08/02/2026: Simply delicious. The servers and chef were lovely, and the dishes were flavorful and sophisticated. The cuisine is very varied, including classic Italian dishes. We were a large group, so they offered to bring us several appetizers to share, and everything was incredible, especially the raw squash marinated in a miso/soy sauce and the steak tartare, which were my favorites. The main courses were also very good (try the pasta with wild boar ragù), as were the desserts. A flawless experience, go there!

01/01/2026: Excellent restaurant, highly recommended. We had an appetizer that included excellent marinated fish, and for main course we had a braised beef and a polenta terrine with pumpkin and gorgonzola. The selection of desserts and liqueurs was good. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices.

17/02/2026: We returned to the restaurant, and I'll reiterate what I'd already said. They're friendly and make you feel at ease right away. The first courses are excellent, as are the second courses. Don't miss out on dessert. Good value for money. Nice selection of wines. I recommend it.

09/03/2026: Second time. This is a must for gourmands if you are in the area. The menu is limited, which is good, quality is fantastic and there are several unusual items that might not be for the faint hearted including this time head meat, snails etc. So depends what you are up for but the quality of everything is the very best. It’s only 45 mins to Malpensa so if you are flying the next day and plan a night nearby like Novara, it makes a great choice. This time we had the best venison stew I’ve ever tasted. 12 hours sous vide to give you an idea. Prices are very reasonable. Bravo and we look forward to our next visit.

19/02/2026: Really good, perhaps the maître d' was a bit too singsong/mechanical when explaining the dishes. Hard to follow everything... The dishes were well-prepared and the service was attentive. The quality of the ingredients was high, and the wine was also well-chosen, not mediocre. The atmosphere was modern, but in my opinion lacking in character, a bit "cold"... the prices were reasonable for what you get.

23/10/2025: My husband and I chose Tenuta del Sole to celebrate our wedding day... It was love at first sight! As soon as you walk through the gate, you're enchanted by this estate surrounded by greenery, with beautifully landscaped and well-maintained spaces, the stunning heart-shaped pool, and a welcoming and elegantly decorated room. The food was plentiful and of high quality, everything was truly excellent... starting with the show cooking on the veranda, the table-served lunch, and ending with the dessert buffet. To ensure our guests didn't miss anything, we also opted for the open bar by the pool. Even after two months, we're still receiving compliments from our guests, and we're thrilled because everything exceeded our expectations; we couldn't have made a better choice.
