08/02/2026: A classic, simple neighborhood bar without too many frills, very small with limited seating. Good cleanliness and friendly staff. We ordered an aperitif with a platter. The food was excellent, plentiful, and varied. Definitely worth considering if you're passing through or live nearby.

11/06/2026: We really love this place. Plenty of parking and what a surprise when you go through the gate into the courtyard of the restaurant! The food was great and well priced. The service was quick and affective.

16/11/2025: I came in with the intention of having breakfast. The place is small with two small tables, so if you want to linger, it might not be the ideal place. The quality of the products is excellent. I tried the savory pastries, and they deserve a well-deserved five-star rating. Unfortunately, coffee isn't prepared and served; you have to make it with a high-tech hotel-style machine. The only downside is the service. Fifteen minutes to be served is way too long. I want to offer some constructive criticism. The staff needs to smile. Long faces behind the counter cause customers to lose.

17/06/2026: Today I wanted to take advantage of the "€5 salad" promotion. The kiosk wasn't open because it was out of service, so I went to the cashier. I showed my Mondo Piada virtual card and ordered a chicken salad without tomatoes due to an allergy. At the cashier, I was told the price was over €7. I mentioned the promotion, which was also visible on the monitor, but the person at the counter wasn't aware of it. I asked for clarification on the price, and he called a colleague, who also wasn't aware. We tried to cash in the receipt again with a standard chicken salad, and only then did it emerge that the €7 was due to the "without tomatoes" modification. It's unclear why a customization during a promotion would incur a surcharge, but if it's the rules, I'll take it. What I regret is that neither of the two staff members were able to explain it to me right away, instead of saying they didn't know the reason. Furthermore, I was advised to order online next time, when in fact the promotion was only valid at the cashier or at the kiosk. I think staff should be trained on current promotions. It would have been enough to tell me the rules about customization right away.

22/05/2026: I visited on the last day of my trip because I really wanted to eat risotto. The hours listed on Google were different, so I was informed that they open at 12:15. I returned right at opening time, and although there were so many dishes I wanted to try, I chose the seafood risotto since it was my last meal. It wasn't too salty and had the perfect texture; I was so glad to be able to eat a filling meal! 😊

04/05/2026: Good gelato, but a little less so. The place is clean, and prices are in line with the market. Neither praise nor infamy, an average gelato shop. It's definitely a good option if you're just passing through. The customer service staff definitely needs some work.

19/04/2026: I just bought a waffle that had five different flavors plus cream. The flavors were: hazelnut, zuppa inglese, pistachio, cupolone, and biscotti. Do you know what I thought I was tasting the same flavor for all five scoops? I only noticed the flavor was different when the zuppa inglese cake was in it, but otherwise, everything seemed the same, only the name changed. Not even the pistachio or hazelnut flavor! For me, it's the worst in Novara.

04/07/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant overlooking the lake, located inside a campsite. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful. The food is excellent, and the view of Lake Orta is unparalleled. Kudos to all the staff.

29/06/2026: Beautiful place on the shore of Lake Orta. Perhaps the evening we chose was too hot and the mosquitoes unbearable... friendly staff. And good food. ...very nice, even with our little girl.

10/09/2025: A good place for any occasion, from a quick get-together with friends, a gelato or dessert for one person, to large group events, or anything else. The artisanal gelato and pastries are definitely good, exceeding expectations. However, there isn't always a wide selection on days and at quieter times. There's plenty of space, both inside and on the terrace to the north of the building, as is the large parking area. The only downside is the prices, which are shocking. Everything is well above average, even compared to places in the center of Borgomanero and even Arona, not to mention the shop next door... 😵‍💫 bordering on illegal.
