They managed to make us two quick pizzas which we consumed on the spot since they had a small counter. The place is well looked after. The staff were welcoming and very kind. The pizza is good and light. Paid the right price. Highly recommended!

17/02/2025: i had the pleasure of celebrating valentine's day with a set menu, and wow, what an unforgettable experience! from the moment i stepped in, i was greeted by servers so welcoming and attentive. the ambiance of the restaurant was another highlight, quiet enough for intimate conversation, but not awkwardly quiet. now, let’s talk about the food. seven courses. there were two appetizers, a primo, a secondo, and three desserts, all very creative and tasty. the first standout was the muffin in the antipasti, it was no ordinary muffin but the kind of muffin that made you think twice about all the sad muffins you’ve ever had in your life. soft, savoury and hot. then came the filled gnocchi. it was delicate, pillowy, and stuffed with the perfect blend of flavors that felt like a warm hug. …about the desserts, there were three of them, but i am not complaining. the apple tart was my favourite. a buttery pastry combined with a perfectly balanced apple filling. throughout the meal, each dish was thoughtfully composed, offering unique flavor combinations. everything was perfectly balanced, i left with a full stomach and a heart full of gratitude for the experience. if you're ever looking for a place that delivers not just a meal but an experience, this spot has it all: great food, exceptional service. it’s a hidden gem. i absolutely recommend it for a special occasion.

02/03/2025: After waiting for the seasonal opening, I wanted to treat myself to an experience in what is considered by many to be one of the best ice cream shops in Pordenone. Even ChatGPT, upon specific request, listed it among the best ice cream makers in the city. I approached the place and the refrigerated counter with a sky-high hype, already anticipating the cold delicacies created, with pride, by hand. I tend to emphasize that the opinions I will express are entirely personal. I arrive in the late afternoon of a Saturday in March, so with the day coming to an end. I notice that alongside the classic flavors in the tubs, particularly delicious flavors are on display with unusual, almost bold combinations (I don't want to use the overused gourmand). I let myself be fascinated by the thrill of the unusual, by the avant-garde combos and I ask for a cup with three of these. To tell the truth, apart from the associated names, the appearance of the product, in general, did not seem great to me: they seemed not very creamy and with the typical wrinkles from very low storage temperatures ... And a thrill of the unusual it was ... Unfortunately, even the palate confirmed what was noted behind the glass of the counter: very cold ice cream, almost frozen, and, this serving temperature, did not help the tasting experience. I noticed, strangely, that the flavors, usually bland and knocked down by the very cold, were also there but were not characterized by a lack of naturalness. They were very pronounced, some perhaps even too exalted, and I believe, not very balanced. They seemed like many soloists disconnected from each other and not very harmonious. Instead, good music is harmony ... In fact, once the tasting was finished, the taste buds asked for mercy and, subsequently, the sensation of thirst was perceived very markedly. Usually it happens when the sugar content is too high. Usually, I say, I don't know if this is the case... I would have personally preferred a more pronounced creaminess and, in general, a greater creaminess: the experience would have benefited in terms of satisfaction. The cream had a good consistency and did not separate until the end of the tasting: the only flaw, in my personal taste, was a little too much tending towards the sugary flavor. So overall, but I'm certainly wrong, it was a disappointing experience, given the reputation and good reputation of the place. I must have stumbled upon one of the rare bad days: mine or the ice cream maker's? I'll give the benefit of the doubt. I remind you that these are merely personal opinions that should not in any way affect the quality of the work expressed over time by this renowned ice cream shop...

The owner, always friendly and attentive, together with her kind and professional staff, creates a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. The menu offers Chinese and Japanese dishes prepared with fresh and carefully prepared ingredients, from sushi specialties to classics such as various shrimp, chicken or beef dishes. Quick service, generous portions and great value make Samurai a perfect choice for an enjoyable dinner. Advised!

If you can, go during the week, when you will always be pampered!

The staff is courteous and always present. Good choice of beers, and the beers themselves. The pizzas are well supplied, with refined combinations and with typical local ingredients. On weekends, reservations are recommended. Tables also outdoors in summer. Excellent value for money. Double shift only on Saturdays
