25/01/2026: I wanted to book a table for four for this evening (Google says open from 6 PM). The number is unreachable. Walking past, it seems closed, and the bar next door confirmed it's closed. What a shame. Response to the owner No keyboard warriors. All it would have taken was a sign on the door and a temporary closure on Google, and there would have been no problem. There's no need to respond rudely. I didn't offend anyone. Should I have given 3 stars out of complacency? Offended? Not even a little bit. Anyway, if I pass through Grado again, I'll let the bartender know. And maybe I'll be able to eat at your place. PS. It still appears to me today that you'll be open tonight. If I may offer some advice, just change the hours on Google as easily as possible. No offense, of course.

23/11/2025: Ordinary and overrated pastry shop. The new management has nothing in common with the previous, elegant and refined establishments. This pastry shop has been in Udine since 1924. The new management boasts an acquired tradition. Time has changed the business structure of many places. In this case, the change has only led to a deterioration. Unjustified prices. This place is not recommended for people with good taste!

So it was that I crossed the threshold of the "Luna" ice cream shop in Udine, and was immediately captivated by the sweet aroma that wafted through the air. Young Matteo, with expert hands and a cheerful smile, served me exquisitely refined ice creams, whose flavors danced harmoniously on my lips and ignited a joyful amazement in my soul. Oh, how enchanting it was to see such skill and courtesy combined! Each flavor seemed like a small gift from the angels, and the simple, welcoming atmosphere invited me to linger and enjoy so much sweetness. So I left the "Luna" gelateria with a joyful heart and an indelible memory of the mastery and gracious presence of young Matteo, who made my earthly pilgrimage sweeter and happier. 03/01/2026: Very welcoming atmosphere and truly kind and friendly staff. I've been relaxing here for the fifth or sixth time and am always extremely satisfied. The food is very good, the pizza is incredibly tasty, made in-house with homemade dough. The liqueurs are also excellent, truly delicious. Highly recommended!

01/06/2025: I stayed at this hotel for a wedding and I had a great time. In particular, I really liked the food, good and plentiful. Especially the goat cheese with honey, which I would eat again and recommend. Also the breakfast was very good and varied for dessert. Friendly and nice staff.

07/03/2026: Despite the opening of many sushi restaurants in the Pordenone area, this one remains the best! Both in terms of quality and fast, attentive service. It's also a great sushi option for those looking for lunch or dinner downtown. The only thing that could use a bit of updating is the location, but it's fine as it is!

14/02/2026: Although the food is excellent quality, I'm sorry to say that the waiting times are extremely long. When I went to eat, two dishes arrived in an hour! The order management needs to be reviewed. Otherwise, I can't say I ate badly.

03/10/2025: Such a shame! Nice ambiance, good food, and really cheap for Italy in 2025. And then a bald guy with sunglasses appears – 99% the boss – who makes a huge fuss about my request for some tomato paste, loudly declaring that it's a pizza bianca, and if someone wants a pizza rossa, they should order one. Finally, he finally agrees to slam a bowl of tomato paste onto my table. A choleric AND a restaurant owner? That doesn't mix. As I said, what a shame. Otherwise, it would be 5 anyway...

06/03/2026: Hi everyone, I went to Purinan today. I'd never been there before and was curious to try their products. I liked the pizza, which could be improved, but overall it was good. Unfortunately, the brioche and cappuccino weren't up to par. At least the cappuccino was coffee in a large cup, with lots of foam and very little milk, and the cup was medium-small. The brioche, being empty and rather dry, was too expensive to be empty. €2.00, excessive. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the place needs to be adapted to accommodate architectural barriers because there are steps to get in, so a wheelchair user, unless very carefully helped out by someone, won't be able to access the place. Improvable!!!

21/03/2026: The staff is very, very slow, calm, and cold. The prices aren't displayed, and if you order a dessert while standing, they tell you to sit down so you also pay for the service! This saves the waiter from having to take orders from the tables?!?! If a customer wants to stand to eat a dessert, why do they send you to sit down?? In the end, I refused, after drinking a macchiato and eating an excellent zeppola. I paid the bill as if I were at the table: coffee €2.50 and zeppola €5.50. In effect, I paid for the service that wasn't there! Before paying, I even took the cup and plate to the counter!!! Ah! The best thing is that I ate standing up under the noses of the staff!!!!

I'm so tired, and cuddles are a caress for a soul of Charon-esque fire like mine, always a "warrior spirit." May this short break be my Foscolo-esque "evening." Thanks to Samuele for the excellent advice. Finding 19-year-olds so kind, professional, and "cuddly." Thanks to the place, the food, the kind people, those who "feel and listen."

10/11/2025: The cappuccino served no longer has the same quality that only a few months ago I would have described as the best in Gorizia! Too bad!

09/03/2026: Unfortunately, the restaurant's service was very disappointing. My friend and I placed an order by calling the restaurant directly, politely asking them to remove some ingredients from the sandwiches. We repeated this several times, and they confirmed that our request had been understood. Despite this, the sandwiches were delivered with the ingredients we'd asked to be removed. It wasn't a whim, but a request related to serious issues with some ingredients, so due to the speed with which they were prepared, I found myself risking my health, which was absolutely unacceptable. Once we got home, we carefully inspected the sandwiches and, seeing the error, called the restaurant to discuss and find a solution. Unfortunately, we received no help: the only response we received was "you can contact Just Eat and get your money back." But the problem wasn't Just Eat, but the restaurant and its lack of attention to the request we made over the phone. I would have expected another way of accommodating the customer, such as remaking the sandwiches, offering a coupon, or otherwise finding a solution. However, the way it was handled, I find it a great lack of respect towards the customer.
