06/07/2024: Ci hanno servito due tranci piccoli come normali. Il mio era praticamente scondito. La pasta della pizza é molto buona e sulla velocità del servizio non ho nessuna critica. I ragazzi sono anche stati gentili ed educati come ci si aspetta in un ristorante. La gestione delle porzioni é evidentemente dettata da necessità di costi ma 25 euro di conto per aver mangiato il trancio che serve il panettiere sotto casa é decisamente troppo. Peccato visto che la qualità della pizza é innegabile. Non avendo nessuna intenzione di discutere non abbiamo sollevato questioni, ma sicuramente lo sconsiglio.

03/07/2024: Poor service from the staff, pizza was ok, short lady was doing her own things without even checking on us, we noticed that the pizza was left on the counter for 10 minutes before she served it to us, cold. When we complained about it the store manager treated us indifferently, poor service standards

26/07/2024: The most expensive espresso in the world, 5 euros

19/07/2024: On a lovely but hot day I decided to see “The Last Supper”, as painted by Leonardo De Vinci in Milan. Conveniently across the street is this “cafe”. I had plenty of time before my planned tour so I went in, ordered 2 coffees—cold and hot, and a bakery item and a bottle of water. I sat inside and upon finishing decided to give the barista a tip (hoping it wasn’t a rude thing to do—he kindly accepted!:)). My tour started and upon one of our breaks I went right back to this place and spent my money there for water, walked a few steps across the street where this cafe had chairs and the POS waiter processing to tell me that I could not sit there…! In no uncertain terms I told him I’ve already paid monies to this cafe — more than just a bottle of water!! He was rude and pressed me to leave. And so I did, while spilling my water on the table and yelling a few choice words!! I will never return there again. I will add the lovely photo later.

23/08/2024: This pesto pasta was by far the best we’ve had in Italy! The ambiance is such a bonus, too. Don’t miss this spot while visiting Como!

11/08/2024: Restaurant far too expensive for the food served & very old decor (year 50 or more) and not very clean in terms of sanitary facilities. We wanted to taste the Milanese escalope which was suggested, it turns out that it was not a Milanese escalope as indicated on the table, it was an "elephant ear" and not an escalope Milanese. (pork instead of veal). The meat was not good, super thin, tough and I am still looking for meat elsewhere. It was a slice of fat, breaded and reheated. We complained and the only excuse was "we don't cut the meat here, we only do the breading and cooking". In this case, you should buy glasses for the chef if he is not able to see what he is breading. In short, horrible and expensive experience compared to surrounding restaurants. Absolutely avoid.

02/08/2024: Suggestive external location a stone's throw from the Duomo and a truly refreshing internal room. Compliments to the staff. I will definitely return.

19/07/2024: Closing is at 8pm, but by 7.50pm they no longer serve anyone, not even for a coffee. If I were the owner I would leave everyone at home! Wash them!

11/08/2024: Nothing to say about the ice cream. I give two stars because the dirt is intolerable. You have 10 tables next to each other that literally suck. 3 of us behind the counter and no one capable of coming out with a damp cloth to clean it.

31/07/2024: I am of the opinion that reviews serve to improve oneself. Although the place is very nice (with the exception of a ruined mezzanine where you risk getting a sprain) and the desserts are really good, the service is terrible. Every now and then during my break I go there with my colleagues and every time there is never a smile, in fact the girls at the counter often talk to each other and 5/6 minutes always pass before serving you (for simple coffees) Today I came by for lunch and to the simple question "shall I sit or order here?" I was told "yes, tell me what you want" response: "I don't know what you have..." annoyed, the girl hands me the menu and goes away; I took it and left. Honestly, I no longer wanted to have lunch. Now, you don't always expect impeccable service because those who work know that it's not always possible but education including hospitality towards the customer when working with the public is the basis for me... This review is not done at the first time but after several episodes

06/07/2024: Place to avoid! the owner only gave us one option already made up (quinoa and some veggies). Too high price for the quality, and expensive service. He said that it is the price for the area in a condescending tone while very rudely walking away from us, which doesn't justify it at all!

21/04/2024: I had a dreadful experience at this café. Not only did the coffee taste awful, like water from a stagnant pond, but the inconsistency in pricing was outrageous. Each day, they charged me a different price for the same drink! On top of that, their sweets were equally disappointing. I deeply regret not exploring other options nearby, where I could have enjoyed delicious treats and coffee at more reasonable prices, all while soaking in a pleasant view. I strongly advise against visiting this place
