10/06/2025: Lunch at this restaurant was a great experience 😊 While exploring some beautiful places a little further inland in Molise, and passing by here, we thought it would be a good idea to book a lunch at the Ristorante Cian dal 1976. We got to know it thanks to the show 4 Ristoranti by Alessandro Borghese, where they had won. The Maitre is a very knowledgeable person, attentive to the wishes of the guests and super prepared. The waiters are super, some even Sommeliers and Barmen, and they close a good part of the dishes in the room before serving them to complete the chef's composition. If you hear "La cucaracha" starting, it's because one of them will be preparing a delicious dessert 😎😂 The dishes are excellent, the raw materials are of great quality. Simple preparations but at the same time very tasty. The environment is very well-kept and welcoming. Parking space is easy to find in the adjacent streets of the town center. Very good value for money. If you are near Termoli do not miss this super place, I recommend booking. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for everything. See you soon!

The location is a gem of refined flavor.

10/05/2025: 5-star Street Food: La 'Mbosta in Campobasso - Molise The best of Street Food... in 30 m2! It is unthinkable to stay in Campobasso without visiting La 'mbosta. A true institution, due to the uniqueness of the offer and the owner Giacinto. Superior quality raw materials, chosen by Giacinto with extreme care and dedication, especially as regards the meat, as Giacinto himself comes from generations of butchers. The sandwiches all recall the culinary traditions of Molise, with a wink to the typical features of Campobasso: cicoli (cracklings), paparuless (round pepper, sweet and sour), porchetta, pampanella and so on and so forth. I've tasted pretty much everything and couldn't decide on my favorite. I perhaps recommend... trying everything! And then, Giacinto alone is worth the visit: he will be able to tell you incredible stories and will suggest new itineraries, culinary and otherwise.

Grazie al Signor Michele che ha ristrutturato sapientemente questo luogo meraviglioso abbiamo dormito 3 notti nella struttura e mangiato benissimo al ristorante annesso. 11/06/2025: Ho avuto la Fortuna di immergermi in questa Bolla di Bellezza Naturale e Umana grazie ad un evento di Yoga di due notti. Ho potuto sperimentare una forte connessione con la natura, il paesaggio è puro e incantato, curato e conservato con devozione dal Team di Michele, il proprietario, che con grande passione ha ridato vita a questo Casale e la possibilità ai turisti e non di conoscere le prelibatezze culinarie del Molise. Un grande ringraziamento a Michele e ai suoi collaboratori per le dolci attenzioni. Mi son sentita davvero coccolata e a casa. Le stanze sono ampie, comode, pulite. La vista del parco e la pace nell'aria è una sensazione che riscalda il cuore. Consiglio vivamente Buna visita lunga ma anche corta in questo Paradiso. Continuate così!

03/06/2025: we came there as most of other restaurants were closed due to public holiday. the place seems primarily used for events, so expect a a ‚large‘ dining room with a cantine atmosphere. Food was very good, well prepared and tasty. one comment, if one offers truffles they should be fresh and aromatic. These we had were not. Also service was truly great.so overall a positive surprise after a first impression.

05/05/2025: Beautiful and refined place with truly excellent local cuisine. We ate a starter, first course and second course and I must say I was absolutely satisfied. The lamb is fantastic. The price also surprised me. Excellent value for money.
