28/09/2024: Il gelato è di qualità seppure alcuni gusti , sopratutto quelli del giorno ,non siano sempre così vicini al sapore pubblicizzato . I prezzi sono alti e forse un pochino più di generosità nel riempire i coni o le coppette non guasterebbe Si ha la netta sensazione che il personale sia stato istruito ad essere estremamente parsimonioso e che tema di assecondare un po’ più di generosità nel servizio per ordini superiori Peccato , basterebbe davvero poco per rendere i clienti veramente soddisfatti

10/08/2024: Di sicuro il miglior gelato di Viareggio e per quel che mi riguarda uno dei migliori che abbia mai assaggiato in assoluto. E’ semplicemente sublime.

16/11/2024: This place is located a little far from where we live but when we pass by there it is half a fixed place. The peculiarity of this ice cream shop, beyond the vast choice and the impeccable service, is the fact that we can find dairy-free and gluten-free flavours, which is not something to be taken for granted for those with intolerance and allergy problems. We are very satisfied. WE WILL BE BACK VERY SOON

If you hesitate for 3 seconds to choose the pastries or sandwiches she already looks at you badly and you can see that she is annoyed. Not to mention if you "dare" ask her a question. But has no one ever told you how to relate to customers when working in contact with the public? I'm sorry but next time I'll spend my money elsewhere. EDIT After the owner's response, I would like to point out that this is the pastry shop, NOT ANY OTHER. The girl in question is always there on duty and in August she was the only youngest on duty, so I think it's easy for you to spot her. He may not have light eyes (I don't remember exactly) but he is a bit "chubby" and is quite young.

27/08/2024: I went a few years later for my sister-in-law's birthday party. The place is nice with a terrace overlooking the sea, excellent air on summer evenings. Mainly I believe that the place was created for an aperitif or aperitif in case of special parties. On the terrace there is musical entertainment, perfect for after dinner but intrusive during dinner, music too loud, you can't understand anything when you talk to the person next to you. Mainly we ate a classic platter with some cold cuts, of which the raw one was not particularly appreciated by some diners, it had a strange taste and smell, accompanied by some bruschetta, olives, mozzarella, cheese and hot focaccia. Good fried pasta, with grilled sausage and chips. The two first courses, half sleeves with ragù, paccheri with fish sauce, inedible, practically raw, put on and take off immediately. A note also on the ragù, it had a slightly acidic flavour. The sore point were the bathrooms. If you don't want to catch illnesses, avoid going, something beyond all logic, it felt like walking on a floor of urine, not to mention the rest. My husband had to use paper just to touch the handle. People suck and we know this, but there should be greater attention from the venue. From midnight the place fills up, chaotic and long queues at the checkout. Nice for a quick drink, for me to stay in short. Friendly and helpful staff and owner.

25/08/2024: There are no precise words to describe this WONDERFUL establishment. IT WAS A PERFECT HOLIDAY!! Owners and staff simply SPECTACULAR. We spent 12 days and I didn't find anything that didn't satisfy me, everything was really very nice. Relaxing holiday, large and clean beach, staff of the establishment of a kindness never seen before, everyone very nice and always sociable and smiling. Owners are something SPECIAL always present, always friendly and above all polite, they helped us a lot with anything we needed. Maria and Marianna are people of a higher level than anyone else who manages beaches or establishments. I recommend the restaurant, I have rarely eaten so well, always and every day everything was very good with top notch waiters, smiling and extremely kind. Being served by Veronica and Anna was a real pleasure. At the table we sat with a smile and got up satisfied with the service and food. The other waiters are also very good, Sofia is a young girl but with a great desire to do things and knows how to deal with customers. At the bar there is Sara, a wonderful girl, I will miss her breakfast very much!! I recommend a nice Riky's Pink Flamingo at the chiringuito, a delicious cocktail, and the guy is simply fantastic! I probably didn't mention anyone but that's not a problem because everyone will make you feel at home! You are wonderful and thank you for this UNFORGETTABLE holiday!! If we have the opportunity we will definitely see each other again!!

25/11/2024: Abbiamo cenato in gruppo con amici e parenti. Tagliata di tonno di scarsa qualità, fredda e di quantità davvero ridicola. La pizza era passabile ma non come la descrive il proprietario che pecca di grande presunzione. Tempi di attesa lunghi e personale poco attento, poco sorridente, lento..... Quasi inadeguato. Personalmente non ci torneremo più

07/08/2024: Uno dei migliori gelati della città, servito sempre col sorriso. Un posto come questo nel quartiere fa la differenza. Le mie nipoti ci sono cresciute con il loro gelato ed é sempre un bel momento andarne a prendere uno insieme.
