20/04/2026: At the end of dinner, I purchased some cookies that I was assured were gluten-free, but in reality, they weren't. My father, who is gluten intolerant, had a severe reaction, requiring emergency medical attention. Food intolerances aren't a fad or a simple preference: they're a serious issue that can have very serious consequences. When a customer asks if a product is gluten-free, the answer must be 100% certain, because it's not a choice but a condition that can put a person's health at risk. Furthermore, I noticed that gluten-free products weren't even properly separated from those containing gluten in the display case, further increasing the risk of contamination. It's pointless to maintain one's image or appear prepared if one lacks the basic knowledge and necessary attention to such sensitive issues.

It's pointless to list all the features that have already been extensively reviewed and can be read about the quality and deliciousness of the products. Obviously, excellent ingredients and craftsmanship lead to a product among the best in Macerata. I don't want to challenge you, but find me a better pizzeria in the city! My sincere congratulations to those who have reached this level.

03/06/2026: Yesterday I ordered three takeout pizzas, two Margheritas and one fried pizza with salami and ricotta for my son. The Margheritas were excellent, no complaints. The fried pizza, however, came with tomato and mozzarella instead of salami and ricotta. My son didn't eat it, and we ended up throwing it away, so I lost both the pizza and the money I paid. I was left hungry, and honestly, this situation isn't right. I understand that mistakes can happen to anyone, but I ask you to be more careful with your orders because the customer pays and expects to receive what they asked for. I hope you can improve this.

23/05/2026: The food is decent but the service and the organization in the dining room are so awful and one of the waiters, thinking she was someone, even said to us: "Why do you all come on Saturday and then you all ask for pizza but what the hell am I supposed to eat according to his very high-class mind of this guy after half an hour of waiting to order?"

22/04/2026: The appetizers were a bit minimal, though adequate. The tagliata was excellent, the grilled meat was so-so. Avoid the house wine, but the desserts were fine. A special compliment to the crescia. Excellent.

There's a lot of that in this pizzeria, but there's much more... there's also innovation, research into the product and its pairings, quality, and above all, deliciousness. So it doesn't matter if you're conservative or progressive, the important thing is to eat pizza from this pizzeria. Trust me.

I'm from Milan it was a bluff, in fact for two 50 Euro for two 10 Euro pizzas or 5 Euro cover charge, placemat and paper napkins, a tiramisu dessert marked for two, a medium beer and a small one and two bitters........ Too much, not even in Milan I pay like that, goodbye
