06/03/2026: It competes with the competition by offering limited but excellent quality sushi at a super affordable price, with unlimited options on the more expensive dishes. The sashimi is always super abundant, even at lunch. My compliments, truly. Whenever I can, I return here, and only here. The others here at Domo are the same old cheap tripe.

04/05/2026: Dinner for two with a dog. Due to internal policy (which is understandable), ask for a seat in the bar area instead of the restaurant. The only flaw is that the table was set with placemats and paper napkins... Excellent food and adequate service, always available to accommodate requests. Priced appropriately for what you pay for: six courses and a bottle of wine for €100. Recommended

04/05/2026: This excellent family-run restaurant, in addition to classic Alpine dishes (polenta, stews, and cheeses), also offers traditional local dishes that are difficult to find in the area. Worthy of note is the presence of goat on the menu, offered both stewed and in the form of typical sausages (cicitt), a rarity in the Italian restaurant scene. The chef demonstrates a solid historical and ethnographic knowledge of local dishes, as well as her selection of wines, both local and international. The presentations are simple yet refined, in keeping with the restaurant's identity. Prices are slightly above average, but fully justified by the use of locally sourced (if not "zero meter") raw materials and the decidedly generous portions. Desserts and bread are made in-house. This restaurant is highly recommended.

09/05/2026: I went for a business lunch with some colleagues. The lunch was organized, the service was simple in the best sense of the word. The fixed menu costed €16. I was given water and wine, a rectangle of lasagna, a veal cutlet with a slice of good-quality meat, well-made, and a side of green beans and potatoes. For dessert, a piece of tart, and coffee and liqueur for those who liked. I recommend it for its simple, authentic ingredients and as an excellent alternative to all the fast food joints in the area at lunchtime! I highly recommend it!

02/05/2026: We were at this beautiful restaurant today, the second time. One of the best restaurants we've been to, and we've traveled almost all over Italy over the last 30 years. Excellent food, absolutely gourmet, with excellent ingredients. Refined taste. Top-notch service. Elegant decor. Today on the terrace, overlooking the lake, a dream. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. Everything, from appetizers to dessert, was excellent. The price was right, not too high. The best value overall compared to other restaurants we've been to. The waiters were extremely kind and professional. Perfect for couples for romantic lunches or dinners, and also for groups of friends. We'll definitely be back when we're in this area next time. Sergio and Bojana

14/12/2025: There is always a first time. This was ours: leaving a restaurant before ordering. Upon arrival, I asked if there was a table for two. The person in charge said it was full inside and vaguely suggested we go “outside,” despite the temperature being around 1°C and no visible guests there. His attitude was openly annoyed, his explanations mumbled and unclear—surprising, given that I speak Italian at a C1–C2 level. Only after being sent out did it become apparent that “outside” referred to a covered and heated structure to the side—something that could have been explained in one sentence or shown in ten seconds. We attempted to sit at a table for two, only to find both chairs covered in bird droppings. A nearby table was slightly less dirty, so we moved there. While looking for tissues to clean the chairs ourselves, the person in charge returned, curtly told us we couldn’t sit there, and walked away. No explanation. No alternative. No courtesy. At that point, we decided to leave. If the food reflects the same standards as the service and hygiene, skipping the meal felt like the right choice.

03/08/2025: Very good, no wait. Magical staff, incredible speed of service during aperitivo with the place packed. Good drinks. Great relaxation. Super efficient and fast. Perfect. You can see it's under new management.

31/07/2025: A simple, straightforward bar with a nice view of the lake. There are tables and chairs, so you can relax for a while, but otherwise, the bar is unremarkable. There are a few small snacks and a small selection of drinks – coffee, wine, something cold – but no classic cocktails. It's also a shame there's no music or friendlier service, which would improve the atmosphere. The beach next door also needs better maintenance – if it were more well-maintained, the entire facility would have the potential to attract more tourists. (NO INTERNET)

29/10/2025: Inedible and filthy After a bike ride from Domodossola to Omegna, food usually tastes terrible. My colleague and I ordered "Filetto al Salmone in Crosta" from the menu. The fish we were served smelled like bad raclette cheese! Inedible. Probably spoiled fish. We each only ate a forkful. When I told the waiter the fish was inedible, he apologized, and that was that. The receipt then listed it as "Trotta di salmone" – salmon trout. Even as trout, which I actually love, it was inedible! The service was a disaster: the table was completely filthy, and the placemats had been placed on top. So, after waiting about 15 minutes, I called the waiter to order. He seemed surprised and asked what I wanted??? When I finally said we wanted to eat, he turned around to leave. I called out to him to bring me a wheat beer, but he kept walking and brought me a regular draft beer in a dirty glass. He didn't ask my colleague anything…

18/10/2025: These beautiful autumn days still make it easy to sip something outside, so it's nice here. The service is good, the young, brunette waitress with glasses is very kind, and the prices are fair. The barley coffee is delicious, and the cream cannoli are also truly delicious. Compared to a few years ago, when I didn't have a great time having an aperitivo with friends, I think you've definitely improved. Keep it up.

15/05/2026: Unfortunately, the food was served barely lukewarm. The lasagna had absolutely nothing to do with Italian cuisine; bland, tasteless, simply a white mush with no substance. The salad was carelessly piled wide on the plate, presumably to make it look more substantial. The service was friendly and attentive, but couldn't compensate for the poor quality of the food. The house wine was good, but too warm. There was clearly no passion for Italian cuisine.

04/05/2026: The food was not good. The fries were barely fried, the hamburger was barely fried meat in a bun. It's rare that I don't finish it, but this one was inedible. The carbonara was tasteless, with 3 small pieces of bacon in it. We answered nicely but honestly when they asked why we didn't finish it, but then the waitress got angry. Too bad about the nice location...

12/04/2026: Very friendly staff. The food isn't the best. The outdoor park is a peaceful oasis. I think they have many strengths. However, they need to improve the quality of their dishes. The bread needs to be fresh, and they also need to pay attention to the water temperature.
