09/11/2025: You wait with a ticket, everyone is in a hurry, your number is not on the screen. I advise against it, the service is a disaster.... So much so that I don't even know what the sweets are like. They looked good...

20/10/2025: I bought two small Sacher Torte. One white, and one black: very, very dry... The Sacher Torte was missing the jam, too dry! - The quality has gone down significantly... I paid a lot, €30... €12 for two small pieces of pizza, it was rock hard, inedible... Very hard, crunchy. €12 too much! That thing shouldn't have been sold. The two small Sacher Torte are a small cugno. The tiramisu maritozzi were saved. The Sacher Torte is supposed to be made of two layers of light chocolate sponge cake with a thin layer of apricot jam in the center. Where was the jam? You can't sell a pizza that hard, I couldn't chew it! Honestly, I've eaten better and wasted €30. Too expensive, but the pizzas were inedible, rock hard... Beautiful desserts, but I don't think I'll be back...

19/09/2025: Great atmosphere. Knulp is a place where you can read, relax, work, study, or have a coffee or beer. They organize many interesting evenings, from book signings to concerts. A truly great place!

15/09/2025: Terrible experience at a paid concert (with an entrance ticket): my reservation was NOT recognized, and after an hour they forced me to get up because some rude guy had booked, even though he DIDN'T pay!

12/08/2025: I'd like to express my appreciation for this place, where I came with a friend last night for an aperitivo after a long time (I used to come here many years ago, but only in the afternoon for a coffee break and had never been there in the evening). The atmosphere is spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning inside in the summer. The decor is interesting, with several 1960s-era items (for example, a black-and-white television caught our eye). The bartenders were friendly, and the wine was excellent. I particularly enjoyed a Cabernet Franc from Corno di Rosazzo, which the bartender there recommended to me last night. The prices are reasonable. I therefore think it's fair to give it 5 stars.

08/07/2025: We stopped for a casual after-dinner drink with some friends. We had cocktails and liqueurs. As soon as we sat down at the table outside, we noticed the rudeness of the blonde waitress. When we asked, "Can you bring us an extra chair?" (There were five of us at a table for four), she replied with a curt, "NO." So, we made do. But when it was time to leave, she attacked again with a friendly tone: "We have to close, you have to go pay." Not a smile, not even a hint of joking. The whole thing ended with a nice, "I won't split the bill, one person pays for everyone." So much rudeness concentrated in one place. If you like being treated rudely, this is the place for you!

06/12/2025: We had spaghetti carbonara and a pizza with mortadella, and both were absolutely delicious. We love pizza, and I can honestly say this was the best dough we’ve ever tasted. As a surprise starter, they served baked pizza dough with seasoning and olive oil — such a perfect touch. Although the portions were generous, we left the table feeling surprisingly light and satisfied. At the end, we were treated to two complimentary liqueurs, one pistachio and one more fruity and orange in color. A wonderful meal with thoughtful details — highly recommended!

05/12/2025: I went back and had a great time. We went two nights in a row with a few people and were welcomed by Mr. Raffaele, a very helpful, polite, and capable person. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and reasonable prices. The service from all the staff was also excellent. Located adjacent to Piazza Unita' D'Italia, very central. Highly recommended.

03/10/2025: Really good pizzas, even though I'm used to a different dough than Neapolitan! Quality ingredients, although I would prefer a little more toppings.

09/11/2025: I'd already tried the Hamericana chain in Bologna and really liked it, even though the place was simple. This one in Trieste is very popular and located in a very central area. The service is prompt and accurate, the food is very good, and the quality/price ratio is good.

11/11/2025: We bought two croissant one with cream and one with pistachio and both were too little filled. A bit disappointed, coffee was great. Washroom toilet paper were missing and some of the water taps were out of order.

09/08/2025: Hikers, if you come to Muggia, get a pizza here and sit on the pier to watch the sunset. Friendly, fast, and delicious... the best pizza of the trip... although I wouldn't even have to choose... PORCINI... the best of all pizzas
