27/07/2024: Culinary experience. The only useful words to describe the evening spent. Pampered from the moment we arrived, we were looked after throughout the dinner, with advice that made the evening truly perfect. It is useless to talk about the dishes: experiential and surprising, like the Amare salad which I would define as "sparkling", certainly unexpected. The first and second courses are also excellent with explosions of flavour, well-made combinations and presentations worthy of their fame. I recommend the cheese trolley which, if you are not familiar with, you can have prepared by relying on their profound knowledge of the products. The choice of wines is also tasty. The elegant and refined environment, as well as silent, acts as a glue for the whole evening. Too bad there isn't a sea view, it would have been perfect.

18/08/2024: Walking through the streets of Trani on a warm summer evening, we stopped for dinner in this bistro. We were pleasantly enchanted by this place due to its uniqueness. Maurizio the owner is exquisitely kind. The dishes are prepared with attention and care. The Caramel Bistrot really won us over. I hope to return soon, in the meantime a warm greeting from Naples!.
11/08/2024: Honestly exceptional! There are two types of restaurants: tourist traps, good restaurants and Maurizio's place is part of a 3rd: the exceptional! It's ultra typical, it's unlike anything else at Trani, it's super good and everything is done with meaning! Very very good wines, super affordable prices and unique atmosphere. Special mention for the maurizio pasta: whatever the recipe of the day, go for it with your eyes closed!

20/08/2024: We pass by to go to dinner on the port.
The terrace is almost full and the atmosphere attracts us. The tour is done and we are installed. The order is quickly taken (very friendly waitress and explains very well the compositions of the pizzas and the origins of the beers offered).
Drinks are served within three minutes and pizzas, five minutes later.
Everything is very good and plentiful enough to make it difficult for me to finish. My wife is also very satisfied. The Sicilian MESSINA beer is a great discovery. Too bad about the desserts, but we don't have any more room.
A friendly address where the products are excellent and the staff take great care.

A sedere davanti ad un piccolo tavolo da bistrot è possibile mangiare ottimi tranci di pizza. Uno spuntino da non perdere
09/05/2024: Bravi Ragazzi! Focaccia e taralli buonissimi a prezzi onestissimi. Ci siamo fermati di passaggio a Trani e questo panificio ha coronato il nostro pranzo. Davanti al porto sorseggiando una buona birra pugliese insieme ad una focaccia ai pomodori. TOP!

17/08/2024: We have been to this location on various occasions and it is always a confirmation, we were immediately welcomed in a warm and empathetic manner, we were recommended some excellent starters which we appreciated, excellent choice of pizzas and meats, friendly and helpful service!! Special thanks to the restaurant manager for the attention given to us during the evening (which was not easy given the large turnout). We will return as soon as possible.
17/08/2024: From the outside it's a wonderful place, in short, the inside! The structure is nice but perhaps it needs a little more care
Good pizza, an average thin pizza!
Impeccable children's entertainment service, wonderful play area, even the two little boys who follow the children's play are very attentive
Terrible table service, without attention, without care, shaky table, extra water added to the bill that we had already told us to remove, no particular incident happened. But overall the service should be completely revised! (I'm in the industry)

07/07/2024: Perfect location, service and super delicious food. The owner Maurizio, either Laura, made us feel at home. Their attention to detail, the food flavors, local ingredients and presentation rendered a fabulous and fantastic meal!
We enjoyed everything and it was like being at a best friends home! A perfect environment and perfect experience with n a great atmosphere in addition to a great breeze! Can’t wait to come back!

15/06/2024: Non andateci assolutamente. Oltre alla bassa qualità dei prodotti, c'è personale incompetente che non sa come trattare i prodotti. Abbiamo preso una torta tiramisù divisa in quattro parti, una torta vecchissima, congelata e che non aveva alcun sapore; dopo che abbiamo riconsegnato le porzioni facendo notare al personale che era immangiabile, ci hanno chiesto se volessimo prendere qualcos'altro è così abbiamo optato per il gelato. Arrivati in cassa, non si sono curati dello spiacevole episodio della torta facendocela pagare a prezzo intero e dicendoci che hanno notato che invece la torta era morbida, e mi viene da dire "grazie dopo essere stata mezz'ora fuori dal frigo" era praticamente sciolta, cosa che avrebbero dovuto fare prima di servircela. Da questo episodio si deduce la poca sensibilità che si ha verso il cliente. Non andateci, ve lo dico con il cuore, perché ve ne andrete amareggiati e senza essere stati bene.
