The pizza is thin and cooked to perfection... impeccable... but the rest is worth telling: each customer orders, picks up their pre-portioned pizza, finds a seat and sits down, enjoys their pizza strictly without cutlery or other unnecessary frills, all without the management's intervention in any way. Afterwards, the customer organizes themselves to deposit the leftovers in the designated recycling bins... In short, a do-it-yourself pizzeria that works great. It should win the award not only for the deliciousness of the pizza, but also for optimizing time and space, and for minimizing waste. Congratulations... Finally, I would like to remember with emotion the dearest Franco; he will be proud of his two daughters who continue his work with tireless passion.

The dough is light, digestible, and fragrant, with a leavening that you can taste from the first bite. The ingredients are top-notch, and every combination is carefully crafted, without ever being heavy or overpowering. The cooking is impeccable, and each ingredient stands out without overpowering the others. The service is also quick and attentive, and the place has a pleasant atmosphere that makes you want to return. If you love pizza, Vadolì is a must-visit.

11/01/2026: Between Cosenza and Rende, when I choose an Asian restaurant, I always come here. I know I'll eat well and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is truly friendly. The dishes are good, well-presented, and tasty. I'm giving it four out of five stars because, while the experience was very positive, I think there's still room for improvement. The fried food could be improved, and it would be nice to be able to choose sashimi or tartare from the all-you-can-eat lunch menu. The fried bread with condensed milk could also be a little more refined. Otherwise, everything is excellent, and it remains my favorite Asian restaurant in the area.

03/01/2026: Lo Scoglio is located on a busy road at a roundabout. I didn't see any public transport connections. Free parking is available for those arriving by car. The restaurant has a large number of indoor seats. The interior is simple and inexpensive. The staff was friendly and professional. The food and drinks were tasty. Prices are in the mid-range. The restrooms were not clean, and the door couldn't be locked. This may need to be addressed.
