They have a few gluten-free options on the menu, all excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and knowledgeable about cross-contamination. It's best to let them know when you book that there will be celiacs at your table.

The service was also impeccable. The staff was kind, attentive, and always smiling, making me feel truly welcome. A fantastic experience in every way. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who loves a great burger!

30/06/2026: We had a family lunch with a set menu, we had a delicious and plentiful aperitif by the pool, a wonderful outdoor location where we could take lots of beautiful photos, then inside the beautiful large room, very kind waiters, delicious food, the only flaw was that we had to pay for lunch for 2 people even though we had warned them before going that unfortunately they had an unforeseen event, I think this can definitely be corrected by eliminating the people and amen

16/06/2026: Everything was perfect. I really wanted to leave a positive review because, despite my celiac disease, they were very attentive and helpful, explaining what had been changed that contained gluten in the regular menu. I always felt safe and able to eat a lot, well, and with a variety of options. There's no separate kitchen if anyone else with celiac disease is interested in joining, but they were very attentive and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

08/08/2026: So, we came here for lunch today on our way back from the sanctuary in Boca. We stopped with a very young child and were pampered from start to finish! The lunch menu is very simple but effective. I was afraid the minestrone would be even hotter, but it was served warm and incredibly aromatic: it was also perfect for a few bites for my little girl who recently started weaning. The atmosphere is airy and the tables aren't crowded together, which I really appreciate during this time. There's a convenient changing table in the bathroom! The dishes are simple and tasty, the portions just right... maybe it's breastfeeding, but I would have eaten double the amount 😅 The desserts, in my opinion, are the real highlight; the tarte tatin was out of this world. I truly thank everyone for their courtesy and kindness. I even saw out of the corner of my eye how regular customers are treated and greeted, and when you see how people behave in these situations, you can truly understand the value of a place. The quality/price ratio is more than excellent. We'll definitely keep that in mind for the future! P.S. I recommend having a fan in the dining room, as in this heat, unfortunately, the air isn't always enough, especially when the dining room is full.

07/08/2026: I went to dinner tonight. Everything was delicious, the atmosphere was delicious, the food was friendly, and the wine cellar was excellent. My special compliments go to all of you for opening a restaurant in Briona, a town I love. My grandparents lived there, and as a result, I spent part of my childhood in this wonderful village in the Novara hills. To make it work, you have to use top-quality ingredients. They not only use only these kinds of ingredients, but they also value the local area. Tonight, I, in a way, savored the flavors of when I was a teenager and went to my grandparents', because everything is made with love and care. I can only recommend everyone to go and try it, to rediscover authentic cuisine with the soul of a modern osteria, with attention to every detail. BRAVO!

18/08/2026: I recently returned and am more than satisfied. It offers both meat and fish dishes with excellent value. Now you can enjoy excellent pizzas. All accompanied by house white or red wines and/or beers. Definitely recommended and worth a try.
