02/04/2026: Food was great! Service, excellent! Atmosphere had these drunk people yelling and so it wasn't the best but they left and I loved it! I got the all you can eat sushi and finished it before I could get a photo😅. It was that good!😋 I followed up quickly with a Nabe Yaki and it was also good! I know where i will be from now on for dinners!

02/03/2026: Sensational! I've rarely eaten such good Asian food... Don't be put off by the entrance. The interior is beautiful and very well-maintained. Absolutely recommended! Also because of the excellent value for money.

26/07/2026: A small cup with two flavors is impossible to get. What kind of policy is that? If you're sure you have good gelato, you can't force people to eat the large cup just so you can make more money. A customer might want a small one and try two flavors so they don't get bored. When I asked, I was told it was IMPOSSIBLE. INCREDIBLE. I WAS SPEECHLESS.

25/01/2026: I wanted to book a table for four for this evening (Google says open from 6 PM). The number is unreachable. Walking past, it seems closed, and the bar next door confirmed it's closed. What a shame. Response to the owner No keyboard warriors. All it would have taken was a sign on the door and a temporary closure on Google, and there would have been no problem. There's no need to respond rudely. I didn't offend anyone. Should I have given 3 stars out of complacency? Offended? Not even a little bit. Anyway, if I pass through Grado again, I'll let the bartender know. And maybe I'll be able to eat at your place. PS. It still appears to me today that you'll be open tonight. If I may offer some advice, just change the hours on Google as easily as possible. No offense, of course.

14/07/2026: In my opinion, it's absolutely to be avoided. I ordered a pizza with arugula, parmesan, and cherry tomatoes, and a Coke Zero. All without looking at the menu. It arrived after an hour and 10 minutes (this is understandable). I paid €14.50, but they forgot the Coke at the pizzeria. I asked for my money back for the Coke, and they gave me €2.50 (understandable), so the "total" cost of the pizza was €12.00 (a bit expensive). I looked on the menu for arugula, parmesan, tomato, and buffalo mozzarella (€9.50). That is, it costs less than my standard pizza. I called and discovered there was a €2 delivery charge (which other pizzerias charge for free). To receive the pizza you see in the photo,

07/08/2026: A truly unpleasant experience and unprofessional behavior Unfortunately, our experience at this gelateria was anything but pleasant. We were on vacation in Italy and simply stopped in to buy some water. We certainly didn't expect special treatment, but we also didn't expect to be subjected to comments and judgments from the women at the register. While we were there, the women behind the counter began making comments about my dress and clothing. This was particularly unpleasant and inappropriate. They clearly thought they could speak freely without being understood, probably because they didn't know I'm Italian and that I understood what they were saying perfectly. I find this behavior extremely rude, disrespectful, and above all unprofessional. Anyone who works with the public should know that it's absolutely inappropriate to judge or comment on customers' appearance and clothing, much less do so behind their backs, assuming they couldn't understand. We had simply come in to buy some water while on vacation and left with a truly negative feeling. It's not a matter of expecting special treatment, but of having a minimum of politeness, respect, and professionalism towards the people who enter your establishment. The thing that bothered me most was the presumption that I couldn't understand what was being said. If you have something to say about a customer's appearance or clothing, at least have the courage and politeness to tell them directly, instead of making comments at the cash register. This kind of attitude certainly leaves a bad impression, especially when you're on vacation and expect to have a pleasant experience. I sincerely hope that in the future there will be more attention to how customers are treated, because politeness and respect should be the foundation of any business open to the public. A huge disappointment.

01/04/2026: In the area for work, coming from Turin... Fantastic pastry shop! I came in for a coffee and left with a savory "panettoncino" whose name I can't remember, a small packet of Pordenone biscuits whose tradition they told me about, and a delicious homemade gelato. Aside from that, thank you for the professional and friendly welcome from the two ladies at the counter! Highly recommended.

20/03/2026: A historic pastry shop in Pordenone, where you know you'll find quality. A truly well-stocked display of desserts. It was quite crowded, but the table service was quick, the coffee was good, and the croissants were also delicious. Special praise to the young lady who served me, whose politeness and kindness are hard to find.

20/07/2026: We stopped for a drink but we definitely won't stop again as the innkeeper was rude and impolite.

10/05/2026: Very nice, but unfortunately, prices are in line with Trieste's sadly touristy landscape. Interestingly, their presnitz costs €22 per kg at the supermarket, but here it's €36 per kg. Why?!?! It should be the other way around...

14/06/2026: Pizza prices are good, but drinks are expensive. They don't have tables to sit at; you just grab your food and go.

04/06/2026: Very disappointed with delivery. Ordered 2 pizzas, only 1 arrived. It took a long while for them to bring the second pizza and they didn’t even apologize.
