard landscape. It is a place that knows how to conquer the heart and the senses! We'll be back soon ❤️

A place where it seems that time has stopped, the rooms make you feel at home and take you back to a time when everything was hectic... in short, in this splendid village you can recharge and regenerate Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff...the passion and dedication for this splendid land shines through. Thanks to Andrea for the excellent advice, now all we have to do is drink the wine he recommended, confident that it will be delicious

13/03/2025: We came across this wonderful locanda during a trip to the Crete Senesi. The offer is small but nice! Wonderful antipasti, pasta and dolce. Very good house wine and a strong espresso at the end. You can take lovely walks in this small town and enjoy the Crete landscape. Friendly service, very good price-performance ratio.

09/03/2025: It is a place where time has stopped, you have the feeling of eating at Valentina's house (this is the name of the owner, cook, waitress) outside the mass catering circuit that we are unfortunately used to today, especially in big cities. Few but excellent dishes, simple and genuine cuisine. I recommend booking in advance.

The environment is really very nice and welcoming; characterized by huge windows that allow you to enjoy the priceless view of the surrounding panorama. The service and quality offered are impeccable. Excellent value for money. All "seasoned" with a tranquility to be contextualized in the experience of a lunch (I didn't have dinner) in this impeccable place. Congratulations to this young couple.

You can't help but fall in love by walking through the street outside, and peering inside, if you had a doubt, it will take it away from you and you will truly fall in love! A small restaurant that will make you feel at home: in its simplicity it contains an elegance that will leave its mark on you. The welcome and the service are nothing to say, on the contrary, the quality of the price for the excellent raw materials, I would say excellent, the cuisine and the raw materials will make your heart beat and will make you experience Tuscany and Pienza in its entirety. In short, a place to live, to savor, and certainly to return to!

08/03/2025: We went on Saturday for lunch. We recommend booking first because there are always a lot of people. The platter with cold cuts, cheeses, bruschetta and hot focaccias is excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice place.

07/03/2025: If you want amazing fresh, homemade pasta, come here! The pici ragu was so delicious, we ordered the dish a 2nd time :) the appetizer plate was also devine. Fresh mix plate of cheese, meats, veggies and bruschettas. I highly recommend this place!

17/03/2025: I celebrated my birthday with them, and we had a wonderful day. All also thanks to Marco, who is an excellent host, super kind and helpful both in organizing the event, promptly responding to all our particular needs, and in the service and welcome together with his staff. Excellent and particular food, with a limited menu that still manages to meet all tastes and dietary restrictions, and which combines the Tuscan tradition well with a more vegetarian but at the same time refined cuisine. Truly suggestive location. Good quality/price ratio. It's always a confirmation, and I highly recommend it!

19/03/2025: Disgusting place, they take your plate from in front of you, and they don't even ask if they can take it, there are insects and the service sucks, I honestly don't like it at all. Furthermore, I found a small worm in the dish of rice with beans and mushrooms

18/02/2025: I have been there many times, I recommend the pasta al ortolana, The desserts are also delicious and the place is wonderful with animals!
