14/11/2025: Exceptional venue, excellent food, and fantastic staff. I visited this restaurant this evening with my partner for the first time. We were served by a waiter who was very knowledgeable about the cuts of meat, polite, and attentive, despite the entire dining room being full. The food was excellent and of excellent quality, and the prices were reasonable. Service was very fast; I ordered bruschetta, a pasta dish shared with my partner, and a delicious steak. Furthermore, we were delighted and satisfied by the kindness of the waiter, who immediately demonstrated care and expertise in everything he did. One gesture that truly made us happy as parents was when he helped a young mother with her newborn twins into the restaurant with their strollers. It may seem like a small thing to many, but these days, unfortunately, it's not a given to find people my age who are polite and dedicated, first as people and then as workers. Congratulations to everyone, both for the staff's decision and for the management of the complex.

15/01/2026: Excellent pizza, but it's a shame I was supposed to get a pizza with burrata and they told me it wasn't there. Instead, they gave me the bocconcino, which doesn't contrast well with the other ingredients. I'll try again next time.

13/01/2026: I hate not being able to make changes to the pizzas, especially since the pizzeria uses various cheeses to which I have intolerances, so I had to settle for a pizza whose ingredients weren't among my favorites. I also don't know why, but for the first time I ate a lukewarm pizza, almost cold, as if it had been pre-made and then reheated. The ingredients on the pizza were good quality, but I won't be returning because I can't make any changes. I love the eggplant pizza, and the salami there had ricotta cheese, and I didn't have the option of opting out; I'm intolerant. Pizza chefs know how to balance ingredients, but this is a matter of dietary restrictions.

01/11/2025: The panuozzo is delicious, good service but unfortunately the environment is unhealthy, watch out for the cars parked outside... they steal it between a bite and a drink.

20/11/2025: What a place of absolute relaxation! The food is excellent, the room is spotless and warm, and the staff is excellent. The hotel overlooks the village, which is a gem to be enjoyed in every corner. Everything is as it once was!

29/10/2025: I was invited to a retirement lunch featuring all-fish. What can I say? It was truly excellent. The unique and sophisticated combinations were uncommon, especially since it's not in a seaside area. The fish was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. Another plus was the service and the friendliness of the waiters. I'll definitely be back.

18/10/2025: Unfortunately, our experience was truly disappointing. The draft beer we were served was warm and undrinkable. After we pointed this out, they replaced it with bottled beer, which turned out to be expired—a serious problem for a place that should guarantee the quality of its drinks. We ordered 11 pizzas, but many arrived incorrectly. Furthermore, the quality of the pizzas was poor. Despite the mistakes, they still charged us for the incorrect pizzas, with no apology or attempt to correct them. Furthermore, we had to wait a long time both for the initial order and for any corrections, making the experience even more frustrating. The service was slow and inattentive, lacking professionalism and customer service. No one apologized or attempted to resolve the issues satisfactorily. All in all, a very negative experience in every way. A place with these shortcomings doesn't deserve the trust of its customers, and we certainly won't be returning.

02/02/2026: I have been at a lot of different places, not only Italy but also other countries. To compare this hotel i will give it 5 stares ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel has a great location. The stuff is excellent, and the room is very clean. Four starts hotel with five stares experience.

23/12/2025: I loved this hotel so much. My fiance and I stayed 3 nights here and it was perfect. The room was much nicer than it looked on photos online (& we got the sea view which was totally worth it). The staff were so warm and helpful. And the location, while busy, was super convenient for the beach, shops, and restaurants. We also spontaneously decided to book a cooking class here the DAY of and they were so accommodating, not to mention the class itself was super fun with delicious food. I highly recommend the class if you have a free couple of hours while staying here, and of course the hotel if you're staying in Positano!

22/10/2025: We had two spritzes which didn't turn out to be great, they had a certain aftertaste of water. Special praise goes to the waitress who was quick to bring the drinks.

21/01/2026: My review is actually a very long compliment! I've been coming to Naples for years, and this place has become my home! I choose it whether it's lunch on a single day's vacation or dinner for a longer stay... the place is spotless, with historic features that reflect the traditional utensils, but also modern, like the table plating and QR code menus. The style is there and it shows, the food is nothing less than a culinary narration of the city! Simple typical dishes, which seem to come from grandma's kitchen, meatballs with sauce and broccoli, and pasta and potatoes, my favorite dish (since the first times it was served in the grater) taste of tradition and passion, the service then there are guys with a will and availability... the compliment goes to the owners, over the years now I think (5-6) you have never lost, as often happens, indeed despite the competition that exists in this sector, they manage to be the best, quality products and care, with fair prices, I challenge anyone to find another place like this! Go there, book, it's better and try the Tiramisu!! See you next time

10/12/2025: They seated us almost immediately, even though it was the Immaculate Conception, so it was a special day (I don't remember exactly for 10-15 minutes). Excellent service, we ordered sausage and broccoli rabe and a classic Margherita. I have to tell you that after this culinary experience, nothing will make sense anymore. Delicious pizza, intense flavors, and unparalleled digestibility. I've never eaten such a good pizza. I assure you, I'll be back in Naples and I'll visit you because you have to eat pizza like this. Keep it up. Because you're way above the rest. Highly recommended, 10+++

02/12/2025: Their coniglio all'ischitana (rabbit stew) and parmigiana di melanzane (eggplant parmigiana) blew my mind! The rabbit stew had the tenderest meat that was moist, perfectly browned and caramelized—they parted from the bones with minimal effort and even came with delicious liver and blood vessel bits attached! The caramelized tomato sauce infused with the meat, innards, bones, sofrito and medley of herbs after stewing and reducing for hours, was perfectly balanced and packed with sweet and delicate umami flavors! The eggplant parmigiana was so buttery smooth, pillowy and savoury—it literally melted between my tongue and palate with my saliva! 😋
