21/04/2025: A glass of wine, half a plastic bottle of water, not even glass, a fried gnocco with raw... 30.00 euros. A robbery. 3.00 euro cover charge per person. I work in catering, bars and restaurants and no one charges 3.00 euros cover charge to anyone who drinks a glass of wine and a glass of water. But aren't you ashamed? Thieves and thieves. You deserve to fail and quit. I will do an informative tom tam to save other customers.

The room inside is very small, with modern furnishings and too much for my tastes. A good place to stop by for a coffee or a simple breakfast and read a newspaper on a beautiful morning.

30/05/2025: In my opinion the best pizza in Novara, tables inside and outside, the 1st floor is not very comfortable with steep stairs, service improved since last time but they can still do a little better... In any case highly recommended.

Good and well-made piadines in a really quick time, attendance permitting, of course. Bar and yogurt service available. Personally satisfied

From the outside it isn't obvious that they sell ice cream, at least... it took me some time to understand.
Thumbs down for the cost of water which costs twice as much as diesel: 1.50 half a liter for an essential good I find it a bad way to make money. Unfortunately it's not the only one in the centre, there are those who do it for 1 euro anyway
03/04/2025: Expensive ice cream: €3.20 for 2 scoops on a cone, slightly know-it-all staff, I didn't have time to finish the question that was already talking to me... I also work with the public so I can understand that it's annoying to always answer the same questions, but if you can't stand it, change job
At least the “it's not cream” flavor was very good
