11/05/2025: I celebrated my son's communion, having high expectations of the quality of the food. Even though they arrived very punctually, they brought us the appetizers after more than an hour, leaving us at the table with only the sugared almonds and two small bowls of party pretzels. After another hour the first courses arrived (couscous and busiate with fish ragù), cold and tasteless, as well as in nouvelle cuisine portions. Even with the second course it didn't go any better, a minimal swordfish skewer served with cold baked potatoes. I was extremely disappointed, I had never eaten worse couscous. We paid 50 euros per person for a menu that was perhaps barely worth half of it. On the other hand, the waitress who served us at the table was very kind, even though we had to call her every time we ran out of water or wine. Perhaps it would be necessary to increase the staff, at least on these days when banquets are planned.

03/10/2024: Ristorante bar molto carino proprio sul mare. Abbiamo preso cuscus con polpo, tonno con melanzane, parmigiana e cannoli. Il pesce non era un gran che ed il servizio un po' pressante...ci hanno tolto il bicchiere di vino ancora da finire per proporcene un secondo...calma. Il cannolo buono Il cuscus in foto 25 euro.

01/10/2024: One of the few places on Pantelleria, almost on the sea, just outside the town of Pantelleria, excellent beers, good food, serves in the morning, lunch and dinner, this time we also had 2 consecutive live music evenings, with truly remarkable Sicilian artists. The managers, Rita (especially) and Maurizio (a little less so - but you can work with them :D) are very welcoming and know how to do their job well, and then a place that plays live music, by the sea, in the summer, and that sells you t-shirts with their logo, but would you rather not go there!? Unmissable.

18/05/2025: Siamo stato di passaggio a Trapani e ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante. Accoglienza ottima e piatti tipici sublimi in particolare le busiate ed il cous cous. Consigliatissimo !!

Tiziana ofreció una experiencia gastronómica excepcional. No hay tiempo de espera. La comida era buena y genuina. Vale la pena visitarlo.

05/01/2025: In slightly less nice places it is almost always a certainty to spend little, eat well and have large portions. Good sandwiches, plentiful side dishes and honest prices. A gentleman who takes care of everything, but very nice and prepared. It's a bit like being at home. If you haven't been, do it, it's really worth it.

12/05/2025: It's a shame there are only 5 stars, it deserves much more, not only for the bread which is spectacular, but for the kindness, friendliness and know-how. I give 10 stars to the owner and the boy at the counter (at least I think he is the owner) who was incredibly kind, I told him that due to various commitments it had been a long time since I went to get bread, but that morning I got up with the obsession of going to eat bread in Scopello, Thank you also for the very welcome gift, the cassatella is too good, everything is top notch with you, congratulations again, I hope to come and visit you soon

11/05/2025: Back from hiking we wanted to go to this bakery. Unfortunately the ZTL required you to park and pay €5 to access the bakery. So we moved on and went elsewhere.

26/01/2025: Ristorante "da turisti" in una via del centro storico con tanto di tentativo di acchiappo in strada. Cucina discreta ma nulla più. Cuscus di pesce non male ma brodo di accompagnamento insapore e insipido. Porzioni abbondanti. Eccellente, va detto, l'olio evo al tavolo, in una regione in cui spesso la ristorazione manifesta una cultura dell'olio imbarazzante malgrado esistano ottimi prodotti locali. Buono il cannolo scomposto.

14/01/2025: Tenté par le couscous de poissons, servi bien chaud. Les poissons blancs frais et goûteux, accompagnés de couscous gros grains peu parfumé. Quelques légumes auraient pu être servis avec le bouillon épicé. Belle salle, service efficace mais peu causant.
