02/08/2024: old-fashioned all-you-can-eat sushi. there are no classic tablets for ordering but pen and paper. service also quite fast, but a bit of confusion when the waiters bring the dishes to the table. not a very extensive menu and many cold dishes (tartare, carpaccio, sashimi) which can only be taken once. all the maki then brought in portions of 8, and not 4 as has been used recently. another thing I had doubts about was the temperature at which they served the raw meats, not cold as usual but almost "room temperature"... which didn't make the most of the goodness of the product.... udon and soups with little flavor. slightly poor impacts and in some cases with plastic decorations... I don't feel like recommending this place for these reasons

05/08/2024: Bad experience, we ended up in this place on July 28th, ordered 2 Aperol spritzes before the meal, then 2 spaghetti with clams and half a white dish. The Aperol arrived after 2 minutes together with the spaghetti with clams (impossible to make them in such a short time) so as not to let the pasta cool down we ate them together with the Aperol, the clams were dry and the shell shattered in the mouth, they were practically spaghetti rest on the oil with some clams heated in the microwave. Only hunger (since it was 9.30pm and we had had an empty stomach all day) made us finish the dish. The half liter of white never arrived, I pointed this out to the waitress and pretended nothing had happened. The dessert was good but a little to keep me coming back.

23/07/2024: Delicious pizzas, the one with the fried aubergines on top, excellent first courses.

10/08/2024: A nice cafe with pastries and takeaway food and ice cream. Very efficient, friendly and fast service. Pleasant and informal environment.

18/08/2024: It is an ice cream shop considered a "cult" place by the people of Trieste. Present for years in the area, it has been able to renew itself over the years, adapting environments, products, to the public. From innovative ice cream flavor to bubble tea. Absolutely necessary to go there if you are in Opicina. Maybe even just for a takeaway cone to try along the way. The staff is absolutely friendly and quick, since often, certainly not by chance, but thanks to the offer, the place has many customers. Highly recommended.

07/08/2024: The pizzas arrive home, we open them and find one burnt, the other half burnt and one was saved. All three pizzas tasted like nothing and the tomato is sour! Needless to say, they don't take them here anymore.

06/08/2024: A slightly vintage restaurant but well kept and clean. Kind and attentive staff. I was looking for a restaurant in the area and I opted for this one. Personally I found the cuisine to be good in terms of raw materials but which in my opinion should be revised a bit. As a place it has excellent potential, a little more care with the menu would help it a lot...

26/08/2024: The constant queue in this gelateria tells it all. It was a must stop after the beach, before dinner and after diner. The only issue is what flavour to choose.

03/08/2024: I will not say, that Gelateria Antoniazzi in Grado makes the best ice cream in Italy, because in my opinion this prize belongs somewhere in Venice, but they come close. Don't believe me, believe the complete Italian school outing queuing at the counter. See the attached picture.

20/02/2024: Es hat einfach alles gepasst: sehr gute Hausmannskost und mittags die beste Pizza weit & breit, gute Weinauswahl, gemütliches Lokal mit spektakulärem Ausblick von der Terrasse, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und dazu noch sehr gemütliche Zimmer. Alles tip top! Bei Chef Jure kann man sich wohlfühlen..

27/01/2024: Ammetto di non essere obiettivo perchè ogni occasione è buona per venire in questo locale e godere dell'ospitalità di Jure. Menù con varie proposte ed in particolare rilevo la disponbilità a garantire piatti Gluten Free. Servizio sempre eccellente, simpatico e cordiale. L'alloggio è inoltre garantito con camere spaziose e fornite di quanto può essere utile in vacanza.

26/04/2024: Nothing to say about the food, always good and a very good cook, I eat tartare nowhere else other than here. The place is very nice, with the possibility of consumption both inside and outside, also for aperitifs. The only flaw I found concerns the too good to go initiative: the times I went to collect food, the staff seemed very annoyed and didn't hide it (I don't understand why joining the initiative given that I don't think it's mandatory, if it is then experienced that way).

12/05/2024: Personalmente, il miglior ristorante cinese di Udine. Menu vario, con pietanze molto buone. Hanno anche un menu in lingua cinese, dove ci sono alcuni piatti tipici cinesi, con sapori molto decisi e differenti dai soliti. Personale molto educato e cordiale. Consigliato !

29/08/2024: 35minutes for a piadina triestina, piadina with ham and salad, one simple salad without any addition and a toast with only the bread hot, the cheese inside was solid.

24/08/2024: I had a "Fish box" and was beyond satisfied. This dish was what I was looking for and it met my expectations. Great for me and I'll have it again next time. Yes, there is only one person and it took longer than I expected, but it was worth it!
