04/06/2025: We arrived a little before the reservation time. They made us wait to serve tables that arrived after us, when we asked why ours had not arrived we were told that the staff was eating (together with the other customers who arrived after us) after which we made several orders that arrived randomly ... The fish had a strange aftertaste and afterwards we felt sick ... an experience not to be repeated at all

06/05/2025: I WENT TO THIS PLACE FOR THE FIRST TIME..IT APPEARED VERY GOOD ON THE USE..BUT I CAME AGAINST IMMEDIATELY AFTER PUTTING THE FIRST BITE OF SUSHI IN MY MOUTH..IT LOOKED LIKE I WAS CHEWING A BUT..THE RICE WAS VERY GUMMY..THE FISH LEFT A VERY AFTERTASTE. STRANGE..FURTHERMORE, I ORDERED SAUCES FROM THE TABLET MORE THAN ONCE WHICH WERE NEVER BROUGHT TO ME..THE TEMPURA (especially salmon) TASTED BURNT..I USUALLY ORDER MANY COURSES..BUT AFTER A WHILE I DECIDED TO STOP..PRECISELY BECAUSE I DIDN'T LIKE IT..VERY NICE ROBOT THAT BRINGS THE DISHES.. VERY WELCOMING ROOM.. THE LADY AT THE CHECKOUT IS VERY NICE.. ANY ADVICE? IMPROVE YOURSELF!! (I WANTED TO ADD THAT BOTH MY GIRLFRIEND AND I HAVE BEEN SICK SINCE WE LEFT THE PLACE..)

24/02/2025: Dolce Isola is our favorite cafe and bar in Scalea. Owned by a lovely family and staffed by the friendliest servers, it is the perfect place for a coffee or aperitivo, at any time of the day or night!

10/05/2025: Excellent Pub in everything, from the service to the quality of the food. I've been here a couple of times and was satisfied both times. We enjoyed their very good and plentiful fried foods with two very good draft beers. We will be back, congratulations!

20/03/2025: One word: unconscious! Having ordered a takeaway pizza for my celiac daughter, when it's time to make it (luckily I was there) the pizza chef takes the base and, on the floured counter where he lays out the other pizzas, he rolls out the tomato from the same container and with the same spoon as the previous ones, and takes the mozzarella with floured hands, always in the same containers. To my complaints he replied that on the menu (which I have not seen) he warns customers of contamination (THEREFORE HE IS AWARE OF WHAT HE IS DOING). But on the phone he said nothing. What if I hadn't arrived earlier? And anyway, WHAT IS THE SENSE OF TAKING THE GLUTEN-FREE BASE?

17/03/2025: Siamo arrivati e abbiamo dovuto aspettare un sacco di tempo per ricevere i menù e per ordinare, abbiamo ordinato due taglieri ognuno di esso era indicato per due persone ma al loro arrivo c'erano 2 formaggi e 2 salumi contati, per due pizze attesa di quasi un'ora e dire che la qualità era pessima è poco... uno dei personali che gridava tra un tavolo e l'altro bestemmiando a voce alta, veramente tamarro...mai più.

03/03/2025: Pizza buonissima, ho preso quella con pomodorini. Un suggerimento: usare un strumento per tagliare diverso per ogni tipo di pizza. È una piccola accortezza, ma molto utile per chi soffre di allergie o ha un tipo di alimentazione e non vuole che la sua pizza sia contaminata con altri ingredienti. Per il resto solo complimenti per la qualità.

However, the portions are rather small: the sandwich appears small and is more reminiscent of a taco with kebab than a classic kebab sandwich. In summary, the flavor is undoubtedly appreciable, but it would be appropriate to review the portion sizes, considering that other places offer larger sandwiches. A further aspect to improve concerns the temperature inside the room, which is high, particularly near the counter where the kebab is prepared.
