07/04/2024: The food is delicious but the delivery service is rubbish. They often deliver the wrong food you ordered. Even if you call and scold them, they will still deliver the wrong food. I suspect the waiter does not have language skills.

09/03/2024: Unfortunately we had a very bad experience during a home delivery. We used the Glovo service by paying online with electronic meal vouchers, once the dinner was delivered, we would have had to pay a small difference of 20 cents (which was done in addition to tipping the delivery man). As we were starting to eat dinner the deliveryman rings the doorbell saying we haven't paid with the restaurant owner on the phone yelling and insulting saying we haven't paid and that we have to give him our dinner back (with our upset children). My husband tries to calm him down and explain to him, as per the receipt, that there was only a difference of 20 cents and that everything was already paid for with meal vouchers. We wasted a lot of time on the phone and via WhatsApp trying to mediate, sending photos of the receipt to the owner of the restaurant who in the meantime was sending us voicemails shouting, insulting and threatening to send the police. Then he must have realized that he had made a mistake and called back his deliveryman (who in the meantime had remained in our house) telling him to go back and that everything was resolved. He didn't apologize or anything else, in fact he even blocked us on WhatsApp. The dinner had obviously gone cold and was inedible. It's really bad to be treated like thieves, insulted heavily, gratuitously and then ignored and blocked, instead of receiving an apology and trying to make amends, when they realize they are in the wrong.

15/02/2024: Pizza mediocre, prezzo esagerato.

10/02/2024: Abbiamo ordinato a domicilio tramite Just Eat, l’avessimo mai fatto… ordinata alle 19:30, la pizza è arrivata fredda alle 22:30, ma la cosa più triste è che abbiamo chiamato due volte in pizzeria chiedendo gentilmente dove fosse il nostro ordine e la seconda volta ci hanno liquidato chiudendoci praticamente il telefono in faccia! La cosa che ci ha fatto rimanere male è stata la mancanza di serietà e attenzione verso il cliente!

10/03/2024: Tavoli sporchi e traballanti poltroncine con braccioli distrutti pavimenti sporchi. Dopo aver ordinato due caffè con un po’ di latte freddo a parte e due bicchieri d acqua naturale è arrivato solo il caffè senza tutto il resto ( era scritto chiaramente sulla comanda ) abbiamo chiesto a tre camerieri di avere il resto dell ordine che arriva 10 minuti dopo, ormai il caffè è freddo! in contemporanea ci hanno invitato a pagare quanto consumato come dire pagate e toglietevi dalle scatole!

05/03/2024: Ordered 7 takeaway pizzas.... 5 out of 7 were wrong Ingredients missing out of 4 wrong out of 1 1 hour wait Cit. Magnà de pezo but also much better We are very sorry for the worsening of the service
