29/04/2026: One of the best, if not the best, pizzas we've ever eaten. The pizza maker and the lovely lady are true Italian pizza masters! Prices and wait times are also excellent! We've been there twice already and are extremely satisfied!! Highly recommended.

27/01/2026: A takeout and delivery pizzeria, with a few tables where you can dine in. We ordered whole-wheat pizzas, excellent dough, and delicious toppings.
18/01/2026: The pizzas were very good and the service was quite prompt. But you can't give me lukewarm pizzas because I added a portion of fries on the spot and said I wouldn't have had them if there was a wait. Plus, the fries were frozen. I'm sorry, but if you had told me the fries were cold and the pizzas were already lukewarm, I would have avoided them. Sometimes it takes so little that I don't understand. I should point out that the requested takeout time was 9:30 PM, and I was at the pizzeria at 9:30 PM sharp.

02/05/2026: I live in La Maddalena, and on May 1st, my family and I went to the Assaggio restaurant, based on the excellent reviews on the website.
We had lunch with a mix of mussels, first courses, and second courses.
What can I say...SUPERLATIVE...
You can smell the sea and taste the excellent quality of the ingredients.
The place is very welcoming, spotlessly clean, and beautiful.
The staff is very kind and friendly.
Mrs. Lilli is very nice and kind.
It was a fantastic discovery at the Assaggio restaurant.
I highly recommend it.
We'll definitely be back.

14/04/2026: Kudos to Aldo, he's truly a professional, the best pizza chef in Olbia, definitely number one in Sardinia and Italy. At Michelin-starred chef level, he once again made me eat the best pizza in the world. Go and ask for Aldo and try his pizza. Well done, Aldo.
05/04/2026: The food was good overall and the service was very friendly and welcoming. The Buffalo pizza was good, and the calamari were okay, though slightly chewy.
Overall, it was a positive experience and I can recommend this place.

07/04/2026: Food was outstanding and is one of the 3 Michelin Guide restaurants in Olbia. We had dinner here every night during our stay in the Jazz Hotel. We didn’t have to go far for Sardinian cuisine, we had almost all the dishes from the menu and they were just exquisite from the Fregula Nera, Branzino, Yellowfin Tuna, Calamarata, The Antipastos were out of this world like the fried Cod Fish or Baccala, Mortadella di Polpo and the Arancini. We also had the Linguine with Lobster, wow to die for, the traditional Culurgiones and the Bortigalesa was very tender. Food here is exceptional and the best part is the staff. They made us feel like home with their hospitality, we will never forget Antonia, Fabio, Vanessa and Franco they are truly remarkable people and we are looking to coming back here. This was the best highlight of our 6 days trip, the wonderful food and most of all the warm and friendly people

20/02/2026: My husband and I ordered two pizzas. The frozen ones are better and have more ingredients! I'm usually less harsh on reviews, but this time we were both sorely disappointed! The pizzas were salty, lacking in ingredients, the dough was soft and not crispy, and it even dripped when you squeezed the slice! Unfortunately, I've never eaten such hastily made pizzas!
That evening, we even had stomach cramps! For goodness' sake! We won't order again!

02/05/2026: For my 50th birthday, I received a gorgeous cake made by Pasticceria Tiramisù: elegant, meticulously crafted, yet original and charming. The floral decorations, macarons, and delicate colors made it truly unique.
Besides being beautiful, it was also delicious: fresh, balanced, and loved by all the guests.
A heartfelt thank you to Cristina for making this moment even more special with her passion, talent, and all the care she puts into her work.

The atmosphere is refined and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing moment. The service was very welcoming and attentive: the staff was kind, helpful, and always smiling. It was an absolutely positive experience that I recommend to anyone in the area looking for a pleasant experience. I'll definitely be back!
15/02/2026: Valentine's Day dinner included both a fixed menu for €90 per person and an à la carte menu. We chose the fixed menu, plus a bottle of wine (€60) and an extra raw appetizer (4 scampi and 4 shrimp), without the price being listed. It should be noted that on the menu, an appetizer with 2 oysters, 2 truffles, 2 red or purple shrimp, 2 scampi, tartare, and baby cuttlefish costs €58. The cod they served us was so salty we had to leave it alone, and the beetroot entree was the same. The service and ambiance were pleasant.
Final bill: €360 for two. The additional appetizer cost €112, a completely outrageous amount. When we called to clarify, the price was confirmed (€200/kg), all with an unprofessional attitude and giggles over the phone.
