01/01/2026: An enchanting experience! New Year's Eve dinner with a tasting menu and simply sublime wine pairings, exquisite dishes and far from ordinary pairings (the risotto, of which we were kindly served a second helping, and the sirloin Wellington were exceptional). The staff were extremely attentive, brilliant, and proactive; they knew the table well and were extremely courteous. We felt pampered; it was a truly delightful evening!

01/01/2026: We had a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner at the daGorini restaurant. The attention to detail, the quality of service, and the food were not affected in the slightest by the number of people in the restaurant and absolutely lived up to expectations. The service was always attentive and helpful. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic, although I personally had a preference for one of the girls in the dining room: she truly had so much charm.

27/10/2025: A Rediscovered Treasure: The Perfect Lunch at Brodino in Cesena Brodino isn't just a pasta shop; it's a culinary experience that warms the heart and soul. Finally, I've rediscovered one of those beautiful places for lunch, a true gem that I sadly thought no longer existed in Italy. A traditional place, with exceptional quality and a unique atmosphere. Today's lunch was simply fantastic. The tagliatelle with ragù were divine, fresh pasta, hand-rolled as it should be, and a flavorful and enveloping ragù, a true ode to Romagna tradition. And what about the sausages with baked potatoes? Absolutely excellent, perfectly cooked, leaving the sausages juicy and the potatoes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The portions are just right, and the dishes are prepared with care and authenticity that comes through in every bite. The prices are fair and balanced, an unrivaled value for money given the freshness and quality of the products offered. Special praise goes to the open kitchen, which is simply marvelous. Being able to observe the mastery with which the dishes are prepared, the cleanliness, and the organization is an added value that demonstrates honesty and passion. The staff is very kind and welcoming, contributing to the familiar and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent, attentive, and cheerful service makes you feel at home. Brodino is more than a pasta shop with a kitchen: it's an institution, a reference point for those seeking true culinary tradition, excellent ingredients, and the warm welcome that only certain places can offer. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in authentic flavors and enjoy a memorable lunch. I will be back, and I will soon!

06/12/2025: Young, enthusiastic, and very courteous. Top-of-the-line bruschetta. Bruschetta of the week with cavolo nero, stracciatella, and salted almonds, delicious! Bruschetta Valles with lemon oil is equally noteworthy! The desserts are also excellent, and the Rudino at the end is the icing on the cake. Well done!

02/11/2025: Dinner with friends. We wanted to share the pleasure of this little gem with our friends, because we knew we'd make a great impression. And so it was. When you want to eat well, feel good, and taste the specialties of Puglia, Ambasciata is a surefire choice. Highly recommended. Hugs!

The staff who served us were impeccable, friendly, and kind. We tried appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Everything was delicious! Highly recommended 👍

28/01/2026: A blast from the past! The atmosphere evokes the serenity of a time when the clock was the only thing in the square. Even cell phones are out of place here; enjoy the paper newspaper and tearoom chatter in good company. No photos necessary... leave your phone in your bag!

27/01/2026: I've been wanting to come to this place for a long time, and I finally tried their cappuccino and a pastry with cream and berries, all fresh and delicious. It feels like stepping into another era, a wonderful place, meticulously crafted and full of details that make you say "wow" and warm your heart. I also tried their hot chocolate with cream and wafers: it was delicious, and then served like this, it was a truly wonderful surprise, delicious and original. We also had brunch, both sweet and savory: the pancakes with maple syrup were excellent, as were the chocolate cookies, the omelette, and the hazelnut cappuccino—everything was truly delicious. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, always smiling, and welcoming, especially the lovely and talented blonde girl. Thanks to Andrea, who makes you feel right at home. This is one of those places where returning every time is a pleasure and a treat, whether for a sweet or savory breakfast, a snack, or simply for the truly worthy setting.

31/01/2026: I went to this wonderful place months ago and I still haven't forgotten it! I don't know where to start, really. The portions are huge and 100% satisfying, not to mention the flavor of the meat, beautifully juicy and cooked to perfection. The waiters were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the dishes arrived quickly and without any issues. Looking at the prices, I was shocked because I thought they would cost at least double, but it was actually a very reasonable price. The place itself is really nice, although I had to give it 4 stars due to its size and the noise it gets when it's full, but it's nothing impossible to bear. I would have added warmer lighting to create atmosphere, but I admit that's just a quirk of mine...

Obsessive customer service, from arrival to departure, every dish is a work of art with flavors you've never tasted or perceived before. The staff is young and dynamic. The New Year's Eve dinner was top-notch. I hope everyone can experience this kind of experience at least once in their lifetime.
