13/07/2025: A fantastic surprise. Delicious and plentiful food. Super friendly and helpful staff. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely stop by. The prices are very fair considering the quantity and, above all, the quality of the food. The cotechino is superb.

12/08/2025: They say it's all about attitude in life, and it may be true. Traveling with enthusiasm and a desire to experience the people, their culture, and their food is a pleasure. And here, it's all about that. Excellent food and even better service from an Argentinean guy from Córdoba—I'm sorry I can't remember his name—who was all kindness and good deeds in his attitude.

30/07/2025: Strategically located at the start of the path leading to the castle. We arrived on a weekday for lunch right when it opened, as the first customers. The atmosphere was simple and the service was friendly. The food was good, and the prices were average for the area.

A very pleasant atmosphere, with a shaded and relaxing terrace, just steps from Verrès Castle: the ideal place to savor traditional Aosta Valley cuisine.
We chose the Regional Menu (appetizer, first course, and second course) for just €22 and were truly satisfied:
• Appetizer with mixed cold cuts and excellent Fontina cheese
• Aosta Valley soup, hot, rich, and flavorful
• Polenta concia and stew, well-cooked and tasty
The portions are just right, designed to allow you to enjoy each dish without feeling weighed down.
The quality/price ratio is truly excellent: one of those places where you eat well and spend a fair amount.
The lady serving the tables? Honest, friendly, and full of personality! 💪🏻😃
She adds a touch of authenticity that makes the experience even more memorable.
🔁 Highly recommended for those looking for authentic Aosta Valley cuisine, without frills and with a touch of character.

31/07/2025: We stopped for lunch in this quiet little bar. We had the Panna e prosciutto pasta and the Pesto pasta. Both were very good. The server, though spoke very little English, was very helpful and nice. This is the best kind of local eats. Loved it.

20/02/2025: Dopo un pomeriggio alle terme abbiamo cercato un posto dove fare un apericena e abbiamo optato per Verres che si trova sulla strada di ritorno verso Torino.
Le proprietarie molto carine e disponibili ci hanno preparato un super apericena di molti piatti sfiziosi ed abbondanti. Ci torneremo
