30/11/2024: seeing as the restaurants in Imola close early for lunch we went into the first one we saw, luckily we arrived before the kitchen closed. I give 4 stars only because they didn't bring the dishes together but a few minutes apart

19/11/2024: We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident in June. It was a wonderful surprise. Definitely one of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy (good price and even better food). We ordered the tomato salad with burrata, which was very good. We also ordered carbonara and pasta with gorgonzola sauce. I definitely recommend it.

18/05/2025: One of the best restaurants I've ever been to! I tasted real local products, excellently prepared, delightful service, and an authentic atmosphere! For me, the tagliatelle with guanchale was the best dish, followed by the veal steak. I highly recommend visiting during the warm seasons and dining outside, which is practically in the forest.

05/04/2025: Waiters didn’t come serve us. We were in a group but also other tables are in big groups. Waiters were rude and didn’t want to listen to us when we asked if they were going to take our order. Waited 40mins after sitting down for anyone to come ask to finally take our order. The manager was the rudest overall(guy with white long hair and glasses) with no respect for his clients.

04/04/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant and I must say that it was a very pleasant surprise. The environment is refined, welcoming, and the service was impeccable: fast, discreet, never intrusive. You can see that there is a solid organization behind it, which works without making any noise. One of the aspects that struck me most was the selection of cold cuts: nothing to be taken for granted, on the contrary. Highest quality products, freshly cut and served with great attention accompanied by the so-called "Squacquerone", which I still dream about at night. And then the fried gnocco... simply stratospheric. Crispy at the right point, light, fragrant: one of those apparently simple dishes, which when done well really leave their mark. I took a look at the menu and the prices: absolutely in line with the market, indeed, considering the quality of the overall experience, I would even say honest. It is rare to find such a successful balance between substance, service and atmosphere. I will definitely go back, maybe to try other dishes too. It really deserves it.

20/04/2025: We had the opportunity to dine in this place during the 6h of Imola The food was very good. We ate the tortellini with parmesan cream: they were super! The service was kind and very welcoming The environment is very particular and refined. All embellished by the large green area that surrounds it! We will definitely be back!

01/02/2025: Location anni 70, servizio ottimo, veloce, cortese e cordiale. Eravamo con la mia compagna e, viste le porzioni, abbiamo preso tortelloni, Goccia d'Oro (spettacolare, con il rosso d'uovo nella besciamella come da ricetta originale) e una costata da 500Grammi con patatine tenerissima e cotta alla perfezione, acqua e vino. Tutto ottimo; l'unica cosa che non mi ha soddisfatto completamente è il ragù che ho trovato non denso come piacerebbe a me, ma sono gusti. 37,50 Euro con caffè e ammazzacaffè offerti. Che volere di più? Ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici. Peccato sia chiuso la domenica...
