05/11/2025: Entering this café was like stopping time. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, with people enjoying the morning over a good coffee. Despite the large influx of customers, the staff moved with impeccable precision and organization, exuding calm and professionalism. I chose to sit outside, where the view was simply spectacular. The cappuccino deserved special mention: the milk was perfectly frothed, with a creamy, harmonious foam that paired beautifully with the coffee, creating a truly remarkable balance of flavors. The raspberry-filled brioche was a revelation—well-leavened, soft, with a glossy, inviting glaze. The intense yet balanced filling perfectly complemented the buttery flavor. A breakfast experience bordering on perfection: simple, authentic, and meticulously crafted.

10/10/2025: A special coffee! They roast their own coffee, offering a variety for every taste. I buy coffee beans for our coffee maker at home.

01/10/2025: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Il Piccantino, and I have to say it was a truly memorable experience. The first thing that struck me was the extraordinary selection of pizzas on the menu. I opted for a pizza with fresh ingredients and bold combinations, and I must say that every bite was an explosion of flavor. The wood-fired oven ensured that the crust was perfectly golden brown, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—just how I like it. The restaurant's atmosphere is very welcoming, making it the perfect place to spend a pleasant evening with friends or family. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the service: the staff was extremely kind and attentive. In particular, the young man at the register and the waiter who looked after us were very courteous and helpful, ready to answer all our questions and enthusiastically recommend dishes. After enjoying the pizza, I certainly couldn't miss the homemade desserts, which were a true triumph of deliciousness. I enjoyed a dessert that was as delicious as it was beautifully presented, a perfect ending to an already excellent dinner. It's clear that the desserts are prepared with the same care and attention as the main courses, making the experience even more complete. I also want to emphasize the value for money that Il Piccantino offers. Considering the quality of the food I had the pleasure of tasting, the prices are absolutely competitive and justified. In conclusion, I highly recommend stopping by Il Piccantino if you're looking for exquisite pizza and irresistible desserts in a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.

25/09/2025: If you're looking for a place to spend an evening with friends or family in the Borgomanero/Paruzzaro area, Piccantino is the place for you. The place is clean and tidy, as are the restrooms. The staff is friendly and very dynamic; they bring you the menu as soon as you sit down, unlike those places where you have to wait a quarter of an hour before they even answer. Once you've ordered your food, it's served in a timely manner. Maybe some of the food is a little pricey, but nothing is perfect. I give it a well-deserved four stars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

19/10/2025: A place not to go for an aperitif, served at 6.05pm, a prosecco and a spritz, a bowl of chips, at other tables at 6.15pm they were served the usual appetizers, to us nothing, we pay and report the matter, response, but we start at 6pm with the aperitif service, we point out that we were served at 6.05pm, totally, our fault for not having asked for it...... in a rude way..... Moreover.

11/09/2025: A very nice restat close to MXP, sadly we couldn’t enjoy the garden for too long because we had an upcoming flight, but I would definitely recommend it. Food came really fast and it was very nice, staff was lovely and friendly.

29/08/2025: The fettuccine was good, but then I ordered a plate of sautéed porcini mushrooms that were inedible because they were so bitter they left them all there... I told them and they still made me pay for them.

02/10/2025: Really nice atmosphere! You can order at your own pace and the service is quite fast! The people in the service are really polite and kind! And last but not least the food is amazing, I recommend the gyoza and the fried shrimps!! An overall really pleasing experience!!

04/10/2025: Cool ambiance with a nice atmosphere 🍷 However, the music was much too loud for comfortable conversation. The pasta tasted okay, but the portions were rather small. The young staff was friendly, but a bit hectic – plates were cleared away even though we were still eating. There's still room for improvement.

25/10/2025: A very nice restaurant in the center of Novara. Excellent food, with attention to detail and high quality. Lovely people, friendly staff, and courteous service. Highly recommended are the caramelized pumpkin with shrimp, the veal with tuna sauce, the octopus, and the prawns. Prices are reasonable considering the excellent value. The restaurant got very noisy when a table of fifteen arrived, and since the restaurant is quite small, it was difficult to communicate. For two, we spent €115, including a bottle of wine. Recommended for a romantic and chic dinner for two.

22/09/2025: The food is very good, and delicious. They are quick and very kind. The photos I posted are my favorite dishes, so I don't take anything away from the others.

21/09/2025: I returned after years, and the restaurant has improved in every way. Excellent service, friendly waiters available to answer any questions, and the wait for food wasn't excessive. Excellent food, I liked everything. My only suggestion would be to have a more unique huramaki to match the competition. Overall, I noticed great customer service. After trying the others, I think it's the best sushi in Borgomanero. I hope it wins back its old clientele. Keep up the good work!!

10/09/2025: A good place for any occasion, from a quick get-together with friends, a gelato or dessert for one person, to large group events, or anything else. The artisanal gelato and pastries are definitely good, exceeding expectations. However, there isn't always a wide selection on days and at quieter times. There's plenty of space, both inside and on the terrace to the north of the building, as is the large parking area. The only downside is the prices, which are shocking. Everything is well above average, even compared to places in the center of Borgomanero and even Arona, not to mention the shop next door... 😵‍💫 bordering on illegal.
