17/07/2024: Nichée dans cadre pleine nature cette ferme élevant des bovins proposent des menus avec des produits de la ferme de qualité . On est loin de la restauration tape à l’œil mais là le goût et la qualité priment. C’était délicieux . Le service est très professionnel avec une note de charme à l’italienne . Tout était parfait même les prix . Ne pas hésiter à prendre la petite route en terre qui vous amènera à cette table de qualité . Bravo et merci.

21/05/2024: Ho prenotato tramite mail questo posto per un weekend veloce e rilassante, su suggerimento di conoscenti. Sono arrivata con il mio ragazzo intorno alle 3 di pomeriggio nel mezzo del pranzo domenicale e ci hanno subito accolto dirigendoci verso la stanza. Di rilassante ben poco.. continui rumori giustamente dalla sala da pranzo, collocata di fianco alle stanze. Usciamo nella parte verde del giardino tramite porta finestra, cade improvvisamente la tenda che ci separa dall’esterno. Questo inconveniente non solo lasciava entrare luce nella stanza, ma permetteva alla clientela che passeggiava nel giardino di vederci direttamente. Questo disagio è stato risolto unicamente alle ore 19 cambiandoci stanza, in un’altra struttura. Probabilmente il problema è sorto in un momento di caos di sala, niente da dire sul personale molto disponibile, però il disagio è stato molto impattante, impedendoci di riposare e di rilassarci. Cena molto buona, poca scelta, ma ingredienti ottimi, come la colazione con dolci fatti in casa e succhi prodotti dal posto. Ultima pecca, nella nuova stanza la doccia non inghiottiva l’acqua, allagando così tutto il bagno e senza asciugamani sufficienti per cercare rimedio. Nel complesso consiglierei questo posto per un pranzo domenicale, ma non per un piccolo soggiorno rilassante.

09/08/2024: The restaurant is OK. Nothing special, just OK. The food is okay so far and the offer (all you can eat) for dinner of €25 is okay. There is no buffet!!! You can order anything on the menu! The portions are not too small and not too big, just right so that you can eat your way through the entire menu! Which is an absolute no-go for me!!!! This shouldn't happen in a restaurant that values ​​customer satisfaction. This doesn't work at all!!!! It can't be that there are a lot of families with children there and the person sitting next to you starts smoking while you're eating!!!! When we brought this to the attention of the service staff, we received an answer (This is allowed in Italy) This may be allowed in Italy, but I still expect the restaurant to divide the areas between smokers and non-smokers. There are many people who are bothered by it and I feel the same way when I eat. I don't want to have to inhale cigarette smoke, let alone when children are present!!!! This has to do with mutual respect! I see it as the restaurant's duty to create two areas so that everyone can enjoy their meal!!!! The person sitting next to us at the table behaved in the same way that people in Italy drive motorbikes or cars recklessly!!!

05/08/2024: We didn't understand the system at first and got almost all the dishes at once. It was difficult to understand for holidaymakers who knew it differently. But the nice staff and we managed it. So please write down one or two dishes first and then order them again when you have eaten them. Otherwise there will be too much at once and the delicious dishes will get cold. If the spring rolls say 1, then 2 pieces will arrive. We misunderstood that too. The Coke cans were kind of out of place but everything else was great. Otherwise everything was prepared very nicely.

04/08/2024: The place and the village are very nice. Super aperitif, delicious appetizers and refined cocktails. The attached pastry shop is also very good, highly recommended also for the kindness of the girls and the peace of the place

29/07/2024: Quando mi si presenta l'opportunità torno a mangiare da Jamme Ja. Questa volta non ho mangiato la pizza che normalmente trovo buona. Ma questa mia recensione si basa sul prezzo dell'acqua. 3 Euro? Si tratta di acqua. Acqua. Solo acqua. Se aggiungiamo (come è giusto che sia) il prezzo del coperto, in due persone, appena seduti...partono 7 euro. Cosa abbiamo fatto? bevuto solo un bicchiere di acqua.

