The chef enriched an already rich menu of iconic and historic dishes with a masterful balance of flavors, adding many surprises. An unforgettable experience at a local restaurant that has been awarded a Michelin star.

23/09/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at the 'Cottura Media' restaurant in Trani, and I must say it was a truly memorable experience. The owner, extremely friendly and attentive, made us feel like special guests from the very first moment. His recommendations for dishes were impeccable: we enjoyed a fresh fish appetizer, rich in flavor and exceptional quality, and truly delicious paccheri allo scoglio, all accompanied by an excellent local wine.
The atmosphere was welcoming, the service attentive, and the price was fair for the high quality of the food. In short, a perfect evening that I highly recommend to anyone seeking an authentic and refined culinary experience in Trani. Congratulations, indeed.

13/08/2025: Honestly, the pizza was nothing special...
The waitress came over twice to ask if we were ready to order, but if we don't call you, we're obviously not ready. She also came over immediately to take away the dishes as soon as we finished the pizza. I wouldn't go back.

Il posto all’aperto è davvero suggestivo, con una vista spettacolare sul mare e una musica di sottofondo che rende l’atmosfera ancora più piacevole.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Miki, l'addetto al servizio, bravissimo, gentilissimo e anche simpatico ed ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.
Tutto perfetto, ci torneremo sicuramente!

20/02/2025: Ordine con consegna a domicilio arrivato un'ora dopo l'orario pattuito, pizze storte, salate, ingredienti di scarsa qualità, panzerotti fritti con troppa pasta rispetto alla farcia, prezzo pagato alla consegna aumentato rispetto a quelli indicati durante l'ordine, nessun riguardo nonostante l'enorme ritardo nella consegna, bocciato!
