18/04/2026: I was at this restaurant this evening, and unfortunately, the experience was truly disappointing in several respects. We had ordered an appetizer that, according to the description, included several courses, but we were only served a few of them, without any explanation. When we asked for clarification, we were told rather casually that they were "a bit stuck" and that if they found the rest, they would bring it to us: an unprofessional and decidedly inappropriate response. The situation worsened with the pizzas: we waited about an hour, during which we were told every 10 minutes that they were arriving, only raising false expectations. Once they arrived, the quality was very poor: the pizzas were hard, undercooked in some places, and looked and tasted like frozen products. As if that weren't enough, during this long wait, we were also asked—completely inappropriately—if we wanted a cheesecake or a dessert. A truly inappropriate suggestion, considering we were still waiting for the pizzas. I understand that there can be more chaotic evenings, but that doesn't excuse either the disorganization or the lack of customer service. It would have been more appropriate to be transparent about wait times or offer appropriate solutions. A negative experience from every perspective, leaving much to be desired in both service and food quality.
