28/07/2024: Last night, Saturday 27 July, we sat at the tables at the bar to have an aperitif, the food was really very good with great research into the raw materials. But the thing that makes me give only one star are the two boys who were following us, a boy and a girl (Matteo G. was written on a leaflet explaining what we ordered). They were literally drunk... they were shouting, laughing, constantly on the phone and sorry for the term but they smelled of alcohol. They were never present. I'm sorry for the place itself because everything was excellent but this fact makes everything deteriorate

16/08/2024: Excellent pizza and welcoming atmosphere, nice location by the lake, the only flaw is the service, a little slow, however I would go back.

27/06/2024: Very popular bar throughout the day and throughout the week, excluding Sunday. It offers above all excellent croissants and savory cakes for breakfast. The owners, very welcoming, are very quick with their service. To be recommended.

15/06/2024: Good morning, I have already gone to eat in this restaurant several times, as it is very close to where I had to go for work. Very kind staff, excellent food, SUPER PENNE ALL'ARRABBIATA, and also other first courses that I was able to taste the other times. Very good pizza good. At lunch the menu includes a first choice between two or three variations, the same as the second courses, water and coffee, all for 10 euros... I would say an excellent price. For anyone who is in the vicinity, I highly recommend it.

11/08/2024: Quite a particular experience starting from the fact that we waited 15 minutes to order, once ordered we had to clear the table plus once the stuff was ready we had to get up and take the order plus the coffee on the side was served directly to our hands without saucer and spoon, but it must be said that the brioches are really high quality.

11/08/2024: Good morning, really poor service. Dirty tables, we waited 15 minutes at the counter before anyone asked us what we needed. We had to clear the table ourselves before sitting down and on top of this the lady who served us asked me 3 times what my order was... I've never seen a bar where to hurry up they serve you coffee without saucer and without spoon and take the croissants with your hands after touching the money. I want to point out that we went at 11.15am and therefore it wasn't super crowded.. The only positive thing: quality products but easily available in other bars in Novara

08/06/2024: We sure won't go back. Dinner on Saturday with children. The grilled fish is salty and all with the same flavour. A black, smelly prawn in the middle. Furthermore, the pizzas arrived practically at the end of the barbecue of the other two diners. As if that wasn't enough, they made a mistake in bringing us some french fries (which I honestly thought were included in the barbecue)... realizing the mistake they said "And why did you eat them?"... Only to find them in the final bill... If not you can afford to make up for your mistakes, change staff and avoid charging customers who eat your fries while waiting. P.S. Thanks for the reply....I had already been there before it closed. I have to say a nice change.

28/07/2024: Not bad cappuccino, excellent service, cold and hard croissants!! I'm sorry but I don't think I'll go back.

22/07/2024: I was in Novara with friends and we passed by this place which has a very nice outdoor space, we stopped to eat some crêpes and also tried the ice cream. I recommend the chocolate of the two worlds because it is truly special. We waited a bit for the Crêpes because the place was full of people but it was worth it.

16/07/2024: Tolto il prezzo: 27 € una margherita, una con le cipolle e una con Zola e salame piccante va benissimo .. La pizza si presenta un po' gommosa fin da subito ma nel complesso bella Peccato che per me che ho passato tutta la notte in bagno e il giorno dopo mi sono alzato alle 5 per andare a lavoro non lo è stata altrettanto A tavola c'è stata gente che non è manco riuscita a finire la propria pizza perché troppo gommosa Bella apparentemente, meno a livello di sapore , sicuramente le materie sono di primissimo livello ma se stai male e qualcuno la tralascia vuol dire che non ne vale :(

10/08/2024: 1.The girl who served went to the kitchen and with the same gloves with which she handled money 2. I paid for the piadina roll (to have more contents) and it arrived normal.. I went to the cash register to have the contents added and it only came back rolled up....😂😁 that's fine

08/08/2024: I won't even comment, in the past we have been attacked by employees; the yogurt machine is broken 9 times out of 10 and the staff is incompetent, unhelpful, listless and unprofessional. The piadina shop should review who it hires a bit since this position is in contact with the public. The piadina with lard in 2024 is indecent (to have the alternative without you have to pay extra). Total regression!

23/07/2024: I had lunch here with my friends, even though we arrived late they welcomed us and accompanied us to the table, lunch was excellent, generous portions, very nice and clean place, I recommend it!

31/05/2024: I had ordered a vegan menu for a dinner, they brought me lasagna with cheese and bechamel and for the second course an omelette with vegetables, in the end I ate bread and vegetables, not fast service, but there were only two of them with a lot of people. However, I find it absurd that in 2024, anyone who manages an eating place still doesn't know the difference between vegetarian and vegan. However, excellent beer and beautiful musical seriousness. Regarding your response, I never give negative reviews, I had personally called and requested two vegan menus, you replied that there was no problem because there was also a vegetable menu, it was enough to say that it was vegetarian and not vegan and I would have also ordered a simple pasta with tomato or vegetables, I'm not one with many demands.