17/08/2024: During a mid-August trip we stopped for lunch at the Matisse in Omegna. Excellent location facing the lake/small square, we were immediately welcomed and placed at an outdoor table even though we hadn't booked, we ate an excellent lunch between first and second courses, but the most important thing is the professionalism and hospitality of the girls who they work between the tables, I have never seen such harmony and attention to the customer, really kind and very fast, always with a pleasant smile to accompany every interaction, really good. We will definitely return to Matisse!

08/07/2024: I had dinner with my husband and we found the online prices a bit high, but I have to say: worth every euro. Starter was almost a star level (prosciutto platter), lasagne, tortelli, tiramisu. Service very attentive. Perfect breaks between meals. We'll definitely come back.

29/07/2024: Welcoming and clean environment. The menu offers a choice for everyone, vegetarian, meat, fish, first courses and a fantastic pizza. The staff is very friendly and smiling. It has a large outdoor space for dining/lunch which includes ceiling fans and anti-fly/mosquito lamps.

23/07/2024: Lunch menu at 13 euros without coffee. Poor choice of two first courses (pasta with sauce or pesto), two second courses of choice of meat and only one side dish. Unsatisfactory value for money. COFFEE for 1.50 euros madness. Convenient parking, nothing more

09/07/2024: Immerso nel verde nei pressi del Sacro Monte, il circolo dispone di un rustico e modesto dehors. Classica pizza "casalinga", impasto molto leggero, stesura sottile in teglia e cottura nel forno elettrico; nel complesso buona, forse leggermente scarsa la guarnizione dei vari ingredienti. Servizio alla mano, personale cortese e disponibile; apprezzabile la possibilità e l'invito, per quanto riguarda il giro pizza, di comunicare quali ingredienti non siano graditi e quali invece sì. Costo del "giro" 10 € a persona (in 5), aggiungendo una bottiglia di Arneis, tre birre medie, tre piccole, un'acqua, una bibita, un caffè e tre amari, conto totale di 100 €; prezzi equamente rapportati all'offerta.

15/08/2024: Too bad you can't give 0 stars!! Despite the change in management, non-existent service, staff sitting eating and giggling without caring about the customers sitting at the table waiting. Not to mention the tables and chairs dirty with crumbs and various jams... Very bad. Bad and even worse.

10/07/2024: During a recent walk around the city, I noticed the Caffè Sempione restaurant. While I was enjoying the ride, a man, presumably the owner, stopped me with a decidedly arrogant attitude. He wore a jacket and tie and invited me to have dinner at his restaurant, adding that if I did, I wouldn't need medicine the next day. This statement, devoid of professionalism, immediately left me perplexed. I responded with a forced smile and continued on my way, certain that I hadn't missed anything significant. However, my curiosity led me to read the online reviews of Caffè Sempione, where I discovered that the owner has no problem calling a customer a "beggar". Behavior that confirmed my first negative impressions. It is unacceptable for a public establishment to behave in this way. Managing a restaurant is not limited to the quality of the food, but also requires respect and courtesy towards customers. Serving the public is a privilege that must be accompanied by humility and gratitude.

12/06/2024: Real disaster tonight when we retourner to this restaurant we liked for many years...now it is finished. Hopeless service : glass of Prosecco rosé not served from bottle and just a spumante, no knife for the main dishes and the polo not hôtel.

12/06/2024: A éviter...presque tous les produits sont surgelés. Service désastreux avec un personnel sans expérience et mal encadré...pas du prosecco rosé mais un spumante ordinaire pas de couteaux pour le plat principal avec du poulpe à peine chaud un verre cassé, pas de cuiller pour le dessert ...il y avait pourtant avant un maître d hôtel expérimenté et une cuisine fine...c est fini...

16/08/2024: Today at noon I was disappointed by the behavior and listlessness of the service. After asking if it was possible to order, explicit words were shouted at me in front of other tables: I don't let someone tell me when I have to take an order, I got up and left, I recommend a refresher on good manners towards a customer, I will no longer send my customers, much less return, the area is full of restaurants that are committed to giving value to customer service not just to profit, if you don't like the job, change category!
