29/11/2025: During a visit to Fumone Castle, we had the opportunity to meet the owner of this fantastic pastry shop. The quality of their products is well-known and recognized... The secret to such deliciousness is probably making things with love. There's certainly love and ancient tradition behind every single product. It's impossible to pass through Fumone without stopping by Fantasia del Dolce.

Simply... unique... and Claudia? Excellent, calm and fast, tireless and... the perfect organizer... last but not least, Luigi, always smiling, tireless, and uniquely kind... I could go on, but... I recommend trying it for yourself and you'll understand that my description is nothing compared to the reality. Thank you, Rita, you are fantastic and real. 30/11/2025: A wonderful discovery, a modern and popular place. A must-try for Cassino and the surrounding area. Delicious appetizers and pizzas, but my favorite remains the Doc Fritta pizza, cooked at three temperatures. Even though it's fried, it remains incredibly dry and crispy. A delight for the palate. I highly recommend this specialty! Unique! Here it is in the photo 😍

16/09/2025: The La Tenuta il Sogno restaurant is located in Piglio, on the Anticolana road, which leads from Fiuggi to the Fiuggi/Anagni highway. From the gated entrance, a long path leads through the beautiful garden, where you can admire a lovely pond and, further ahead, a beautiful setting. To access the restaurant, you pass through a lovely, cool, and shaded grove. The food is good and varied. The delicious appetizers are excellent. The only downside: I found the interior ceiling to be low, which makes it seem much smaller than it actually is. A little larger would make the space feel larger and more harmonious.

Thanks to Giulia and her entire family, we spent the entire preparation period with great peace of mind, because they supported and guided us step by step through every stage and every detail, from the ceremony to the dinner to the party. 24/09/2025: Dinner for two. First time at Carmelo. The dinner exceeded our expectations! The restaurant is intimate and very charming, both inside and out. The dishes served were truly top-quality, both in terms of the ingredients used and their pairing. The generous portions and the combination of flavors and ingredients demonstrate the chef's professionalism. We will definitely be back...

We even had the pleasure of a brief visit from the kitchen staff, who took the time to explain more about the food. It's a highly recommended spot to enjoy a fantastic time, surrounded by many locals, which adds to the special, almost family-like atmosphere. A truly memorable experience.

19/09/2025: An excellent experience at Ristorante Milù! The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, the staff is incredibly kind and always smiling, attentive to every detail. The food is truly extraordinary: carefully presented and flavorful dishes, made with the freshest ingredients. The fish in particular is of the highest quality and cooked to perfection. Generous portions and a varied menu cater to every palate. The value for money is also excellent: you eat deliciously and leave completely satisfied. A restaurant that's definitely worth a try and one I recommend without hesitation. I'll definitely be back!

03/12/2025: Never happened before! I entered this restaurant for lunch, at the recommendation of an acquaintance. It was 1:45 PM. I asked if it was possible to have lunch and was told to sit at a table, either inside or outside on the terrace. I chose outside, because everyone else was sitting there. The table wasn't set, like the others that weren't being used at the time. After about 10 minutes, a waitress brought me the menu, without saying anything or even asking if I wanted water. I looked at the menu and waited for someone to come take my order. Meanwhile, a couple with a child entered the restaurant and sat at the table next to mine. It was clear that they were people the waitress knew, because she immediately set the table, brought the water, and took my order. All this while continuing to completely ignore my table. At that point, and it was almost 2:15 PM, I decided to get up and, without saying a word, leave the restaurant. It was absurd!!!! Non-existent and inattentive service!!!! A place to avoid for this episode alone. Obviously, I can't say anything about the food. I'll just say it was rude and completely unprofessional!!!! Zero stars, not even one. Never see you again.
