I due primi piatti sono stati il vero fiore all’occhiello della serata: porzioni generose, ingredienti di alta qualità e cotture perfette. Il sapore del mare in ogni boccone. Abbiamo concluso con un dolce che è stato una vera coccola: leggero, cremoso e ben equilibrato, il perfetto finale per una cena eccezionale. Servizio cordiale e attento, atmosfera piacevole. Assolutamente consigliato!

25/05/2025: A pearl of refined sushi Every time I return to this restaurant it is a new journey. The quality of the fish is simply excellent, very fresh and prepared with an almost artistic care. But what makes this place truly special is the owner: creative, passionate and always ready to surprise with new refined proposals that combine tradition and innovation. It is not just sushi, it is an experience. Highly recommended for those looking for something more than the usual Japanese dinner.

03/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante attratti dal menù originale e dalle ottime recensioni. Le nostre aspettative sono state ampiamente surclassare. Bel locale, personale gentile ed accogliente, ma su tutto un ottimo menù. I piatti proposti sono ottimi ed innovativi e, a differenza dei soliti ristoranti gourmet, con porzioni sostanziose. Ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista, consigliatissimo!!!!!

22/06/2025: All the dishes tasted were good and the flavors and combinations were well balanced. A special mention to the very special tobacco ice cream. A small note about the cannelé being a little hard (it should be rubbery instead) and the completely frozen snuffbox peach, I think it should be taken out of the freezer first because it was difficult to cut and had no taste because it was too cold in the mouth. In any case we will return, all good. Michelin guide restaurant for sure

07/06/2025: Siamo venuti a mangiare due sere e ad entrambe tempi di attesa inaccettabili, infatti quasi un’ora/ un’ora e mezza. Arrivato il piatto, era una entrecote chiesta a cottura media, ma arrivata totalmente al sangue.

28/05/2025: We went to the Hoagie room - a private room / tasting experience in Pizzera to celebrate my sons college graduation. The host Alberto was awesome. Laid back, friendly, easy to talk with He put on classic Rock for my dad. He made the hoagie tasting options right in front of us. Had great suggestions for wine and cocktails. It was a 2 hour experience that felt like 4 ( in a good way). We didn’t feel rushed. Everyone enjoyed it. Would 1000 percent go back to the hoagie room !

24/04/2025: Excellent food, tagliolini with fish is always a certainty. I always take it… The impeccable service, the care taken by the staff in the water, drinks etc. is very important. Every time you run out of water or wine, someone passes by and notices The environment is nice and intimate, it is not invaded by tourists, a more intimate place therefore frequented more by locals I imagine For a restaurant of this level, a further upgrade would be fabric napkins instead of paper…

12/06/2025: LOVED the food here - definitely out best meal of our trip to Rome and the white ragu is a must order!! The only downside was the service - we order antipasti, pastas & mains and at one point we had all three on our table (not quite the slow evening meal we had planned) and as a table of six we were in and out in 1hr15mins Assuming they needed the table back but we would have preferred to have been told that before ordering Clearly a local spot - they were queing to get in and atmosphere is great!
