13/01/2026: Excellent food and good service. Fast service and a wide selection of dishes. The owner was very kind and helpful. He gave us a loaf of their bread, baked that morning. Everything was delicious.

12/10/2025: Terrible experience. We ordered an aperitif in the evening: beers, various snacks, and rustic products. The reheated products were nothing special, probably from the morning, but the price was fair overall. The real problem was the service: the older employees, especially the lady who worked the evening shift, were very rude and unprofessional. I won't be returning in the evening; on the contrary, I recommend going in the morning, when the young staff knows their job.

15/12/2025: Excellent bar and wine shop on the Scalea promenade. Tables under umbrellas with comfortable chairs and super friendly service. Excellent white wines by the glass 😋 The appetizers are excellent with an aperitif or wine. The salsa pairs perfectly with tacos; it seems so fresh you'd think it was homemade. Saturday: crepes with anchovies. Indoor seating for groups and celebrations. Ice creams for a fresh and tasty breakfast. Stop by, you won't regret it.

11/12/2025: The place is not very welcoming; the sushi looks unappealing, the portions are extremely small, and the quality of the fish is unsatisfactory. The service is excessively slow, and the wait for a table was excessive. Furthermore, the owner was not particularly friendly.

12/12/2025: I want to post this review for the best pizza by the slice in the province of Cosenza!! And maybe elsewhere too... I'm originally from Acri but live in Montalto... and when I want to enjoy a slice of pizza, made with delicacy by the Maestro and friend Antonio... my partner and I and often my daughter too, we go up from Montalto to Acri on purpose... to savor a truly excellent pizza made with top-quality ingredients and fabulous dough!! Antonio is the Dad, exquisite people... I would go there every night... shame about the distance!! But once every 2 weeks the stop is a must!! Very clean and tidy environment! The best in Acri and the surrounding area...

15/03/2026: I ordered takeout and it was a truly perfect experience. The service was fast and organized, with very short wait times. The pizzas were excellent: light and well-cooked dough, quality ingredients, and truly balanced flavors. Even when ordering takeout, you can sense the great care taken in their preparation. Congratulations for the professionalism and quality of the food. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them.

09/03/2026: Excellent gelato shop on Corso Mazzini! Sicilian flavors, with a pure Cosenza flavor! Try the Sicilian cassata/zeppola gelato mix! Excellent coffee too!

04/02/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant and the food was good. The problem was the waitress's unfortunate outburst. It was dessert time and she placed the plate in front of me. She smiled and said, "Did I see correctly?" Everyone at the table stopped to listen to what was happening. I asked, "What?" And she said, "Are you waiting?" My answer was, "No." She said, "Oh, so I guessed wrong. I'll have the liqueur added to your dessert as per the recipe." Imagine my embarrassment at being mistaken for a pregnant woman, with everyone at the table listening to what we were saying. Spoiler alert: it was pre-menstrual water retention, which is a physiological phenomenon and shouldn't be the concern of the wait staff. There could be a thousand reasons why a person has abdominal swelling: constipation, colitis, endometriosis, etc., and it's certainly not the waitress's job to point it out to everyone. There are also many ways to find out if someone can't eat foods with liqueur: ask the person to move away from the table and speak aside, point out at the table that there is liqueur in the food. But do I have to suggest how to use common sense and a little tact with people? Is it possible that in 2026 comments are still made about women's bodies, and by a woman at that? I wanted to tell her these things about people, but she didn't even bother to apologize, she continued to... Laughing around the place as if nothing had happened. Do you think that with words you hurt people and ruin an evening, embarrassing me among friends and colleagues? Or do you think that with a laugh everything will be fixed? The other waiters were kind and discreet, as befits their role. I recommend a course for her on how to treat customers and how to fix your mistakes. Pretending nothing has happened is never a good thing.

10/11/2025: We were there on Saturday evening with 7 people and I have to say that the service was excellent, the appetizers were very good and the pizzas were light and crispy... the quality of the raw materials was excellent... congratulations!

18/10/2025: An experience not to be repeated... I booked for 8:30 pm... we ordered a platter and then the pinsas, the platter arrived immediately, we were waiting for the rest of the order... an hour and a half passed and still nothing. I asked the waiters for the pinsa order and they told me certainly just the cooking time... in the meantime other people arrived, they ate and left and we were still there... at 10 pm we got up and left... thanks for the service, my daughter fell asleep without dinner, what manners are they!!! And they insisted on waiting... and anyway for 5 of us, a platter with cold cuts, two small Cokes and a small bottle of water 33 euros!!!!!!!

01/01/2026: Yesterday I ate at this restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner, for the first and last time, and I was horrified. It was a truly nightmare New Year's Eve! The menu was seafood-based: the appetizer was poor and made with who knows what! The quality was below zero! For the first course, the seafood lasagna (if you can call it that) was red, served cold, and tasteless. The second course was PRECOOKED, seasoned spaghetti cacio e pepe with tuna tartare; the latter would bounce off if you slammed it against the wall. Not to mention the second course, rock-hard, flavorless sea bass. Burnt lentils with cotechino (in a fish second course, just to fill the plate!). The menu also included a citrus salad, but the oranges remained on the tree! Of the fruit platter (as per the menu), only the pineapple arrived. Luckily, there was a paltry amount of "Bauli" pandoro. All for the modest price of €75!!! I don't usually write reviews but this one was absolutely necessary!

12/10/2025: Delicious Roman-style pizza, beef tagliata that can be cut without a knife, good, plentiful, and oil-free clumsy potatoes, but a pizza chef with the moves of someone who knows his job, Mr. Filice N1... worth the kilometers we traveled to get there...
