01/02/2025: Every time I am amazed by the staff, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. Especially the kitchen staff, who work behind the scenes to bring the spectacle of the dishes to the table. When the dining room staff serves them with a smile and happiness, I wonder if they are works of art or dishes to eat. Every time, they take the client to the highest level and they always succeed. Highly recommended! Congratulations to all the staff who work with commitment and dedication to offer the customer what is missing in Valle il Fire🔥.

04/02/2025: All very good! We went to visit the castle of Issogne and asked the guide for advice on where to eat a good polenta. This restaurant was recommended to us as "the best polenta in the Aosta valley"... and what can I say, we completely agree! On Sundays they only have fixed menus (from 25 to a maximum of 40 euros, drinks excluded). Definitely try the fontina biscuits with hot lard, a gem! And the fantastic Seuppa, we didn't know what it was but it's a typical dish you absolutely must try, you won't regret it! The polenta is prepared by the grandfather who will serve it personally to you at the table... and for dessert they offer chestnuts that are mouth-watering... what can I say, everything is fantastic. The environment is typical of a very welcoming trattoria, the view is also very beautiful and not least the raw materials are all local or come from their gardens. 11/01/2025: I took my 2 year old daughter to the aquatics course. It was a fantastic experience. Warm and welcoming changing rooms with changing tables, hairdryers and everything you need. Truly competent teachers who know how to put children at ease and make them have fun while learning. Highly recommended.

26/01/2025: I stayed in a hotel in Verrès and I really enjoyed it. Clean and welcoming rooms, with attention to detail and equipped with every essential comfort. The location is ideal, perfect for exploring the town and its surroundings. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to provide useful advice and make the stay pleasant. The breakfast, rich and varied, was a great way to start the day, with fresh and local products. A positive experience in every respect, which I recommend to anyone looking for comfortable and well-managed accommodation in Verrès.
