07/03/2025: Nice place in the heart of a characteristic neighbourhood, the pizza dough and the flatbread are very good, the ingredients the speck and brie are a little less so, but all in all good, the price is adequate. Advised

20/01/2025: Raramente mi capita di recensire così male i posti in cui vado, a patto che non si sfiori il ridicolo per quanto riguarda una portata. La portata in questione è la fregola cacciuccata, servita come primo piatto, alla vergognosa cifra di 22€. Mi spiace non aver neanche una foto da allegare per mostrare quanto fosse immangiabile, sia per l’aspetto che per il gusto. Fregola delle dimensioni di una pastina da brodo(per chi conosce le tempestine Barilla), sommersa in una brodaglia che doveva essere l’acqua del cacciucco, di un color verde Gange, senza la minima presenza di un qualsiasi pesce e tre foglie di salvia buttate sopra. In generale poi prezzi eccessivi per qualità dei prodotti presentati, sarei curioso di vedere la faccia dei proprietari se in un altro ristorante venisse loro servito un piatto del genere. Sicuramente non tornerò , ci sono posti di categoria superiore nei dintorni.

29/12/2024: Piatto (unico preso) molto buono ma...prezzi come se fossero in centro a Milano (22 euro per un primo) e quantità al minimo (3 forchettate di numero, non per modo di dire) ed il coperto ben 4 euro a persona. Ci sono posti vicino a Suvereto, Venturina, Campiglia etc. dove si mangia ugualmente bene, i prezzi sono molto più nella norma e le quantità più abbondanti. Scegliete altro!!!

10/10/2024: in 2022, my partner and I visited the salegrosso restaurant 3 times and it was quite a pleasant experience (very good octopus, we caught the off-card dishes of lobster pasta and crawfish pasta). What we experienced this year is absolute drama! We've been going to Italy at least once a year since 2017 but we've never eaten so badly anywhere yet. We ordered octopus in batter which had no flavour at all. Two pasta dishes - one cost €28 and there was one sliced prawn in it. I am aware that it is not always about quantity and the majesty of the cook can work wonders but in this case this pasta had no flavour value. The second pasta was also expressionless and tasteless. In the end, with a bottle of Prosecco (my only nice memory of this dinner), the bill for the starter and two second courses was over 100 euros. There are definitely better places in Marciana Marina where you can eat good seafood at this price.

27/11/2024: I was bitterly surprised by the RUDENESS and ARROGANCE of the owner, she really left me stunned after consuming and exchanging a few cordial words, for a simple request to try a little-known flavor of ice cream her reaction was completely INAPPROPRIATE. She started by insulting the people who make this request by saying that she is there to sell and not to give away and when I pointed out that even at the delicatessen you can find samples to encourage people to buy, she almost thought I was crazy. In short, it deprived me of the small pleasure of enjoying something fresh and it took me more than half an hour to get rid of the NEGATIVITY it sent me. My lady, you can save all the grams of ice cream you want and even buy a villa with it, but by doing so you will hardly be able to enrich yourself! UPDATE Stop your threats and intimidation because these are a crime, not a legitimate and truthful judgement!

25/01/2025: The best pizza in Cecina, friendly and nice, Noemi and all the staff are nice and friendly. I recommend you go there often.

30/09/2024: The food here exceeded our expectations. We were looking for something vegetarian friendly and ended up having some of the best pizza during our stay in Italy. Staff were friendly and spoke English well.
