A recent discovery that I will continue to frequent regularly. The pizza dough is truly light and easy to digest, and is offered in three versions: classic, whole wheat, and Venere rice, which can be paired with a truly impressive variety of options, with or without tomato sauce. The ingredients used are top-quality. The atmosphere is industrial archaeology-inspired, and the service is informal yet impeccable.

So, a nice and original place, amazing pinsa, friendly staff, and well-organized service. Two flaws for me: 1: the two-euro cover charge for a paper placemat is unbearable. 2: you have to add the €2-3 for the washing machine to the bill. When you leave, your clothes need to be washed. One more little tip: fix the bathroom door 😄

A wide variety of flavors, from classic to more sophisticated combinations, all prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Quick service and friendly staff, always available to recommend the best combinations. Excellent value and a casual yet elegant atmosphere. A must-visit for those who love authentic pizza by the slice. Highly recommended!
