This Michelin-starred restaurant is located just minutes from the center of Agnone, easy to reach, with convenient parking and a charging station—a truly useful feature for those like me who come from far away.
The welcome was impeccable, with a staff distinguished by their professionalism, kindness, and attentive service. The cuisine is excellent, with dishes crafted with attention to every detail and top-quality ingredients: the passion and care they put into every dish is evident.
We also greatly appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog with us, a sign of great care and openness.
A truly pleasant experience in every way. We will definitely return in future seasons to discover new combinations and options.

A wonderful gift that introduced us to this superb restaurant. Each dish was a journey of exquisite flavors, deeply rooted in Molise, but enhanced and cooked to delight and delight the palate and the eyes. I always enjoy returning to this restaurant in Upper Molise, which meticulously and expertly brings colors and flavors to its dishes. I'm grateful for the experiences I've shared with them, for the sensations of well-being that remain with me for a long time. My last visit was in August 2024, and I hope to return in the fall.

We visited this wonderful restaurant and were extremely impressed. The location is charming and beautifully decorated. Chef Di Pasquo is incredibly talented. We're sure Maestro Niko Romito is proud of her and the results she's achieving. The dishes were all truly excellent... The table service was also excellent. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

A pleasant discovery, a restaurant immersed in nature. Elegant location. Two tasting menus, or à la carte. Everything is excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The chef is a true professional, masterfully using all the ingredients from the garden. Courteous and professional service. Exceptional value for money.

WELCOME
Good. Check-in was a breeze: they greeted us at 6:30 PM and escorted us directly to our room, arranging for us to meet later for dinner.
FOOD
We chose the Terra menu and were pleasantly surprised by the selection of local ingredients. Bread, whipped butter, and pastries are already a signature dish, while the main courses play on contrasting textures and aromas without ever being forced.
The portions are tasting-style, so they're not overly generous, but the overall experience is certainly balanced and satisfying.
SERVICE
Overall, good, but (in my opinion) room for improvement: explanations of the dishes are minimal and brief, time between courses is perhaps a bit too short, and explanations of wine pairings are practically nonexistent (limited only to the name of the bottle and the winery). However, they do take the time to fill your glasses.
The atmosphere is relaxed, never stuffy: warm, well-spaced tables, a familiar yet professional atmosphere.
The breakfast and overnight stay were also well-managed.
LOCATION
The inn is in the countryside, just outside Agnone, surrounded by a landscape of hills and mountains that convey a sense of surreal peace.
The interiors blend wood, copper, and modern details, with a cozy dining room, a fireplace, and thoughtful table settings.
IN CONCLUSION
As other reviewers have already written, I also believe the room's soundproofing should be improved. You can hear practically everything.
The ability to dine and then go straight to your room (without leaving the building) completes the experience and makes it perfect for a one-night getaway.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and I think I'll be back to try the Espressioni menu, which features a menu curated by the chef.
