Presented on a long cutting board, it immediately strikes you with its variety and generous portions. The dough is thin and well-cooked. A pizza designed to be shared: ideal for a dinner with friends where everyone can choose their favorite slice. We'll be back.

14/09/2025: Unfortunately, not really recommended. We had meat. It was cooked through rather than medium, and was therefore dry. The Tagliata di Manzo was also very fatty. When we told the waiter, he didn't care at all. Almost all the other guests ordered pizza. But even that is much better 50 meters away. Go somewhere else.

14/09/2025: We've been a couple of times this summer. The first time we had pizza, which wasn't bad, but nothing special. The second time we had fried meatballs (3), meatballs in tomato sauce (8), and eggplant rolls (6). Overall, the experience wasn't bad, but not exceptional either. I give it three stars for the dedication and courtesy of the staff.

27/10/2025: For celiacs: I ordered melted cheese with honey as an appetizer. The dish arrived with pizza slices on top, and I asked to return it, stressing that I have celiac disease and need to be careful. They brought it back without the bread, and I ate it. Unfortunately, however, I felt terrible the next day, so I fear they simply removed the bread, leaving everything contaminated. The pizza, too, has changed, and the base is flavorless and full of oil. I strongly advise against it. I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but I feel it's necessary to warn anyone with the same condition as me.

31/08/2025: Let me start by saying that, for me, kindness and humility are the most important things that make people special. In your restaurant, all these elements are unknown to you. From the moment we were welcomed, it was immediately clear that the lady was annoyed. As the evening progressed, it got worse and worse. We ordered two portions of potatoes, one of gratinated mussels, and four scialatelli with clams. The service was completely non-existent. They brought the portions of potatoes and mussels just like that. We had to ask for the dishes ourselves. The first courses arrived, the pasta was cold and sticky, inedible, and we had to leave them. I'm disgusted by the chef's arrogance when he showed up at the table and told us to go to hell, saying we'd never eaten scialatelli with clams. To conclude, even though there's so much to say, we'll never return to your restaurant. Being from Manduria, I hate to speak ill of a restaurant in my hometown, but in this case, I advise you to humble yourself, or you'll lose all your customers. With this, I'm responding to your lies. We had cleaned all the clams beforehand so we could eat them with the pasta; only a forkful was missing from the plate, just enough to understand that it wasn't a dish worth eating. And anyway, I'll come in person tonight to find out who knows me and can tell you that I'm causing problems.

02/09/2025: This isn't a typical Italian restaurant, but a great place where you can feel the real family atmosphere of Italy, the service is very nice and the food is amazing, even the ordinary pizza has an extraordinary taste because it's baked in an old oven using real wood, which is a rarity :) I recommend it

04/04/2025: Sono venuto a mangiare con la mia compagna in questo posto stupendo. Abbiamo preso antipasto misto con varie portate e la carne mista, che a mio avviso erano la cosa più buona, le salsicce e le bombette qualcosa di stupendo!! Straconsigliato!!

02/03/2025: Locale carino, location in un trullo....bello poter vedere la forma conica del soffitto.... Secondo me si mangia abbastanza bene, prodotti locali ....da quel che ho visto antipasti abbondanti....prezzi nella media. Non mi entusiasma, ma è un ristorante di livello medio/ alto....arredato con cura....pulito e rivolto a famiglie e giovani. Però dall' esterno è un po' desolato....e non molto " visibile".....siamo nella campagna di Martina Franca, esattamente a San Paolo ....ma se si ha bisogno di tranquillità va benissimo. Promosso ma potrebbe migliorare.

22/09/2025: Terribly disappointed... Saturday we sat down at 10:00 PM and immediately ordered croquettes, patties, and pizzas. The beers arrived immediately, the croquettes after a quarter of an hour, the patties after 20 minutes, and then everyone was dead.... At 12:10 AM we finally got our pizza and the famous fries, tired and no longer hungry.... Not to mention the service: the waiters were bored and didn't know how to respond to our requests... In short, a Saturday night to forget....
