12/11/2024: Abbiamo visitato questo simpatico locale dopo una visita al castello di Issogne. Nonostante fosse domenica e non avessimo prenotato, il ristoratore si è prodigato per farci accomodare comunque, allestendo un tavolino per noi nell'area bistrot. Il menù si è rivelato una vera sorpresa, con piatti in grado di incuriosire i palati più esigenti. Abbiamo assaggiato le cosce di quaglia su spuma di porcini, l'agnello CBT e arrostito su patate viola e il petto d'anatra scaloppato, tutti squisiti. Buona anche la cantina (bevuto un calice di Haut-Médoc) e la carta dei dolci. Prezzo equo. Esperienza da ripetere!

10/12/2024: Traditional restaurant with local cuisine rich in quality and prepared with skill. We had an excellent pappardelle with white wild boar ragù with a rough pastry and very tasty meat. The roe deer carbonada melted and the accompanying polenta with the aroma of embers went very well. In addition we also asked for seasonal vegetables and they were available to prepare them, in an excellent way among other things. How sweet is pain perdu done to perfection! A plus to the service and friendliness of the waitress who made us have a wonderful evening. We will gladly return

01/12/2024: When we entered at 3.30pm on Sunday we thought that being a bar / restaurant open all day there would be the possibility of eating at least a piece of toast... When we asked if we could eat something on the fly, without even looking us in the face they told us no...

26/07/2024: I have been frequenting this establishment for some time and I cannot help but give it a 5 star review. In it I have always found maximum cleanliness, professionalism and friendliness from all the staff, modern equipment and an environmental atmosphere suitable for all ages. A special mention for Daniele, employee of "The Studio café". In fact, Daniele combines great professionalism, good nature and total availability towards the various needs of customers. I recommend this structure to those who care about hygiene, environmental friendliness and maximum professionalism.

20/10/2024: The hotel is exquisite, the owner is exquisite, truly of a kindness from times gone by. They have few rooms but all impeccable. I will never go anywhere else if I return to Valle d'Aosta. Highly recommended.
12/10/2024: It is worth to be there!. The breakfast included was so good.
Also restaurant is the place where you can eat good food.

04/08/2024: It was like this when I passed there as a child going up to Val d'Ayas and today it hasn't changed much. Good pastry shop, nice outdoor tables, courteous staff, very honest prices.
It would need a good overhaul and a complete makeover, especially the bathroom.
I recommend a ride and the hot chocolate!

14/10/2024: Let me start by saying that I will have to come and visit you for the cooking and to meet the owner!
That said, what follows is an answer I gave on Trip, but rejected.
Having said this, please forgive me users of Tripadvisor and Google, but we restaurateurs cannot remain indifferent to those who denigrate without any reason (or in some cases the reason is even subtle) invalidating the general evaluation without any reason other than frustration or malice !
Sic stantibus rebus I felt compelled to review this business and I confess (at least a little sincerity) without any gastronomic reason other than the miserable solidarity of those like us who live with their own work and give work to other families.
Personally I don't know how you work,
but the response given to the last review makes me imagine the passion for local products and tradition, and not the premeditation of wanting to cheat the customer or those who are incapable!
In the political economic context in which we find ourselves, oppressed by taxes, oppressed by some pretentious and unprofessional collaborators insulted by some (fortunately few) customers, frustrated and ignorant. All we have to do is stand together and support each other.
Maybe like this.

Mangiare super, molto stuzzicante e non banale. La signora veramente molto accomodante e cortese. Ci torneremo sicuramente

21/02/2024: We had here a dreamy vegan dark hot chocolate. Unfortunately no vegan pastries are offered so far (it's 2022?!).
The place itself is very spacious yet cosy and gives you a home welcoming feeling.
Definitely the place to regenerate your touristic forces and to pass time until your next adventure.
