02/03/2025: Ice cream has now become a luxury. 2 euros for a scoop and some flavors have even been invented which are special and have an increase of 50 cents per scoop. Out of mind. Dear trader, if you can afford to close for the winter I can only imagine that the place is owned and I won't say anything else... you could put the prices back on average so as to give the opportunity to have an ice cream to those who don't make it to the end of the month

09/03/2025: A place that has been present in the area for a long time, renowned for the quality of its products and the services offered in the ice cream and pastry sector. From a first, quick glance from the outside you can see why it is one of the most popular places in Pordenone. I enter almost with awe, asking to be seated at a table. I find a seat immediately also because I arrive almost at closing time. The staff welcomes me smiling and helpful. I ask for the menu to have a look at the ice cream list. I immediately find a proposal that captures my attention and I don't hesitate to ask for that: the cup Eis Eggnog. The moment they bring it to the table it is also described to me as if we were in a high-end restaurant: immeasurable class. The staff is proud to present their home-made zabaglione revisited, I would say, Friulian style. Oh yes, you understood correctly: exactly Friulian style! But, question…how can you revisit an eggnog Friulian style? The answer, it will soon be said, lies here: in the Gelateria Montereale laboratory. The secret, and the answer key, is in the liquor used. There is no trace of Marsala or Maraschino aroma but of Verduzzo di Ramandolo liqueur. It also contains notes of marked sweetness but much less incisive and more balanced in flavor. The result? Amazing. The result is a product that blends impeccably with the cream ice cream, is very well creamed and becomes unique with the eggnog cream. A symphony of tastes masterfully directed by the local pastry chefs. Among other things, this peculiar egg cream has had such success with the public that it has led the owners to make it available to customers in jars that can be purchased separately. Another flagship product that is enjoying great success is the real, inimitable, Biscotto Pordenone. A round biscuit with a center of corn flour which makes it delicate in taste but rough in texture. A contrast that gives just that little something necessary to make it remembered and appreciated by the palates of the customers who taste it. Also in this case the product is marketed in attractive transparent bags closed by a red fabric strap of various weights. Never as for this place can we say that the fame is more deserved than ever.

28/12/2024: Location carina Interna ad un hotel a grado. Cucina discreta , ma servizio affabile e professionale . Prezzi forse un po’ alti , ma forse come ristorante anche dell’albergo sarà così che hanno impostato il menù.

26/11/2024: Auf Empfehlung des Obers Antipasti di Mare und dann einen Steinbutt gegessen - beides hervorragend! Auch der empfohlene Friulani als Weinbegleitung die richtige Wahl. Ausblick über die Altstadt sowieso grandios, speziell bei Sonnenuntergang! Personal sehr aufmerksam, immer präsent aber nicht aufdringlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Tisch hat ein wenig gewackelt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können das nur weiterempfehlen!

11/03/2025: People, don't come here! There are many other places to eat in the city, and this place definitely doesn't deserve your attention. The service here is simply terrible and completely ruins the experience. The waiter is clearly annoyed: he throws the menu, throws the food on the table, and then also throws the bill. He behaves as if we have insulted him by the mere fact of our existence. I don’t even know why we didn’t leave right away. This place doesn't even deserve one star. If working with people irritates you so much, why do it at all?

06/03/2025: Super Essen. Die Carbonara war die beste die ich seit langem gegessen habe. Soße sehr cremig, Nudeln perfekt gekocht und einfach traditionell gemacht. Tiramisu war auch unglaublich lecker. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

12/01/2025: Our typical stop for dinner. Excellent pizza, very good Sorbetto Al Limone. Large selection. Our problem: we are always there in winter. It feels like 17 degrees in the restaurant. So it's no surprise that all the local regulars keep their jackets on. We have to come in the summer and sit in the garden in front of the door and enjoy the view of the beautiful square. The kitchen also deserves this recognition, best pizza 🍕❤️

17/02/2025: The place is pleasantly particular in style, the lady is really nice and the general quality of the products is good. The only flaw, which overshadows all the others, is that it collects illegally by not issuing receipts.
