23/08/2024: You eat well without pretensions but don't be fooled by the €14 menu because if you take one because one person eats only the first and the other only wants the second they make you pay for everything separately instead of just adding the cover charge as they do in many places . And don't you dare go to the bathroom before paying or at least inform them (like when you tell the teacher at school) because they will come looking for you... I understand that not everyone is honest but being looked at badly because we allowed ourselves to go to the bathroom it's a very hateful thing.
However, for a quick lunch it's fine.. Personally I will never stop again which certainly won't affect their profits but I prefer to give my money elsewhere but certainly not because of the service or the food.
22/08/2024: Stopped by today by chance with my son for lunch, what can I say, excellent food, excellent staff, politeness and courtesy, it's the best thing, double possibility of à la carte menu, or menu of the day for passers-by who work, or for those who can't spend much,
Rare thing to find in Valle d'Aosta as it is a tourist area.

01/08/2024: The structure is completely new, including the rooms and bathrooms. Everything clean. We ate well and lots of it (the pannacotta with chocolate cream was spectacular). The managers are kind and helpful.
Excellent location for different types of excursions, in all seasons.
A great refuge, I will definitely return.
28/07/2024: We opted for half board.
The structure is very clean, especially the services, and the kitchen staff was very attentive and prepared to serve an excellent dinner with vegan dishes.
We'll be back.

A beautiful location
The food is good, homemade, the girl is kind and attentive in her service.
The only advice is to provide a menu to let the customer know the prices.
I recommend it
20/08/2024: Typical environment very helpful and welcoming managers excellent food really recommended shame about the climate which did not allow you to dine outdoors where the view is truly fascinating

You can eat inside or outside, easy parking. Vegetable flan with fondue, excellent cold cuts (moccetta with walnuts and tete de moine, jambon de bosses de S. Oyen cooked and raw S Marcel), plate of 0 km cheese with artisanal rose and raspberry jams, semi-creamy concia polenta, sausage and penne mushrooms, Valpellinentse soup, carbonade, homemade desserts: apricot, strawberry and rhubarb cake, Cogne cream, dessert of the 3 kings and then HIM! The homemade liqueur. 3 types of bread, quick and friendly service, excellent muscat and red nus, also good in bulk (Barbera)

Visto che sono vegetariana mi hanno preparato le opzioni vegetali ed erano tutte buone, il posto anche molto romantico e bello.
Ho apprezzato molto anche il fatto che quando arrivi hai già qualche stuzzichino sul tavolo e il vino.
Lo consiglio!
(Purtroppo non ho fatto le foto a tutto perché ero intenta a mangiare 😅)

10/08/2024: I entered this bar by chance...I noticed that the bartender was busy chatting outside with a group of customers. I waited patiently for someone to serve me, until one of the customers sitting outside pointed out my long wait, and in a very rude and rude way she even allowed herself to reply in annoyance "I understand, just a minute!!!".
I picked up my heels and left... I refuse to let people work who don't know how to do their job and above all don't know education.

18/08/2024: Vi höll på att leta efter toaletter över allt, tills vi bestämde oss att gå på toalletten hos vad som vara en av de bäste gelaterierna i hela Italien! Authentisk pistageglass, jättebra pris och fin toalett. 10/10 stjärnor!🌟🤩🍦

07/04/2024: Entrando in questo ristorante si lascia fuori il tempo implacabile dell’orologio per entrare in un luogo che vive e respira in una dimensione unica. In questa stanza, impreziosita da un’aria antica nella sua luminosa semplicità, e profumata da fiori di stagione, vi accoglie la sensazione di aver ritrovato un mondo familiare, che avevate perduto e dimenticato, insieme all’intuitiva certezza che qui, dove vi accoglie la vostra ospite e abilissima cuoca, sarete contenti. E infatti lei vi offre cibo gustoso e genuino, preparato con passione, e storie affascinanti, fotografie di un vissuto autentico e straordinario. E quando, dopo un paio d’ore, varcate la soglia per tornare a casa, vi sembrerà di aver chiuso gli occhi solo qualche istante, come al risveglio da un bel sogno. Ma grazie al cielo non si tratta di una mera sensazione: la sazietà, quasi inebriante, vi riempie l’anima di dolcezza e gratitudine.
