17/05/2025: Unfortunately we found I Templari only on the last evening of our holiday. Who says that Italians disdain i turisti who turn up at the restaurant door at 19:00 sensa prenotazione? We were welcomed very warmly even though they had clearly been very busy with a Mothers day function that afternoon. We had a memorable meal (antipasti and primi and a glass of house white wine which absolutely sets the bar for quality), great value, great service.

25/03/2025: In my opinion, serving with hands wet from a slight disgust, then getting back to making pizzas and touching the food with hands that are not only wet but soaked in money after giving me the change, what do I tell you to do! Never again!

06/05/2025: Stunning farmhouse, very refined furnishings and welcoming environments. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast with always fresh products and delicious cakes. I would like to particularly thank Alessandro, the owner, who was very attentive and helpful. We will be back soon.

The presence of the owner is the most important thing, his warmth and kindness make you feel at home. The room is huge and clean. The impeccable pool. Dinner one of the most delicious we have had. Not to mention the breakfast, fresh, all homemade and on the spot. It was an unparalleled and unforgettable experience. Thank you very much Masseria Bagnara for welcoming us in this way.

14/05/2025: Nous cherchions un restaurant ce dimanche lors de notre visite sur grottaglie. Jolie surprise que ce restaurant 😊 nous avons été très bien accueillis, le cadre est sympatique et joliment décoré. J'ai degusté des orechiettes délicieuses. je recommande vivement ce restaurant à l'écart et au calme du village 🥰 Merci j'y retournerais avec plaisir si je retourne aux pouilles un jour.

08/05/2025: Este restaurante se encuentra en el barrio de cerámica de Grottaglie, perfecto después de un paseo por las tiendas y estudios. Estábamos sentados con todos los demás en el patio delantero, que es un bonito entorno al aire libre. El servicio es muy bueno y nuestro camarero era muy amable y servicial. Elegimos un almuerzo "crudo" de ostras, gambas y atún, con vino local. Estaba bien presentado y delicioso. Había muchos otros platos que nos hubiera gustado probar y sin duda volveremos a visitar este restaurante en nuestro próximo viaje.

13/05/2025: A group of 8/10 people can't order more than three different first courses 🤷🏻‍♀️I would say the pasta is good but very full of cream, in all the dishes there is cream! All in all not bad as costs very fast because of the time it is not so relaxing 😌 but to spend an evening without commitments you can go back without expecting to be late 😉

11/05/2025: Easily the highest quality of fine food on our 3-week vacation in Puglia. Very recommended! The mixed antipasti for 2 persons was a cascade of surprises. Compliments to the kitchen! The gnocchi: a delight in truffle cream sauce. The ham on the bone: with such a tasty sauce. My god, what a treat. If you like fine cooking: this is your place.

04/04/2025: Best sushi in the area. Excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff with fast and attentive service. The only flaw is that when you leave there an unpleasant cooking smell remains. I recommend revising the hood to let out the odors. For the rest nothing to say

The service was quick and efficient, without long waits even though the place was full.
