03/02/2025: I start from the assumption that it was a short stay lasting only 1 night. I decided to book at this property for convenience. Strategic location near the ski lift for Mount Zoncolan on which there is a fairly popular ski resort. Being a 4 star hotel we expected a high level of everything but this was not the case. Room: we opted for a modern room, at least that's what it seemed like from the description and photos. The room looks quite welcoming but then going into the details it's not really like that. Fairly dated furniture, ok we are in the mountains but we need to update a bit. In the "double" bed we had the displeasure of sleeping on 2 mattresses and not on a double mattress, which gave us a night of almost "split" with the risk of our 16 month old baby getting stuck between the 2 mattresses. A positive point is the comfortable mattresses. Negative point was the cleanliness of the room, under the bed there was an impressive accumulation of dust lasting I don't know how many days. Clean bathroom. Service: the staff was kind to let us check in early upon request, the lady who also takes care of the restaurant welcomed us, unfortunately we were not provided with any information on the opening times of the SPA inside the structure which we were interested in but only upon request. The restaurant presents itself with great attention to detail, a very interesting à la carte menu with very good options including homemade pasta. We used the restaurant for both lunch and dinner. The negative point of the restaurant is that during the evening service it is not clear how the side dish buffet works, we were not told that we would be charged for each plate of side dishes that they brought to our table, the same thing only for the desserts, we were told that we would have to have one dessert each. Another negative point is having a 16 month old child pay the cover charge. Breakfast: poor, very poor indeed, we are talking about a 4 star, it is impossible that there was no fruit, only 2 kiwis cut in half, and it was only 8 in the morning. The spa looks quite good, small but welcoming, the heated pool is a plus for the little ones. In short, at the end of my stay I would say that I would return just to try other dishes in the restaurant.

09/03/2025: Continuo a venire in questo posto bellissimo ormai dal 2011. Non c’è molto da dire, la struttura è a davvero bella e tutto è arredato in uno stile unico. La gestione familiare e lo spazio per i bambini aggiungono calore anche quando fuori nevica. Nell’attesa del pasto si può curiosare nella sala più grande e guardare i tanti oggetti particolari esposti. Questo naturalmente non può mettere in secondo piano la cucina. Sarebbe impossibile. Ho provato ormai praticamente tutto il menù ed è impossibile trovare qualcosa che non sia buono. Lo stinco di maiale è il mio piatto preferito ed anche la palachinka una portata obbligatoria. Provate a non avere voglia di mangiare guardando la foto. Stagionalmente inseriscono qualche novità ma il menù è sempre una certezza. Il prezzo è giusto ma considerando il tipo di locale e la cucina potrebbe costare anche di più.

28/02/2025: Proprio così: cena in ambiente favolesco. Ci è sembrato di essere nel mondo dei soldatini di legno degli anni '20-'30 (ma non solo). Ovunque ci si gira si viene avvolti da un'atmosfera magica (vedi foto che pubblico), ma credetemi le sole foto non rendono bene l'idea: bisogna esserci per capire... Nell'attesa dell'arrivo degli ordini il nostro nipotino si è divertito un mondo con l'angolo dedicato ai bimbi: giochi, cavalli a dondolo, cappelli di tutti i tipi, abiti da indossare, ecc...ecc... Per quanto riguarda la qualità del cibo proposto non c'è neanche bisogno di precisare che siamo ad alti livelli. Lo stico è semplicemente spettacolare. Ma anche gli altri piatti provati dal nostro gruppo sono stati molto apprezzati. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Un plauso alla sig.ra Marina che, con la sua classe ci ha accompagnato in questo viaggio tra cibo e magia. Complimenti: ci rivedremo.

13/05/2025: I have eaten at this restaurant several times and have always had a good time. A few days ago I ordered take-out and in addition to the kindness of the person at the cashier, the food was plentiful and very hot. Really nothing to complain about!

14/05/2025: I enjoyed a very good pizza, compliments!!!! The theme nights I attended were also fantastic. The calamari with chips were delicious and another night with the lubianska was a great success. I will definitely return and I recommend the place to everyone, both for the service always ready and welcoming with a smile, and for the excellent price like their food. Well done guys!!

I ordered a Coca-Cola and, when I tried to pay with the debit card, the staff made an unnecessary fuss, even though it is perfectly legal to pay with the debit card. 22/04/2025: Deliciously. Quickly. A lady from Ukraine works, she helped with the selection of dishes and the translation of the menu. It is located in a quiet lane near the water, which is an undeniable plus, as it is not too hot and not noisy.

19/05/2025: It's a bar with a kitchen for quick lunches but honestly I didn't like it. I tried to order a toast but it wasn't even possible to remove the pink sauce because they are already prepared and don't accept changes. I finally ate a pasta, €10 for a fairly small dish. They should accept meal vouchers but in reality it's not like that (at least for the ones I have). The staff is quite rude. Also, the music in the place is very loud. The only positive note is that lunch arrived very quickly.

16/05/2025: The barista Maschio made us pay €2 for an empty brioche, poor quality brioche. I'd better go to the supermarket and get a better one for 40 cents. #don't go there #failure
