19/03/2024: It is a difficult challenge to share our negative experience without using offensive language. The place favors the quantity of customers to the detriment of comfort. We were practically next to a column with no space or possibility to move. The air inside is worn out and unbreathable. The €2 cost for the service is unjustified. Tablecloths and cloth napkins were missing, replaced by rinsable placemats and cutlery tipped directly into a bucket in the center of the table. The prices of the beers are in line with those of a rich European capital. The pizza dough is spongy and chewy, while the sour tomato... Dop has a horrible sweetish taste. But the worst thing was the discovery of chewing gum in the pizza. I repeat, CHEWING GUM IN THE PIZZA. It is incredible how a situation like this can occur, raising legitimate concerns about the quality of ingredient control and staff preparation. Response to owner: The review reports not only the experience of the unfortunate woman who found gum in the pizza, but also the impressions of others who ordered the pizza and more generally of everyone. Out of 5 people who ordered pizza, three of them found the tomato sweetish and the dough rubbery (just like chewing gum in pizza) and spongy. However, we all had the impression that there were more people than the capacity of the place. One girl had to go outside to get some air because she felt suffocated. We were so crowded that the waiters couldn't even go around the table to clear the table. The proof of this is that we had to pass the cutlery and plates of those sitting at the end of the table to the waiters ourselves. Not to mention the fact that people smoke iquos in front of the waiters who take their order without saying anything. It may be true that there are no express bans on vaping inside the premises, but given that you already work above the real capacity of your premises and the air inevitably consumes more than normal, it should be common sense not to allow customers to vape indoors. That's better? Is it clearer now? Or do we need to do multiple distinct and separate reviews? Furthermore, you don't have to protect your image from anything because there is no smear campaign taking place here. The negative review was only triggered because you ignored the private messages. The only thing you had to do is apologize and you didn't, in fact you even had the audacity to respond with sarcasm. You were just lucky that the bitter discovery didn't happen directly on the spot, otherwise it would have been to be seen if you had had the same mocking ways. The girl asked for a box to take the pizza home because, first of all, it is a shame to throw away the food and secondly because she liked it anyway (the girl is not among those three people who didn't like the pizza). The capital where you can go on holiday is Dublin. The prices of beers in the Irish capital are the same as those charged by you, with the only difference that you will find yourself in Dublin in some historic pub and not in Roccaforzata. If you are aware of the fact that your service has nothing to do with that of a restaurant and if it is true that the placemats are disposable and therefore you don't even have to wash them, then don't charge 2 euros for service.

20/01/2024: We definitely dine here a couple of times during the summer. This restaurant, seemingly inconspicuous from the road, serves very tasty and unique cuisine. There is a certain elaboration of dishes, which is what attracts us. Especially delicious grilled cuttlefish, a mix of appetizers. In general, everything is good and pleasant.

05/11/2023: Mi sono recata presso questo locale con amici ed il mio cagnolino, nonché un barboncino nano oltretutto tranquillissimo, sono stata accolta in pessimo modo dal proprietario, per poi essere sbattuta fuori in quanto non accettava il mio cane! Mi ha anche chiesto di chiuderlo in macchina per tutta la durata del pranzo! Sono basita per la chiusura mentale che si ha ancora nel 2024 verso gli animali… nessuna sensibilità… si dovrebbe provare vergogna soltanto a pensarle alcune cose! Inoltre, il ristorante, non presentava alcun cartello con divieto di entrata per cani! Ovviamente posto in cui non andrò mai più e certamente non farò buona pubblicità!
