30/12/2024: If your goal is to live like a grandson at your grandmother's house in Olbia on Sunday lunch, this place is for you. Genuine cuisine, friendly staff, as if it were your aunt serving you or your grandmother herself asking what we would like to eat. The raw materials are sensational, generous portions surrounded by an ideal environment for families with children or Sunday lunches. The costs are negligible, almost of times gone by and absolutely competitive. All the staff, without exception, form a large family where the customer is a member. I recommend the octopus with potatoes.

19/11/2024: Capitati per caso in una serata autunnale, con musica dal vivo di una cantante molto brava. Servizio molto gentile di tutto il personale, pochi piatti essendo fuori stagione. Cucina dai sapori decisi, abbiamo apprezzato tutto, compresa la cacio e pepe con tartare di tonno o variante gamberi. Le cozze alla marinara non erano particolarmente grandi, anzi, ma essendo fuori stagione ci siamo un po' accontentati. Bella l'idea anche delle serate a tema, non abbiamo approfittato scegliendo dal menù ma l'iniziativa è buona e il prezzo proposto sarebbe stato più vantaggioso (giustamente) facendo anche abbinamento a vini compresi, di una cantina che proponeva prosecchi nello specifico. Merita senz'altro una visita. Non economico, ma nella media per il locale.

Il loro amore, la loro passione, i cibi deliziosi. Potrei stare ore a raccontare ma... la cosa migliore che posso fare e consigliarvi di prenotare il vostro tavolo. Le mie stelle sono 100...non 5.

19/11/2024: andavamo spesso da Baccus poiche' era un ottimo ristorante , ma l'ultima volta ci ha delusi parecchio : la mia insalata mista presentava varie foglie marce , il piatto di salumi e formaggi aveva tutte e tre le fette di guanciale rancido e il fritto misto di pesce e verdure offriva , tra l'altro , una sardina di almeno una settimana prima e le verdure erano pregne di olio......ma perche'? era un lunedi' , capisco : il giorno dopo la vostra chiusura settimanale , ma e' incredibile che un ristorante al vostro livello non controlli la qualita' del cibo....e stiamo parlando di 3 portate su 4! un vero peccato.

25/10/2024: No estoy seguro de cómo este restaurante obtuvo una estrella Michelin, pero no vimos evidencia de ello cuando visitamos. Éramos una de las dos parejas en el restaurante y el personal de camareros estaban más interesados en sus propias conversaciones que en servir en las mesas. Además, la comida no se preparó correctamente en absoluto - pedí el carpaccio de ternera que se suponía que se marinaba en cítricos y soja con mayonesa de alcaparra y un huevo marinado y verduras. En primer lugar - el huevo NO fue marinado en absoluto, solo un huevo duro viejo y simple. Segundo, la carne no tenía sabor a cítricos ni a soja. Mi esposa pidió los calamares que venían con papas fritas, servidos en un cono de papel. ¿Deberíamos discutir nuestro postre? Ambos pedimos su tarta de queso, que en realidad se sirvió en un vaso. En el fondo del vaso había nueces trituradas y particularizadas, luego medio vaso de la tarta de queso, luego el resto era de una mezcla de frutas demasiado dulce. Los dos sacamos toda la fruta de nuestros platos para llegar a la tarta de queso. Era adecuado, pero nada sobre lo que escribiría a casa. Y las nueces simplemente no parecían ir con el pastel de queso en absoluto. Servicio de mierda - comida adecuada, pero no preparado de acuerdo con el menú y un postre pretencioso. Ahorre su dinero y no se moleste con este.

29/12/2024: Nice place but staff not at all sensitive to accommodating customers with special dietary needs. It is not professional to make grimaces and annoyed faces when faced with customers' questions, much less to be seen mimicking in the kitchen. Mediocre pizza.
