12/01/2026: I stopped at this restaurant because we were on our way home, we wanted something quiet and good, my girlfriend and I tried American dishes in Italy, everything delicious to die for, sure the prices are high, but I have to say I was very satisfied.

31/12/2025: We arrived to order a plain sandwich, nothing special, a double cheeseburger without cucumbers, lettuce, or onions. Should we take it back? The sandwich has tomato, lettuce, onion, and cucumbers, and NO SAUCES!! Also, the fries have absolutely no salt. We also had to wait a really long time, and even those who arrived after us were served immediately. I'm really disappointed. I understand it's New Year's Eve, and maybe things can get a little wrong... but COMPLETELY everything was wrong!!

06/03/2026: We happened upon it on a cool March evening. We immediately noticed the menu outside, which, by copying Neapolitan cuoppi, enticed people in. And we were right. We had a delicious meal: two delicious sandwiches, a well-made hamburger and fishburger, as well as some fried rotisserie. We had a good time, ate well, and paid a fair price. I'd say I highly recommend it.

24/01/2026: Unfortunately, the experience at this restaurant was negative in every way. The atmosphere was freezing, almost more so than outside. The food was disappointing: cold, bland, and strange-tasting fries, as well as two "cotoburgers" identical to those you quickly prepare at home, served on cold bread. But the real sticking point was the lack of professionalism and hygiene: the owner spent the entire time on speakerphone discussing personal business and, even worse, was freely smoking in the kitchen despite the presence of customers in the dining room. Totally unacceptable.

20/10/2025: The pizza is truly special, the best I've ever eaten, not just in Urbino but elsewhere. Highly recommended. A little pricey, but worth it. Anyone who says it's not that great is either a disparaging competitor or simply doesn't know anything about pizza. Try it and believe it.

20/10/2025: While outside the present rushes by, insatiably devouring everything, here the 1980s endure. Not out of sterile nostalgia, but as a testament: there was a time when things lasted, when places had a soul that didn't change with the seasons. The pizza is delicious! Recommended.

27/09/2025: Terrible service! There were flies in our drinks. We asked the staff about the food and they told us the restaurant opened at 7:00 PM, so we had to wait 20 minutes until then. Then they gave us empty tables and menus and ignored us. They didn't even feed us; we left after 50 minutes of inactivity.

15/09/2025: Very spacious restaurant with a lovely terrace at the entrance and tables on the beachfront that make you feel close to the sea. We ordered the pasta alla genovese, which was overall delicious, but where was the meat?! The potato croquettes and arancini were good, perhaps a little small; the fritters were less good, with the dough inside appearing a little undercooked. The pizza we ordered was good; you know how to make it, congratulations! The service was so-so, the staff very young, lacking in experience, which shows when ordering. The quality/price ratio needs reconsidering. Overall, it was okay, with a few niggles regarding the dishes we consumed, except for the pizza and the service.

I kindly ask you to update the menu with the new prices to avoid surprises when it comes to paying and being treated like an idiot at checkout as if the prices had always been increased, which is not the case because I've often ordered takeout and therefore would have certainly noticed the price change. It's not right to keep an outdated online menu. Thank you. Please also be more selective about your staff. I've always been a regular customer, I only come for the food and I've never encountered such courtesy and professionalism. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

07/03/2026: I'll never go back. I've been there many times and it was always good, but now I think the management has changed and the food is TERRIBLE. They brought the wrong dishes, and they forgot to make the one I ordered. Then, when it arrived, I found myself with a sandwich made with Eurospin bread, a thin burger that tasted like nothing, two slices of tomato, and a bit of lettuce. Something that would cost me 2 euros at most if I made it at home and it turns out better, but here I paid 12 euros. The pre-made sandwich from Lidl that just needs to be heated up is better than this. You should be ashamed of yourself for selling something like that. Not only was my dish shameful, but the one my neighbors had as well. The quality was terrible.

30/11/2025: I'm really shocked by the service this evening. Unfortunately, it's not possible to publish the pizza, if you can call it that, that the waiter brought me. I wouldn't have given it to my dog ​​either.... besides, I got up three times because I had to wait a long time for two burnt pieces.... after seeing so many bars and restaurants, I'll never go back.

14/10/2025: What a terrible awakening! I hadn't been here for a few months, and I always gladly return when I can, but this time I found a real mess! Dirty tables; to clear your table, you practically have to chase the two waitresses who won't even look at you if you set yourself on fire. The food, too, used to be excellent; today I ate extremely salty cod! A terrible step backwards!

07/01/2026: I went there at Christmas and found the atmosphere simple, the staff welcoming, and the food good. Of course, if you order wine, the price goes up a bit in these places...otherwise, I was satisfied...

25/11/2025: The only excuse I can find is that we went in the low season. Unfortunately, the place was dirty, dust everywhere, and despite the limited work, the staff didn't care. The food was quite low quality for the category. I wouldn't go back.

15/11/2025: We went for lunch and ordered four sandwiches: unfortunately, three were cold, with the bread probably not being fresh, one was burnt, and the chicken inside was frozen. The service was decent: the lady at the counter was kind when we asked to reheat them, but the bread was still not very good, and the overall experience was disappointing; we hadn't expected it to be this good. We also noticed a woman in the kitchen with her hair down and smoking a vape—behavior we consider inappropriate in a food-preparing environment. I'm sorry, but I don't recommend it at all. 10/11/2025: During my trip to Urbino, I had only one desire: to try this elusive walnut gelato that's been hyped so much by influencers on a popular social media site, and which appears to be offered by Sorbetto del Duca. We found the shop open at 6:30 PM on Friday, and, unaware of what we would later sadly discover, we decided to wait until Saturday or Sunday to enjoy this delicacy. Yet, on our way back to the square in Urbino, we realized that Sorbetto del Duca would never see a light on inside. Google says "open until 11 PM," but it seems the owners were having a nap starting at 6 PM on Saturday and 10 AM on Sunday. While hoping that nothing bad has happened to the sorbet makers, I find myself forced to judge this establishment as having, to say the least, peculiar opening hours.
