12/07/2025: Locale che si trova più all’interno di Formia e con parcheggio lungo strada. L’interno è grande e luminoso , si nota dalla strada e invita a entrare. Menu con tante pizze di stile napoletano con ingredienti particolari ma con la presenza anche delle classiche. Come antipasto ho preso una frittatina, buona ma con panatura poco croccante. Per pizza ho preso una DOP, classica con bufala, pizza molto buona come cottura e ingredienti. Cornicione non troppo pronunciato che ho gradito. Personale giovane e gentile, qualche distrazione nel ricevere ordine e un po’ di tempo di attesa per le tanta gente . Prezzi giusti

27/04/2025: We went for lunch today with the Cemento tasting menu. I don't have much to say other than compliments to all the staff at the Essenza restaurant. It was a fantastic experience: the refined but relaxed environment, the impeccable, professional but also courteous and smiling room service, excellent wine recommendations! 25/06/2025: A delightful discovery in the heart of Fondi! The Bistrot Viavai presents itself with an intimate and refined environment, capable of immediately putting you at ease. Relaxing atmosphere, warm lights and details that tell of attention to hospitality. The service was punctual and courteous, with helpful and never intrusive staff, capable of advising with discretion and competence. The food fully met expectations, with well-presented dishes and balanced flavors. However, the surprising harmony of the artichoke with cod stood out above everything else: a very successful combination that was able to blend the delicacy of the fish with the strong character of the artichoke. A true delicacy for the palate, a delight for lovers of authentic taste! In short: a successful dinner, a place to recommend, and a dish - the artichoke and cod - that alone is worth the return. Compliments to chef Gianni!

Fettuccine with an indescribable sea scent! 😋😋😋 The owners immediately put us at ease by recommending unique dishes! 21/06/2025: We went to eat at the locanda dell'arcangelo after trying the experience of fly in the Sky. The place is very beautiful, the staff very kind and the food very good! Among other things I am vegan and they made me various very good proposals such as fried polenta and a bruschetta with porcini mushrooms as an appetizer, a very good pasta with asparagus as a first course, I was very happy, I recommend it!!

07/06/2025: La Locanda dell’Arcangelo is a little gem nestled in the village of Rocca Massima, overlooking a breathtaking panorama. The flowered terraces, the lanterns that light up at sunset and the stairs that wind along the rock create a magical atmosphere, suspended between sky and nature. At the table, the quality does not disappoint: delicious appetizers, with special mention for the fried polenta, never banal proposals and carefully chosen ingredients. The pasta, probably homemade, is rich and well seasoned, while the fried lamb ribs are surprising for their crunchiness. The desserts are a chapter in themselves: apple tart with vanilla ice cream, caramel and cinnamon, and a crunchy millefeuille with berries and chantilly cream that conquers at the first bite. A special place where we will gladly return.

15/06/2025: Beautiful Sunday brunch. Great variety with quality ingredients. Meat, fish, fried food, vegetables...all delicious. Punctual service, kind and not intrusive. We had a great time.

13/06/2025: Exceptional. We had dinner for two, choosing the tasting menu. We left in a good mood, ecstatic thanks to the exquisiteness that each dish offered. 3 hours of dinner flew by like this, in the blink of an eye. Each course was always a surprise. Delicious. The staff and environment made us feel pampered as if we were at a dinner at home. Sad only in breaking the courses to eat them, they were works of art. Everything perfect ☺️

We celebrated yesterday and in addition to the food being all delicious, we left with the joy in our hearts of a day spent with our loved ones in this structure where all the staff made us feel at home. 25/05/2025: We celebrated my daughter's Communion. From the food to the service, everything was ABOVE EXPECTATIONS. Compliments to the chef, Francesco and the staff who proved to be highly professional. Fish-based menu, all cooked with mastery with abundant and choreographic dishes. The meat-based dishes are no less. Not to mention the scenic beauty of the natural panorama around. With the outdoor pool it is an oasis of peace and serenity. Excellent place for families and singles: there is something for everyone. What more can I say.... we have always had a good time and will continue to go there. I HIGHLY recommend it

20/07/2025: This restaurant is located in Aprilia and is easy to get to, with street parking nearby. It's a very cute place, and I think they only remove the roof in the summer, leaving everything outside. Their menu includes appetizers, fried foods, salads, sandwiches, pinsa (a type of meat), and plated meats. We ordered a "Delizie di Montagna" platter for two (€20), which included spicy salami, porchetta, mortadella, prosciutto crudo, loin, zucchini, eggplant, olives, ricotta with walnuts, and warmed focaccia. The spicy salami was good, nothing special, just average. The porchetta was also good—I've had better, but it was okay. The mortadella was very good, the prosciutto crudo was excellent, and the loin was also excellent. The grilled eggplant and zucchini were okay, as was the ricotta, but I've had better olives. I wasn't entirely sold on the focaccia either; the dough could have been a little more flavorful. Along with the appetizer, we had a Classic Supplì (€2.30), which however was drained of sauce, almost like a supplì with white rice. I also had a fried Zucchini Flower (€3) which was good, the only thing was that both fried dishes were quite greasy to the touch. Finally, as a last appetizer, I had a portion of 5 BBQ Chicken Wings (€7), which however I didn't like, you could only taste the breading, which wasn't even very tasty, no hint of meat or barbecue. After the appetizers, we had a Pumpkin and Guanciale Pinsa (€13.50), which was very good, you could taste every single ingredient, but €13.50 is too high as a price. Finally, I had a Picanha served with baked potatoes, chicory, and focaccia again (€24.90). The meat was good, especially with a good amount of fat that added flavor. It's a shame that serving it on a hot stone can be a bit dramatic, but it's a mistake. The meat continued to cook, and in addition to continuing to release juices (meaning it becomes less flavorful), it became very tough because it's a rare cut. The potatoes could have been cooked better, but the chicory was very good. The service could also be improved with a few small adjustments, such as carefully arranging the plates when they're served, or better managing takeaway requests by not simply using aluminum trays with aluminum foil, but rather organizing them better. The final bill for 1 generous appetizer, 1 supplì, 1 courgette flower, 5 wings, 1 picanha, 1 pinsa, 1 still water, and 1 Coke zero was €75.70, which is a bit high. Final rating 7/10.
