28/08/2024: Having stayed for one night in this structure last year, having found it good we decided to return this year again for one night .... and luckily I would say. We were really disappointed. Apart from the cleanliness of the room the rest was a disaster. The room however, unlike last year, was located away from the structure and to reach the restaurant we had to travel along a country road with no lighting and steep which with elderly people and children is not ideal. I would like to point out that this had not been reported to us at the time of booking. The dinner, unlike last year, was really disappointing. I had highly praised the appetizer eaten the previous year but unfortunately my expectations were disappointed as the courses were miserable, the food was not fresh and the bread inedible. The first course with sauce had a strange metallic taste and my girls did not eat it. Terrible service and presentation. The icing on the cake was when in the morning, upon waking up at the indicated time of 8.15, we went to the restaurant which was still closed. The waiter, still sleepy (he sleeps in a room next to the restaurant) and in an obvious state of neglect, opened the doors and entered the kitchen. Without any kind of welcome, we headed towards the terrace where we had dinner the previous evening. The table where we had dinner the previous evening was covered in ants and the tables had not even been cleared. The dirty floor full of ants and the filthy sofas with pee encrusted on them. Zero hygiene. Faced with all this, we decided to leave, giving up breakfast. The owner was not there, we had him called, he was still asleep, he also showed up in a scruffy manner and, when we complained, he replied that ants are normal in the countryside and he did not even want to deduct the cost of breakfast from our room. We will never return.

31/03/2025: Purtroppo devo esprimere un parere negativo su questa trattoria. Il cibo era nella media, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato. Per tre persone (di cui una bambina di 4 anni) abbiamo speso 30€ a testa, pur avendo ordinato solo: - 1 porzione di antipasto da condividere - 3 primi - 1 porzione di secondo con contorno - 2 dolci - 2 bottiglie d'acqua e 1 lattina di Coca-Cola Onestamente, una spesa così elevata per una cena semplice in una trattoria non è giustificabile. Se cercate un posto dove mangiare bene senza sorprese sul conto, consiglio di guardare altrove.

27/10/2024: Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per le 13:30 e abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti per sederci. Dopo l’ordinazione abbiamo aspettato abbiamo aspettato 1 ora è 30 per avere il primo piatto (freddo) e non siamo riusciti a mangiare tutt’insieme a causa del ritardo nell’arrivo dei piatti. Abbiamo richiamato più volte i camerieri per sapere a che punto erano gli ordini, ma molti di loro hanno risposto in modo maleducato. Una stella è anche troppo per descrivere questo pranzo

01/02/2025: I consumed a milkshake and a mcflurry on 01/31/25, really rude staff. They skipped my receipt so about 10 people went after me. So I decided to report it to the girl (who was chatting with her blissful colleagues without even working) because it was quite strange to wait 10 minutes for a mcflurry... and what's more I had 10 people pass me by so I would say very strange. The girl from the MC replies to me in an arrogant tone: so what? Then they looked at my receipt and gave me what I had ordered, but it's a shame that they had already been prepared on the table for 10 minutes (they had prepared it and hadn't delivered it to me) so there was very little of the ice cream left... having said that, we can all make mistakes , but mistakes are admitted and we must not be arrogant. Those girls don't even know the ABCs of customer service. I won't go there anymore.

04/01/2025: Ho trascorso una serata meravigliosa in compagnia della mia famiglia, per festeggiare un traguardo importante. Tiziana è meravigliosa, tutto ciò che crea con le sue mani è sublime.

30/10/2024: Era tempo che pensavamo di andare a visitare il Podere Rega, nei pressi dei templi di Capaccio Paestum. Avevamo anche visto un servizio televisivo condotto da Alessandro Borghese (mi pare che il format fosse "4 ristoranti", in onda sulla piattaforma Sky), cosa che aveva aumentato la nostra curiosità. Bella la location, con alcune soluzioni (ad esempio, il pavimento interno in "cemento industriale smaltato") che sono l'espressione di una giusta attenzione ai particolari; colpisce, ad esempio, il giardino -tutto sommato ben curato- che costeggia un "corso d'acqua" che crea un'atmosfera molto rilassante e piacevole. Detto questo in positivo, occorre rappresentare -però- anche le tante incertezze che si riscontrano. Innanzitutto la formula (non "a la carte") che impone di accettare tutta la lunga sequela di antipasti, assolutamente non preventivamente descritti ed accettati. Se a questa "formula autoritaria" si aggiunge la "modestia del servizio" (certamente non appare molto professionale che il vino ed il pane vengano portati al tavolo ad antipasto già iniziato), si otterrà come risultato un "dilatarsi del tempo di attesa" assolutamente insopportabile. Insomma, quasi due ore per i soli antipasti appare una "imposizione" che "vanifica" anche la bontà di alcune portate. La carta dei vini (modesta) elenca bottiglie non sempre disponibili, mentre alcune pietanze (fiori di zucca ripieni, pane condito etc.) ed i dolci artigianali sono di buona fattura. Ma i tempi di attesa e la modestia del servizio "mortificano" tutto il percorso gastronomico proposto. Insomma, grande potenziale, purtroppo mal gestito.
