03/08/2026: We stopped by on a Sunday for lunch, having no other options, but it turned out to be a great discovery. The staff welcomed us with kindness and care, and the food was excellent. The blue crab tagliatelle, in particular, was truly delicious!

16/07/2026: A lovely little restaurant, very friendly staff, and above all, very, very good food – best octopus ever!!! The tiramisu – served in a slightly "different" way – but fantastic!!!

10/06/2026: It's easy to fall in love with a timeless village, especially when the scent of lemons wafts from the door... the aroma comes from Fantasia del dolce, a little gem of a pastry shop where the owner pours all her passion into creating these delicious donuts. They're not krapfen, but soft, fragrant donut-shaped cookies... but there are so many others... spoiler alert... the chocolate and walnut ones are fantastic! Dear lady, we'll be happy to return...

31/05/2026: Something spectacular. You walk in and are intoxicated by an overwhelming aroma. I had lemon donuts; I'm not exaggerating when I say they were among the most delicious things I've ever tasted. She is incredibly kind and very approachable! Centrally located, just after the entrance to Fumone's historic center. I'll return again and again!

13/08/2026: This evening, August 13, 2026, I had dinner at this Quintessenza restaurant. I must say it's a beautiful, well-maintained establishment with excellent service. For my first course, I had an excellent seafood risotto, full of razor clams, mussels, and clams, all very fresh. For my second course, I had an excellent mussel and clam sauté, all very fresh, abundant, and perfectly cooked. I must applaud the quality of the fish and the skill of the chef, and I'm speaking as a Neapolitan accustomed to excellent seafood. A sincere round of applause goes to the chef and to Matilde, a very quick and competent waitress. I will return throughout my stay in Fiuggi. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good, fresh, deliciously prepared seafood. Dr. Q. Bruno

22/07/2026: Il Frantoio is a guarantee. A mix of tradition and simplicity. You feel at home and the owner, Gino, is always ready to welcome you with a smile. Famous for its appetizers, handmade pasta (gnocchi are a must-try) and main courses featuring local meats. In the summer you can eat outside, along the alleys. Highly recommended ☺️

I gave it all 5 stars, but... ❌️They charge a cover charge, but there's no cover charge—basically, a table without a tablecloth. 👎The thing I personally hate is that they let dogs in and sniff under the tables. This isn't good, it's unhygienic, and there are also people with allergies. Dogs should be kept outside since you have space.

27/07/2026: Stumbled upon it by chance... the welcome and kindness of the staff was wonderful, very polite and professional. The atmosphere is well-designed and well-finished. The pizza is excellent, made with high-quality ingredients and fast service. Fair prices. I recommend it.

06/08/2026: Well done! I ended up in Frosinone somewhat by chance. Truth be told, until today I'd only heard of it in the famous '90s sitcom! I'm with two hungry girls; it's late and we need something to eat. I see the sign that says "piadina romagnola" and my heart fills with excitement. There are several restaurants nearby, but the "locals" tell me, "Go there!" And I listen. I walk in, proudly flaunting my origins: I'm from Bologna, so I'm not easily fooled when it comes to piadina! The piadina arrives, and, as an Emilia-Romagna native, my first impression is that it's more Rimini-style, due to the thinness of the dough. The owner, however, tells me he studied in Cesenatico. I remain somewhat convinced: as we say, in Cesenatico the piadina "goes great." But in the end, as with every traditional dish, every family and every area has its own recipe. And I have to say: this one is really good. Maybe a little tastier than what I'm used to, but with quality ingredients and a nice filling. I hope I didn't seem too picky... people around here seem a little touchy! 😅 But the essence remains the same: I ate well and would gladly return. A word of advice to my fellow Emilians from Emilia and Romagna: if you're passing through Frosinone, stop by and try it! P.S.: They also have a great menu!

03/04/2026: It's become my favorite local spot; it's always spotlessly clean, very welcoming, and the staff is polite, friendly, and very patient with us customers. Having tried almost everything they make, I'd say it's excellent.

They truly made my dream come true, with professionalism, kindness, helpfulness, quality, and organization. The food was exquisite, the organization impeccable, and the service was always attentive and punctual. 20/04/2026: We celebrated my sister's 50th birthday with Catering, which we'd only heard good things about. We were thrilled with the organization, the professionalism of the staff, who were always kind and available at all times, not to mention the excellent and plentiful food, the grill (as they say in my area, "what the hell are we talking about"), and the exquisite desserts. Rita, Laura, Luigi, and the entire staff were exceptional, it's hard to find better, you are truly the BEST!

16/09/2025: The La Tenuta il Sogno restaurant is located in Piglio, on the Anticolana road, which leads from Fiuggi to the Fiuggi/Anagni highway. From the gated entrance, a long path leads through the beautiful garden, where you can admire a lovely pond and, further ahead, a beautiful setting. To access the restaurant, you pass through a lovely, cool, and shaded grove. The food is good and varied. The delicious appetizers are excellent. The only downside: I found the interior ceiling to be low, which makes it seem much smaller than it actually is. A little larger would make the space feel larger and more harmonious.

Thanks to Giulia and her entire family, we spent the entire preparation period with great peace of mind, because they supported and guided us step by step through every stage and every detail, from the ceremony to the dinner to the party. Thanks to each and every one of them, our special day was perfect! An enchanting place with wonderful people, both professionally and personally. Thank you for everything!
