The dough you find here is unlike anything else; it's the only pizza that's still good the next day! I always get an extra Fornarina (pizza dough with salt and rosemary) to eat the next day because it's crispy and tastes as good as freshly made! Easy to digest because it's well-leavened. They're open to customizing flavors and selections. You can also eat in; it's a casual, quiet place, even though it's primarily a takeout pizzeria.
Truly a TOP pizza!!!

The staff is delightful: kind, smiling, and always available, they make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for a quiet lunch.
An authentic, sincere, and flavorful bistro—one that's memorable and makes you want to return to Bologna every week. Highly recommended!
I recommend trying the Gorgonzola gelato: divine...a specialty!

09/09/2025: Omg, such good ice cream, and on our last day in Bologna 😭. Mare di Pistacio is simply divine, and the Pesca/Passion Fruit is a flavor explosion in your mouth. I love it.

08/12/2025: I recently discovered this special little place thanks to my boyfriend, who's been going there for years, and I have to say the atmosphere is truly magical! The variety of teas is vast, with very unique combinations, and the desserts change regularly (both delicious, by the way), while the staff is always kind and helpful. The quality is truly high, so the room fills up quickly... but the experience is definitely worth the wait. Needless to say, it's quickly become one of my must-stops in the city 🫶🏻

You can choose from a variety of teas, as well as herbal teas of all kinds.
Everything can be accompanied by a homemade cake or cookie, and they also offer several gluten-free options.
You can also purchase tea or herbal teas; they offer many gift packages with mugs, infusers, and much more.
Highly recommended!!
