14/08/2025: In my opinion, the gelato is high-quality. It's appropriately stored in a well, not displayed in a tub. Various flavors are available, including some sophisticated and unusual ones. The open-plan lab is lovely; customers are interested in knowing where their favorite treats are made. I would make one point: perhaps it's best not to leave some of the "processes" visible in the lab, otherwise it could have the opposite effect.

19/11/2025: Excellent, authentically Japanese restaurant, unlike almost all the others that are Chinese restaurants disguised as Japanese.
The variety of dishes is excellent, and the quality is excellent.
17/11/2025: The place is very nice, clean, and well-organized, even though the seats are quite close together.
The service is quick and accurate.
The menu is quite extensive, but tasteless.
For a Japanese restaurant, it's strange that they don't have classic ramen.
Personally, I've preferred to have a traditional Japanese dinner elsewhere.

24/10/2025: Main premise: it's located in Pianoro, well outside of Bologna, and its patrons are mostly locals and regulars.
A quiet place, where you can eat in peace and converse.
It offers excellent service, friendly and welcoming staff; excellent quality pizzas at a still reasonable price.
A typical local restaurant, pizza version.
A variety of doughs depending on the day, generous toppings, and the expertise of a passionate pizza chef... make the product even better.
"Stretched" pizzas, fragrant, absolutely digestible... You could even eat more than one.
Given the location, the premises, the management, and above all the passion of those who make a living from their work, this is a place to choose if you're looking for quality and tranquility.
01/10/2025: I always get pizza from Kriss; it's my favorite in the area. I love their pepperoni. The crust is crispy, they're absolutely not stingy with the toppings, and it's amazing. You guys are great! The only thing missing is delivery right to my door. But maybe that's a good thing, because otherwise I'd eat too much pizza! Good luck, guys!

30/11/2025: Truly excellent piadinas with a wide selection of fillings. The more traditional piadinas are ready to eat just by heating them up, while the others require preparation, but they're quite quick. There's a few seats inside and a few tables outside. The staff is friendly.
27/11/2025: If you're looking to try a proper piadina in Ravenna, L'Ingrediente Segreto – Piadineria dal 1972, nestled in an alley near the cathedral, is a must-visit. As its name suggests, this long-standing piadina restaurant has been in business since 1972, making it a popular lunch spot for Ravenna locals.
Ravenna, like the Emilia-Romagna region, is one of the birthplaces of piadina. To locals, piadina is as much a part of their daily lives as kimbap or coffee is in Korea. While it may look like a thin tortilla or crepe on the outside, it's actually more like an Italian sandwich, generously filled with jamón, cheese, arugula, and tomatoes.
The interior is small and unassuming. During lunchtime, it's quite crowded with local office workers and students. Behind the counter, staff roll out the dough thinly, bake it, and then fill it with fillings. The savory aroma of baking flour wafted through the restaurant, giving me the impression, "This piadina will never disappoint."
The piadina I ordered arrived wrapped in paper wrap. The outside was warm and crispy, but a bite revealed the bread to be surprisingly dense and dry. The ham and cheese inside were quite salty, and for Korean palates, it's more than adequate. However, the bitterness of the arugula balanced the texture, making the saltiness of the ham and cheese less overwhelming. The locals at the next table were enjoying a light lunch with their piadina and beer or wine, and I could sense that the flavors were carefully tailored to this combination.
In terms of the food itself, this piadina is a "typical Italian lunch." It's quick and simple, yet packed with flavor. Rather than sitting down for a long, full meal, people enjoy a single piadina, either standing or sitting down, and then immediately return to their daily routine. Blending into this flow, you feel like you've been transported into the daily lives of Ravenna residents, not just tourists.
The walls of the shop are adorned with timelines from 1972. Old black-and-white photos, local festival posters, and even the phrase "dal 1972" ("dal"). It's more than just a place selling a single piadina; it's a place steeped in memories, filled with everyday moments and memories of the city.
In summary:
Taste: Salty, dense bread + salty ham and cheese + the bitterness of arugula
Ambience: A small, unpretentious local piadina restaurant with a high proportion of office workers and students
Points: A great place to experience piadina in Ravenna "the way the locals eat it."
While it might be a bit pricey for Koreans, if you're looking to experience the authentic taste of piadina and local lunch culture in Ravenna, this piadina restaurant is worth a visit. The memory of taking a bite of Italian piadina in a sunny Ravenna alley lingers for quite some time, independent of my taste buds.

Colorful dishes, rich in flavor and texture, with a wealth of spices carefully balanced, each dish presented with a brief description of the ingredients used, and informal and truly pleasant service—a wonderful experience I highly recommend!
05/10/2025: Always good. You feel good, you eat well, and you leave happier than when you came in. Booking is a good idea. It's also excellent for breakfast, especially for those with lactose intolerance, and in Imola you can't find anything edible. It's a real treat here.

09/11/2025: Trattoria associated with a gas station on the Via Emilia. I'd passed by many times and decided to stop. You expect a place from the past.
The atmosphere is pleasant.
The cuisine is good, offering traditional dishes without any extravagance. The decor is typical of a trattoria: napkins, not tablecloths. The service is acceptable.
The menu honestly lists the prices. It's not cheap. It makes you think of old-fashioned cuisine, with generous portions.
The portion sizes, however, are limited, almost nouvelle cuisine-style.
The prices are high for the amount served and commensurate with the elegance you might not expect from this type of trattoria.
16/10/2025: This place is a must-try, whether for a quick lunch or a Sunday brunch. The menu is always interesting and the dishes are excellent.

18/11/2025: Cafe in Bologna city centre with gluten free options (both sweet and savoury!). This custard pie with apple slices was pretty good, a sweet treat I bought myself yesterday afternoon after my Bologna explorations. The service was fast and the waiter was very friendly, but this was definitely too expensive for italian standards: 4€ for a pastry is definitely too much guys.
