05/12/2024: A lovely place near the cathedral, a perfect place to grab a bite to eat and drink. The owners are very nice and helpful, they approached us with great kindness and a smile on their faces.

04/12/2024: The Bar del Duomo is a real gem: a nice and convenient place that offers an unforgettable experience. The view is simply spectacular and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The breakfast was dreamy, with fresh and well-presented products, perfect for starting the day in a special way. Absolutely recommended for those who want a moment of relaxation in a unique setting! And the chocolate? From Modica obviously.

20/12/2024: It's definitely my favorite place. Everything was fantastic, from the starter to the dessert. Seasonal dishes studied in detail, excellent flavor combinations. Last night the velvety soup and pumpkin mousse were incredible. Really very good. The service is no exception, always highly prepared but also friendly and nice to customers. Top. I always come back, for me it feels like home. See you next Saturday 😜

22/11/2024: Last night we were in Modica for shopping and we thought we'd eat a pizza there at granum together with my family and my sister! We are from Caltagirone.. A delightful experience... the waitress who accompanied us to the table was delightful and loving... Super pizza! Light and delicious! We will definitely be back! See you soon!!

30/11/2024: Pasticceria nel centro di Modica, con tavolini interni per degustazione torte e caffetteria. Vetrina di dolci strepitosa, all’assaggio una vera gioia per il palato. La migliore cassata mai mangiata!

25/11/2024: We went for a hot tea, we asked for some butter biscuits and they weren't there. They brought us 2 tiny carob biscuits which we were charged €1 each for. Non-existent assortment of teas, only one black tea and one green tea. Stop. For the sum of €4 plus €2 for a hot tea and 2 biscuits. In my opinion these excessive prices are ridiculous. Too expensive. For your information 3 butter biscuits are generally offered. You charge €1 each for them. I'm amazed how you aren't ashamed to shoot certain prices. Never again in this place

13/07/2024: Dopo aver girato Modica a piedi in lungo, in largo e... in alto, tornando a prendere la macchina, a pomeriggio inoltrato siamo entrati quasi per caso alla Casa Don Puglisi - La Bottega, per bere ancora qualcosina prima di ripartire per Ortigia. Ma che bella sorpresa è stata! Bar, proposte dolci e salate per tutti i gusti, negozio con golosità del luogo, e anche una fornita libreria. Inoltre, giovani, meno giovani, anziani, riuniti tutti lì a leggere, bere e mangiare. E alla fine, non abbiamo bevuto un caffè veloce, ma ci siamo intrattenuti per una bella oretta, curiosando qua e là e facendo pure qualche acquisto. Fra l'altro, qui l'acqua da bere è gratis, perché l'acqua è un bene comune che va condiviso, anche con il cuore, e non deve essere un bene oggetto di sfruttamento. Con la creazione di questa casa non solo si è reso omaggio alla memoria di Don Puglisi, ma si è dato vita a un punto di aggregazione davvero notevole. Bravi!

09/11/2024: Siamo andati parecchi volte in estate e gelato non era male ma costoso . Anche la classica granita di limone fa pagare 4€! Però in autunno la situazione con qualità è scesa drasticamente! Gelato e granita non fresche , brioches deformati e riscaldate .. Fuori di stagione sconsiglio assolutamente!

25/09/2024: Unfortunately a negative review. Had two cappuccini at 9:15 am. Mediocre quality. The lady serving was unfriendly. At checkout I was charged far too high an amount, apparently on the assumption that I am a tourist who does not know Italy and Sicily. I have been visiting Marina di Modica regularly since 2012, but I will not return to this place.

24/08/2024: Abbiamo preso per due sere l’aperitivo. Servizio gentilissimo. Ottimi cocktail e patatine fritte da urlo. Segnalo la competenza sui vini della ragazza che ci ha servito. Raccomando senz’altro!

06/07/2024: We have been everyday for a week and there is always good coffee, good vibe and good service! Plus, they have a good selection of spirits and also natural wines from Sicily, which is a big plus.
